I love my stasher bags they are truly great. I have couple in each size, I was so glad to see when they released the half gallon. I wash them by hand and air dry them upside down, I've never had any issues with mold or anything.

Suuuuuch a GREAT product!!! I have 3 of them. So happy not to rely on wasteful disposable baggies anymore. I still ziplock on hand but go through so much less of them now that I have these reusable silicone Stashers. The guilt I used to have throwing away a sandwhich baggie I used for a few hours is gone! To clean: I find it easiest to turn it inside out and put it in the dishwasher. Tip: I find the trick with these sorts of reusable items (reusable grocery bags, non disposable travel cutlery etc) is to have a few on hand. If you only buy one... if it gets dirty, you’re more likely to go back to your old ways and grab a plastic baggie. Keep several in constant rotation! I also use the different colors to easily identify items we use often. Clear = my snacks Orange = my daughters dried mango Blue = my daughters rice cracker snacks. So convenient!

Amazing idea! Keep my frozen bananas in them when they start to go bad. The freezer disposable bags used to freezer-burn them. These reusuable bags keep these from getting freezer burned and they taste amazing in my smoothies. Easy to close too! I need 100 more! I love this color, however I think I would lean towards clear since if I have multiple in the freezer, it's easier to see what's in them.

As soon as I got this in the mail, I used it to pack my snacks and lunch for a roadtrip to my parents' home. My only regret with that decision is that I didn't bring both on my trip so I can use it more while I'm away! This is a very nice product, well built and designed for the purpose. I was initially sceptic of the sealing mechanism which seemed kind of flimsy on some review videos despite the product's claim to be very secure. This doubt quickly blew out the window as I actually struggled when I tried to open and close it the first time. I learned how to open it properly after that, but the seal is definitely impressive. I don't have a dishwasher in my apartment, so I have to clean everything by hand. This bag is super easy to clean. I was afraid that the slim opening and the product's rigidity would make it difficult to get to the inner corners of the bag, but I was pleasantly surprised when everything came off clean so easily. Another bonus: the bag dries really fast. Any downsides I can imagine people struggling with is the slim opening of the bag. I personally don't have a problem with this as I always make my food and snacks in thin, cut pieces, but those of you intending to bring five whole apples for a picnic might want to opt for a regular bag or lunch box. I'm not saying it's entirely impossible, just highly improbable and will probably be preceded by great effort and struggle. Also, some people might not love the feel of the material used by Stasher. I'm not one of those people as I find the texture very satisfying to hold and work with, but it is a sturdier and thicker form of silicone than what's usually seen in the market. It's probably why they're so durable in the first place. Overall I am planning on repurchasing this product. I only beought the medium sized one and I have my eyes set on the snack sizes.

After doing some research, I decided to buy Stash silicon bags. I wanted to make the transition to a more environmentally friendly lifestyle and love the idea of reusable bags. The sticker price initially scared me and I did look into alternative bags. However, what sold me on these bags is that the sides do not stick together. Many other silicon bags are made in a way that you have to pry the bags apart. I also love that it is dishwasher friendly. I now own two sandwich bags and one gallon. It has only been a week, but I am very happy.

LOVE Stasher bags. The bigger half-gallon size is great for freezer storage, especially smoothie ingredients and for freezing meat. I can thaw fish and shrimp and chicken and whatever other kind of meat I portion out in these directly in the bag without having to deal with frozen-on butcher paper from the grocery store. Great for when you buy several pounds of meat or fish or poultry when it's on sale and want to freeze in portions.

This is my second snack size and I really like them. My 5 year old is able to open them. My husband finds them to be bulky but he's pretty critical of reusable containers. He prefers plastic but I don't buy them because of the health risks. I also like to use these for keeping the small frog togs towels in for summer to cool my son in the heat, you can easily wet them and keep them moist or have a place to rewet them as they dry with no spills. I'd love to expand my collection but they are quite pricey so it's a slow process. I could also see these being great for baby wipes. Very happy with them so far!

I've tried a LOT of reusable bags as there are a lot of options out there all using a variety of materials. The fabric ones just get gross over time. The vinyl ones are hard to clean and aren't usually dishwasher safe. There are other silicone one that need a separate rod to close them that you can easily lose. This one is the most simple and easy to use. No separate pieces to lose. Can withstand any temperature/microwave/dishwasher/whatever. And if they get gunky they are very easy to clean and I trust that they aren't hiding gross crumbs in any of the crevices. My only complaint is the cost - they are the most expensive and I wish they offered a bulk discount. If they were cheaper I would use them for EVERYTHING (open cheese in cheese drawer, all snacks on the go, etc)

These are great bags, somewhat expensive but I won't be polluting the landfills. They wash up great in the dishwasher. I'd like to get a few more.

I put half an avocado in this and 3 days later it's not even brown. If I put it in a regular plastic baggie they turn brown within a day.
