Excellent, sturdy cooling racks

Very nice! These are larger than I anticipated even though I purchased to fit inside the half-sheet pans recommended by same magazine. These are sturdy and know they are better than the ones they replaced. Obviously, they won't fit into smaller pans, so for our family of two, we'll need smaller ones, also.

everyday use

fits standard sheet pan perfectly. a light soak and dishwasher has gotten every caked and baked on crud off without any elbow grease.

They clean up easily in the dishwasher

These were exactly what I wanted. My old stackable cooling racks were rusting and required careful scrubbing after each use. These cooling racks are large and stainless steel, so they won't rust. The grid pattern keeps smaller items from falling through, and the longer bars support the whole structure. They clean up easily in the dishwasher. 3/13/19 Update: These cooling racks have held up very well despite heavy use. No rust and no warping. My mother purchased some other cooling racks that were advertised as being "no rust stainless steel," but they have rusted badly and are slightly warped, so beware what you purchase if you don't want to have to hand wash and completely dry your cooling racks every time you use them.

Great product -- Fits half sheet pans.

After reading reviews, I was concerned that these wouldn't fit my baking pans perfectly. I use restaurant style half sheet pans -- and they are a perfect fit. Additionally, these are excellent quality -- the run thru the dishwasher like a dream.

Exactly what I ordered

I use these to cool cookies after they've baked. I plan to use them in the baking sheets to roast vegetables and meats, but haven't done that yet. I can't speak for the durability since I haven't had them very long, for they seem well made. They clean easily. I'm happy with the purchase and the transaction was problem free.

Durable, strong baker's racks

The reinforcement bars keep the racks rigid & resist warping but do give a few extra nooks & crannies for foods to cling to and get stuck in between. A worthy trade-off as long as you either clean right after use or have a sink big enough to let soak in.

What a great rack!

These fit perfectly inside my half sheet pans, unlike the racks I bought at a brick and mortar store. Use these all the time for roasts, baking bacon, cooling cookies and breads etc. So far no issues washing in the dishwasher either

Great dual purpose kitchen tool

Does exactly what you need it to do. Great dual-purpose kitchen tool. As a cooling rack, the legs are short but give just enough height to get airflow underneath. As a baking dish, this works perfectly in a half sheet pan (I use with Nordicware aluminum Half Sheet pans). It's also easy to store with the pans to save space.

Size If you are baking 12 cupcakes then using this will accomodate all of it for cooling, it won't fall down the hole. 2.Cleaning When you scrub down the rack, remember to scrub at the back side because if the rack gets messy it wound stick at the back sometimes. But it is easy once the dirt is removed. As of now it haven't rust yet which is good. 3.versatility Probably make room for this item because of the length of the item but for the thickness you can slide it together no problem. You can use it anytime if you are cooling down the goods.

Nice Cooling/Baking Rack

These racks fit perfectly into my Nordic Natural Commercial Bakeware half sheets. The extra support bar they have in the middle makes it sturdy when you have heavier food on it. I've only used it as a baking rack so far and they've performed well. Cleaning them takes a little time if doing by hand because they're not completely smooth and if food gets stuck, it can take a little patience to get it off. Definitely would recommend this product. I included some pics that I hope will help. You can see that the rack fits into my Nordic half sheet perfectly. There's a pic of the Nordic label for my pan, so you can compare and see if it's the same one as yours. Then there's a pic with a close-up of one of the 6 little foots (about 3/8"-1/2" high) that raises the grids on rack above the bottom of pan. Not sure if you can tell, but sides of the pan are sloped where the top is about a 1/2" further out than the very bottom. The inside bottom of my pan measures 16.5 x 11.5 and the inside top of the pan is 17 x 12. If your sides are NOT tapered and IS straight up and down and the inside measures less than 16.8 x 11.7, then I don't think this will fit your pans.
