Convenient, portable, stable, and affordable.

My family and I are bike enthusiast and this repair stand is incredibly convenient. It acts as a bike repair stand as well as a storage stand. It is easy to use and stable enough even for a tandem bike. I also love the fact that it's compact. It is portable and easy to transport. You can't really go wrong with this unit especially how affordable it is. Something like this at the bike shop will set you back $100 or more. There are some quirks to this stand that could be improve like the size of the neck holder could be smaller and the horizontal swivel should stay rigid. I would appreciate it if they included a handlebar rod to stabilize the front wheel. Fortunately these are not deal breakers because my bikes all fit perfectly on this stand. Routine maintenance goes smoothly with this holder. I'm glad I bought it. I'm rating this as 4.5/5 stars.

I ordered your MVPower Pro Mechanical, adjustable Bike repair stand approx 1 week ago. It arrived today 4-19-2019. The box had one end torn open but the delivery driver assured me he had gotten all the parts and put them into the box. He stayed and showed me all the parts were indeed present. He departed after verifying I was satisfied :-)... WOW- this is excellent!!!!! Our community church can now have the children's Saturday Bicycle safety checks successfully. We air up tires, oil wheel bearings, clean and grease bike chains and verify that brake caliper pivot mounts are loose and working and not "frozen" from sitting all winter. ALl metal construction, not PVC plastic. Highest weight rating of 50 KGs- 110 # U.S. Has 4 "legs" instead of only 2 or 3-excellent stability. Remember most bicycles with shimano derailleurs are metric!!! I would not buy any of the others shown. only 1/2 of the weight rating. Definitely the best price for the money!!!!!

I looked for bike racks locally for a while and then I started to look at racks on amazon and they really have wide differences on pricing. Buying this rack saved me a couple hundred locally and its was one of the ones at a better price point on amazon. It was also an "amazon recommended" item at the time of purchase so I decided to bite the bullet. I would definitely extend the recommendation. Great repair stand for a great price. I'm not a pro but this definitely suites my needs which was 1) to get the bike off the floor to more easily do modifications and repairs; and 2) they way this bike rack is designed, i can tuck if further in my garage so the legs go under things like my wheelbarrow and other loose items and then my bike if flush to the edge. This saves me quite a bit of space as my bike would always be on the floor. Also, I'm finding that I actually keep it on this repair stand when I got to store it as I read that keeping it one cement drains the moisture out of your tires. My concern when purchasing the bike rack was that some reviewers said their was cheap plastic parts. Yes - there are some plastic parts (specifically the adjustment knobs and where the bike actually sits) but they seem sturdy to me. I can't imagine that these parts would break unless I abused them. For the price point, great bike repair stand!

Affordable bike stand

Long time was considered about bike stand. I have a few bikes and like upgrade them by switching parts around, trying to find right one for me. Stand pretty lite and compact, can be easy assembled in five minutes. Has few adjustments for height and angle of the arm. All fittings made of plastic and also arm made of tough plastic too, feels durable. Package include plate to handle tools while you working with the bike, very helpful. Now I know how to save time for bike rides,not for bike service, it is much easier to change parts and do all adjustments.

Works great for working on my 54 pound e-bike

I bought this stand for my 54 pound e-bike Haibike and has been working flawlessly, been real happy, very stable, allows me to work on cleaning and lubing the chain, also store the bike on the stand so it is always ready to ride. great value, seen some other reviews on this where people had problems with broken parts, I will say if you order one, check it right away because the shipping box is very light weight and I was lucky it all came in great shape and all parts were there. I would definitely recommend and buy it again.

Heavy duty and very well made! No need to spend more for home user.

Heavy duty! I cannot believe I was listening to other reviewers and thinking I needed to spend $90 or more. This thing is perfect. Maybe not for a bike shop or a daily user ---- but for someone with several bikes to do maintenance it is PERFECT. Do not hesitate to but this cheaper one. It is sooo solid and very well made. I was really second guessing this purchase and having gone my entire life without a bike stand --- I figured a cheaper one was better than nothing. This thing is awesome! If I had known I could get something this nice for the money -- I would have purchased so much sooner. When it comes to tools -- I will spend more if it is worth it and necessary but there is no need with this. Excellent value for the money. the pipes and plastic in this thing are rock solid and very well made. I was surprised just how high quality and solid it all is. Just buy it.

Fantastic Quality for the money! Easy to assemble and use.

I was surprised to open the package and see there were only 3 pieces to assemble and no tools required. I was also pleasantly surprised to see how hefty this thing really is. By no means is this a 100lb commercial park stand or anything like that - but it worked pretty darn good with my 45# recumbent bike. I had to remove the bottom bracket and cranks which takes a lot of torque. There was some wobble in the stand as I torqued on the bottom bracket, but it held up. I really don't think you could ask for a lot more in the $50 price range. One suggested improvement would be a larger tool platform, but again - for the money, I'm highly pleased with this stand.

Easy and sturdy bike stand.

New condo doesn't have workbench stand space so I went searching for a foldable stand and came across this one. It came fully assembled and set up quick. With light clamp force the non-marring head held my not-round tube bike with ease and also a regular round-tube mountain bike in any orientation that seemed helpful. Heavy-duty metal legs helps provide counterweight for the sturdy feel. Folds compact for travel if needed on the road. The height has good range as well so it will work for tall people too. All n all very happy with it.

Great upgrade to the traditional mount

This is so nice for mounting. Just screw it into the joists. It comes with drywall anchors though I'd no recommend it. Lots of comments about the screws. It comes with brass screws. Handing a bike and using all 5 screws is fine. Using only 3 screws you could change the screws. The rope is fine. The exact rope used by the performance version which lasts forever I'd buy this again. Very easy to install

Great bike stand!

I have a tendency to be very hard on my bike so it spends a lot of time on this stand and it has held up well. I had serious doubts as to the plastic clamps that hold the bike because there is some free movement from the clamp but so far it has been fine. However I have removed the bottom bracket twice on it but would not dare to use all the force needed to remove it against the stand itself so I brace the bike with my shoulder for that. All in all, you get a pretty decent piece of equipment for what you pay for it and will likely fit most people's needs.
