At first I thought that they were the wrong size, however you just gotta work with it, as they just fit snug, which is great so they won't leak

Not a lot to say about them except they work great for commercially delivered bottled water. The accumulation of 5-gallon jugs over time allows us to store water in a time of emergency need. Have you ever seen the shelves of a grocery store just before potentially life-disrupting events, like a hurricane or flooding? We keep 7 of the jugs with water and rotate them through regular use so they remain fresh. The caps make this easy to do. We keep using the commercially delivered water as well, but the stored water use is still wonderful for other things. It's a great system.

Short version - buy them. They work great. The snap on tight on the standard 5 gallon bottles. Long version - When I met the wonderful woman who is now my wife, she got Sparkletts water delivered every week. This is mostly because the water where she lives (and where I now live) is harder than long division. The delivered water was fine, of course, but one day I saw the bill. Eight bucks a bottle -and- they were charging rental for the ancient POS water dispenser. Nope. We went to Costco that day, bought a hot & cold free standing dispenser, bought a few bottles, and I fill them for under a buck each at the grocery store. It's a minor pain in the butt once a month, and I smile like the cheap Scottish so-and-so I am, every single time I do it. One problem, though... Covers for those bottles. The fancy $8 delivered bottles have these peel off caps, and you can try to use those, or you can try to use plastic wrap and a rubber band, and none of it works well, and it's just a pain. So I bought these. I wasn't sure if they'd fit well, but I figured it was worth a try. Well, they fit great. Snap right in place, and hold tight enough that they don't leak while I'm carrying the bottles sideways. I don't store them on their sides, like some do, so I don't know if they'd seal that well, and I don't really think they would... But that's fine.

I got these to call my 5 gallon Crystal Springs jugs. I was worried they wouldn't fit, but they were perfect. For extremely well and are holding up great. Great purchase.

I bought those to use on my Primo 5 gal snap on bottles to hold the water while I transport in my car trunk. It worked like a charm. It fits well so it doesn't leak if I turn it horizontally but it's not a tight fit. My only concern is if they will loosen up after usage. If they loose a bit it could start leaking. Only time will say how long those will last. But so far so good.

Much better than trying to reuse original cap from bottler. Allows a few small drips when carrying in from the car, but keeps water from splashing out in car. I attribute the leaks to the bottle design changing slightly

Very useful on the primo 5-gal. water bottle. The fit is tight enough to avoid spillage. Works for me.

Use this on all 6 5gal crystal and Poland spring bottles. When you refill and cap them it doesn’t matter how much they roll around or lean over the water won’t come out.

At first we thought they were too tight, but now we think they are perfect. You actually want them tight because when you are carrying a full jug they stay on really well. Beats our old method of rubber-banding a baggie over them.
