Wonderful vegetable knife. Sharp, and fits the hand well. I have two other knives of this style. This is a nice product and is well made. Please do not let the price fool you. Works as well as any of my knives that cost much more. Holds an edge well. I most highly recommend this knife to anyone not wishing to pay $60. + for prettier products. They are nice of course, but this one is nice, and cheap. High marks to the people at 'Yangjiang Production Co, LTD.

I like it.

For the price, this is a really good knife. I’m no pro but we have three people who cooks everyday at my house and we are always sharpening our knives at least once every two weeks. This one, however, I’ve used it for at least 2 months, along with other two, everyday. I haven’t had to sharpen this thing yet. The knife is heavy, which took a little for me to get used to. I remember seeing reviews about people disliking where the sticker placement on the knife was. I had no issues removing it. I ran it through hot water and pulled the sticker. There was residue left over but I put a drop of oil and used a scrub pad and it came off with no trouble for me. It didn’t leave stuffings on the knife either. Reminder, it is a curved knife.

well designed and well made

I am very picky on kitchen knives. Over the years I have tried many different brands and designs. This knife stands out in terms of force balance and sharpness. It is good for 80% of my cutting: meat, vegies small bones... And the price is too low for this kind of quality. Cheers.

Fun to use. Has some nice heft to it. I like it and will use it regularly. If it breaks on me or fails I will update.

Perfect! Great quality for the price

Great quality for the price, nice and heavy, but not a brick, great for meat, veg, fruits, and anything really, use it as you would use a chefs knife, but if you need to cleave something, know you can.

stays sharp & easy to sharpen

Use this knife everyday, for almost all meals. No complaints, stays sharp & easy to sharpen, finish is great no stains even when I forget to clean it and leave it over nite. Perfect for cutting veggies & scooping into pan for stir Frys. Awesome deal, thinking about getting another just cus it's a great deal and works!

Very smooth knife with great handling. I've always have an issue with butcher knives with unconventional and uncomfortable handling. the knife is light wight which doesn't have a top heavy blade which makes you work harder, and allows you to have control for long periods of time. Easy to clean, just soapy water, rince and dry with cloth and your done. I'll write back on how long the knife keeps the edge, but so far, it's a great knife exspially for the price. O yeah, it cleans up real well, some knives leave smudges after hand doing, this knife cleans up real well.

Great knife for a great price

I love this style of knife and this one in particular fits very comfortably in my hand. I have had it for a couple months now and haven't had to sharpen one and have honed it very little. Mine did come with the blade ever so slightly bent to the right but it really wasn't noticeable and was very easy to fix
