I am so happy that I got these! My bathroom sink was so slow to drain that I stopped using it about a month ago. I couldn't get the middle piece out to clean it easily, putting drain cleaner down the drain did nothing to help (I absolutely hate to use drain cleaners too as they are so toxic). I was desperate to find something that would work I couldn't stand looking at the gross dirty sink. I got these and rushed to the bathroom to try to get this down the drain. I pulled up a bunch of gross hairy goop. I had to push this down under the plug and plunge up and down then pulled it out several times each time big globs came out. After about 15 minutes of doing this my sink finally drained quickly and easily. I now have a beautiful shiny clean sink I can use again. My tub too was starting to drain a bit slow. I tried the plastic drain snake but the hair in the drain was really thick (yuck) so I used the metal one. There is a little metal claw that grabs the hair easily. It tooks a few minutes to pull up all the hair. I won't be stuck with slow drains anymore. I love these tools and there are several that come with this set so if one gets too yucky or breaks you have plenty more to use. Thank you for giving me back the ability to get my sink clean and use it once again.

Senhai 7 Pack Drain Snake Works Well and Inexpensive

7 Pack Drain Snake is a quick way to clear a clog in the bathroom and kitchen sink and mudroom utility-tub. I was able to clear the bathroom sink and utility-tub is 5 minutes using the plastic drain snake. The spikes along both sides of the strip helped pull the hair out. The steel snake will be helpful for clearing short-distance clog in the bathtub and even the toilet. It's a convenient and inexpensive way to clear a short-distance clog less than 18". I highly recommend this set.

Don't confuse these with a snake. That they are not. The plunger type with grabbers are very strong. In fact I locked my keys in my car and used them to grab the lock. Worked great.

Purchased upon the recommendation of a friend. Otherwise, I would have placed these in the gimmick category. To my great surprise, the snake took my plugged drain from nearly completely clogged to free flowing just like that. Kind of an unpleasant looking gob of guck came out, so be sure to have your gloves and a cleaning bucket near-by. But two+ weeks after this cleaning, the drain is free flowing like new.

After tolerating 10 years of a bathroom sink that drained slowly and clogged frequently. I ordered the "7 Pack Drain Snake, SENHAI 20 inch Hair Drain Clog Remover Drain Relief Auger Cleaning Tool". I only used the plastic 20 inch Hair Drain Clog Remover. In less than 2 minutes the clog was removed and the sink drains like new!!! These things are GENIUS! As other reviews suggest. Be patient, carefully threading the device thru the drain. Gently remove the device. I was shocked to see the nasty, smelly plug of hair and gunk it brought up. I cleaned the device and let it dry, so I can use it again. Thank you for making something so useful that works so easily.

This arrived at 2PM and I immediately used it on a drain that a popular drain cleaner (2 bottles of maximum strength) was not able to open. Within 2 passes I had a huge amount of hair that was removed and the drain was working like it was just put in. Trying this product was my last chance of clearing it myself before calling a plumber! I'm very pleased with the results and the amount of money I saved! Thank you for your easy to use product. Now I need to go and write a bad review on an expensive drain cleaner that did nothing!

Great product, works as expected

I had a sink and tub drain that kept causing problems shortly after being cleared using other methods. These ripped out the largest, nastiest mess of hair and crap I've ever seen come out of a drain. After that, we have seen zero issues with the drains and I love that it didn't require dumping more chemicals down the drain. We all do that enough already with typical cleaning products and whatnot. These work exactly as expected and they are plenty long enough to get down into hard to clear clogged spots in the pipes.

Oh my goodness, these are amazing. I have three girls in my household. They frequently complain about slow drains in their bathroom. 1st pass with one of these and I pulled a glob of hair the size of a mouse--sent one daughter away gagging. Finished other drains in house and was amazed at how easy this was and what it retrieved. Recommend for everyone!

Brilliant & Handy & Great Value

A breakthrough in drain clearing convenience! I loved it. Cleared 2 sinks and a tub in just minutes: ORANGE'S REUSABILITY: Five-star but not infinite, in my opinion. The orange plastic is "reusable enough," roughly as effective when clearning the third drain as when doing the first (all in the same afternoon), but the little barbs were starting to get bent, and the main shaft had weakened near the handle, such that it was getting a little harder to force-feed into the drain. At these prices, I was thrilled with 3 uses, and happy to throw it away, not worrying about gunk and confident I'd gotten good value. STAINLESS' ADDED FUNCTION: *not fully tested* (the orange appears to have worked so well that there was nothing left to test the stainless snake on). Seems like it'd work just fine on objects (Legos or jewelry) that might get lost at a time when there's no hairball to get tangled in
