Ordered this to help get away from a lot of the store bought stuff I was using before because they just wouldn't work for me anymore.The stuff from the store caused me to have breakouts and redness of skin. Since I've started using this oil, my skin problems have been clearing up and my face looks and feels a lot healthier than it did before! I dilute this oil with rosehip oil for use in the mornings and I use the rosehip oil with carrot seed oil in the evenings, 2-3 drops in each application is all it takes, and in less than a week I've already noticed a change for the better. My skin is all around softer, smoother and evenly toned and I couldn't be happier.

Love to use this oil at night in my diffuser or run it during the day in the house, it smells so good. Helps to promote wellness of mind, body and spirit. It helps you relax and get to sleep. Its used for other health benefits also such as adding a few drops to your bath to relax and adding a few drops to a carrier oil or lotion for your skin or a massage. Read the instructions for any essential oil, they are very concentrated.

Unexpected benefit to this great oil

So happy with this oil. The rose scent is strong enough to hold its quality when added to other oils and cream preparations. I bought some rosehip oil by mistake, thinking it was rose scented oil. It had almost no scent at all, but I did some research and found it had other healthful qualities so I bought this to give it a rosy smell. Well, I can't even tell you how pleased I am. This oil gave that other a wonderful smell that is more like the rose bush than just the flowers. The rosehip smell that was virtually absent before is now obvious and very pleasant. Don't know how that happened, but I'm not complaining. I love it. For body creams I make, oil blends, and toilet sprays, among other things, the essential oil I include must have a strong scent on its own or it's lost in the final concoction. This is perfect. Lovely quality oil and reasonably priced. I will definitely rebuy.

I have been buying Young Living oils, which I love. I wanted to try some of the Artizen oils that I could use to make "Purification Blend". All of the oils I purchased when blended together gave me the results I was hoping for. I have to say, for the price point I am extremely happy with the oils I purchased.

Don't buy this oil!

This bottle of patchouli was rancid. I have bought bottles from nutritional stores, from private individuals/private label and online from bulk essential oils companies - I saw the Artizen brand on Amazon decided to give this a try. I am not sure what is wrong with it - maybe it was exposed to heat or direct sunlight? I had really high hopes for this product - In fact, I had Jojoba, Rosemary, Frankincense, Pine and Bergamot oils in my cart for a project...but I do not feel I can trust their products now. I would really like to be able to buy since the price is pretty low vs competition. I don't want to think that lower price = lower quality product. That is not a good business model. As it stands, I have an ounce of patchouli I can't use. That makes it more expensive than the most expensive oil you can buy ;) UPDATE:::: I contacted Artizen Oils. Their customer service department is A++++ I had a issue and they actually cared. Yes, almost unheard of in this day and age, but it really happened. They offered to replace my bottle, and whats even more impressive - they want to track down what might have went wrong with that particular batch. The replacement bottle was perfect. no issues. I am very satisfied, and appreciate the absolutely amazing customer service and product quality. I changed my rating to 5 stars - they are truly a 5-star company.

Nice find!

This is actually pretty good absolute oil. Absolute oil is distilled in alcohol solvents, vs. steam distilled, which is far more expensive. The oil is listed on their website for $109, which is still pretty cheap for the quantity. I've seen a 1/8 oz. dram of the steam distilled stuff go for over $150, so even that price is a great deal. For some reason this oil is significantly cheaper on Amazon. I'm not quite sure why they are offering it at such a cheap discount. But nonetheless, it does pass the blot test and is pure oil. Very strong stuff, so only use diluted in carrier oil for best results. For diffusers, 2-3 drops will have your room smelling really good. Helpful for sleeping.

This may help your asthma, it sure did for me!

I suddenly got Asthma this year related to mold exposure. The asthma is now triggered by dust, dry air, warm air, smoke, and mold spores. The doctor had me on two kinds of inhaler but it was still uncontrolled. I was desperate so I ordered both the Peppermint one in this brand, and the Lavender. I had heard that some people have had releaf from this. I used them in a mix with coconut oil at first, and it worked some! Next I found a fantastic idea, I put register filters in the heating vent registers in the living room, and put a few drops of the oils on them. It made it go into the room without adding moister to the air! I got a major amount of relief of my asthma! I fine tuned it and found that a ratio of 4 drops peppermint oil to 2 drops lavender was the best mix, twice a day in each vent. I'm able to get twice as deep of breaths. In addition the pain in my chest has stopped. I still have flare ups, but they are less sever and it doesn't feel like someone is standing on my chest. This has been a miracle for me!
