Read the ingredients. You can pronounce them all. And at just 100 calories with 5g of fiber, 7g of protein and just 1g or sugar, you get a snack packed with real nutrition and little else. Who knew broad beans (aka fava beans) could taste so good. These are crunchy and if you're like me and have savory/salty cravings, you'll be sated. You get a good amount in each bag, about a palm full as you can see in my pic here. They have a powdery covering (with all the flavor) so you get a bit of that on your fingers, but no cheeto's hands, that's for sure. I liked all three flavors. The sriracha is actually not too spicy, but has that hot sauce flavor. The BBQ has a nice smokey flavor, and the sea salt tastes anything but plain.

Delicious and nutritious!

Delicious and good for you! I wanted a go-to snack that felt like a treat but wasn't bad for me. I'm excited to try other flavors. I think you have to like dark chocolate in order to like the flavor, since it's dusted with cocoa powder, it's slightly bitter. My co-worker tried one who hates dark chocolate and she thought it was gross but I love them!

Great snack during the day at work

Great snack during the day at work. All flavors are tasty When Amazon has around the @$22 price point it ends up being an economical deal. They has listed for $27 two days ago. But back down to $21 and change so worth it to buy.

Favorite snack, but watch the price!

These are probably one of my favorite healthy snacks. My mom found them randomly at a Costco in Michigan but I have never seen them there since. I since turned to Amazon for ordering them since local stores do not carry the small variety packs which are great for snacking. They are totally worth it, however, do a price watch and don't pay more than ~$21 for these. The price fluctuates a lot! I have probably ordered these 7-8 times on Amazon now, no issues, and it comes right in the box shown.

Very happy I tried these.

I was a little hesitant to try these at first, but I'm so glad I did. They definitely don't replace chips, but they are an extremely satisfying alternative. They are crunchy with hints of both sweet and savory. They can get all over your fingers and clothes, though, (just like anything BBQ flavored) but you can just tip the bag and let them fall in your mouth. They are so good.

Fills you up & tastes great.

Glad someone told me about these because they are great. Box comes with 6 packages that are fairly sizable. They are packed with protein and really fill you up, which I was worried I would still be hungry. They are an easy go to snack when I need to grab a few pieces at work in between things. 1 serving is 1oz and each bag I have measured out (like in the picture) has exactly 3 servings which is great when I put them in baggies to take with me to work. I really appreciate the quality and time the makers put into these by being accurate on how much is in the bag. that really helps with people trying to keep track of calories and weight loss. Also, Love the taste, and they're crunchy which is awesome.

Seven grms of protein, great tasting 100 calorie snack!

These were actually delicious! One WARNING..LOL. You need to have good teeth. They are hard.. Kinda like tough almonds. Some of them crunch easier than others That being said they are great low cal crunchy snack. Only 100 calories, 7 grams of protein that helps you for your need of something good to eat. I first seen them and thought: "Eww bean" lol All three flavors were awesome. I shared with my adult family and all three of them thought they tasted great. Hard to find a healthy great tasting snack.

A healthy, tasty snack in a 100 calorie pack.

These are a great snack for someone who needs something to munch on, but wants to keep it healthy; there is a satisfying crunch when you bite into them. The 100 calorie packs are great as well, so I don't accidently eat a larger bag of them in a sitting. My local grocery store only carries the Sriracha flavor, so having the variety is nice. As a runner, I've also used and enjoyed these as a snack right before I run with no digestive issues.

Something Different!

I really have been enjoying the variety pack of this item. Each of the three different products are very delicious. Each has its own distinct taste. This is my second box I have purchased. Different vendors I think. Both were delivered sooner than expected. Haven’t opened the second box yet to test for freshness. Only 2 Weight Watcher points. I have enjoyed the flavors & crunch of each.

This is my Weight Watchers "go-to"!

As a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member who has been at goal for 18 months now, I'm always looking for healthy, satisfying, and tasty ways to treat myself when I get the munchies. This product absolutely takes 1st prize! The variety pack offers 3 flavors (they're all great, but my favorite is sriracha). Not only good as a stand-alone snack, but also great as crunchy addition to salads, or as topping for vegetable casseroles. And for Weight Watchers, each satisfying pack is only 2 Smartpoints.
