Hair Heaven

I am 64 years old and have very thick coarse colored hair. All my life I have struggled with the coarseness (understatement!). This morning I tried Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner and I am literally blown away. My hair is so soft and manageable. Couldn't be more thrilled!!!! I recommend this product to everyone who will listen. Its is AMAZING. I cut alcohol out of my hair products and did my research to find a good shampoo and conditioner replacement and these were it! They are full of great stuff and they are HUGE! So they will last me a long time. A little goes a very long way and I have loooong thick hair. I use 2 pumps of shampoo and concentrate just on my scalp and 2 to 3 pumps of conditioner that I dont put on my scalp at all. I bought a set for me and for my mom, she is also so in love. She has very short and thin hair and is also cutting out alcohol or any other damaging ingredients in her hair products. She works for Paul Mitchell and gets her hair done often so it gets abused! So this set puts a little love back in her hair and we are obsessed with this product! Smells amazing. It's like a very clean, subtle smell. Makes my hair feel amazing and not greasy at all. The shampoo and conditioner did leak a bit when I opened the package, but not really a big deal.

Love my hair after using this!

These shampoo and conditioner are saving my hair. I have thin hair and I do highlights and dry it with the hot hairdryer every other day. Since I started using these products, my hair is smooth, no frizz, has good amount of volume to it and looks healthy. I love the smell and feel of the products and the fact that they are sulfate free. I also love that there is a dispenser on top, so that you can get exactly the amount of product you need. The product is not cheap, but you see the results after several uses.

This argan shampoo and conditioner came quickly and as described- big containers with easy to use dispensers. They both smell wonderful and after using for the last couple of weeks I have definitely noticed improvement in my damaged ends. Works well in my high humidity climate as well. Would definitely recommend - great for the price!

Extremely impressed

I’m naturally a dark brown with red undertones and I have bleached my hair to an almost platinum, so my hair is a little over processed. I’ve washed and conditioned my hair 2x since switching and my hair is already showing a huge improvement. My hair is not near as frizzy, it’s at least 50% softer, and my hair seems fuller not weighted down by conditioner build up. In the past I’ve used other more expensive brands of shampoo and conditioner but nothing gave me these quick of results. Update: my hair has never been healthier and I have never received more complements on my hair then I do now.

Great for keratin treatments!

I really love this set! I got it because it is sulfate free, which is needed for my keratin treatment. Before buying this product, I was using another sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, and I thought I needed a re-treatment on the keratin because my hair was starting to feel frizzy again, even though the keratin treatment was only 2 months old. After stopping that shampoo and conditioner and buying this new set, I realize that my keratin treatment is still going strong! It was just the products I was using on my hair that were affecting it. I am now 3 months post-keratin treatment, and my hair is still feeling smooth and soft. Highly recommend!

Outstanding product

Outstanding product! Most shampoo and conditioning systems I have tried leave my hair greasy and heavy. This product did quiet the opposite. Finally, an affordable product that not only moisturizers, but leaves my hair feeling full but light and silky as well.

This really works

I'm actually really impressed. To be honest, I was super skeptical. I've tried a lot of "natural" products that were just a bold-faced lie or didn't work. I've developed a healthy dose of skepticism. This product surpassed my expectations! My hair: pretty long, down to the middle/small of my back. Not color treated but naturally frizzy, medium curly/wavy and very dry. The only heat I apply is using a straightener every couple of days on low heat. Maybe once a month I blow-dry. I try to be as good to it as I can otherwise it turns into a pure mess of straw in a rat's nest. 1) INGREDIENTS: The ingredients list is not hiding anything nasty. I looked all of them up on SkinDeep and they all passed the test. Dimethicone and fragrance are the only ones you can get nitpicky about but that's really making a mountain out of a molehill. From what I can tell, the only thing that would be gentler on hair is just washing with water. Other "Sulfate Free" hair products are so saturated with other harmful chemicals that sulfates are the least of your problems. I'd say this product is 99% toxin free. That's more than good enough for me. Actually, it's really amazing. I'm impressed with what they were able to accomplish with so few ingredients and how natural they are. 2) EXPERIENCE: wow. I love my hair after using this. My hair is soft, easy to work with, less tangled and frizzy. It's just healthier! It straightens easier and if I choose to do nothing to it, it's not a mess so horrid that I can't leave the house. Can't really speak for thickening or volume but I didn't get it for that. I am more interested in that it's a toxin free product that actually works. 3) CONS: The only con is that my hair gets greasier faster. I wash my hair every 3-4 days. With this, I'm having to wash a day earlier, every 3 days or so. That's SO minor. But I mention it because if others experience it, understand that this isn't necessarily a bad thing. It means fewer oils are stripped out of your hair to begin with. Also, it feels like a detox period. I'll have to wait to see if it gets better or worse over time. Again, totally minor and actually, to be expected if you've ever tried the "no-poo" approach. 4) FRAGRANCE: What others have said about a clean spa smell is about right. It's not a heavy perfume smell but it's not light and airy. It smells like what you think hair products should smell like. One thing that is distinctive is that it smells high-end. Does that make any sense? Overall, I think I found a shampoo I want to use for the foreseeable future. I'm amazed by ingredients. My hair felt healthier after the first use and has been great every time since then. It's a natural hair system with the convenience rarely found in such products. Again, this is MUCH more than just sulfate-free. It's 99% toxin free. For me, this stuff actually does what it advertises to do and that's a minor miracle in itself. Oh, and the box was really nice :) Throw some wrapping paper around it and it's a ready-to-gift.
