I really loved the item; however the plastic things you sent to put the organizer together SUCKED,,,,,REALLY SUCKED.....I went to Home Depot with the item in hand, and spoke with a guy in hardware, and asked for screws and bolts that would fit...in 30 seconds, he found the screws with bolts, and was able to put the organizer together WITHOUT ANY MORE PROBLEMS together..... So MY SUGGESTION FOR THIS ITEM....STOP WITH THE PLASTIC MALE/FEMALE COUPLERS and use the screws w/bolts saves time, frustration, and it will save you money as well....for $1.18 you will make your customers so very much happy with a simple system..... So to end, I really love the organizer, once I purchased the screws & bolts to put it together....Also, I can change the top of the organizer to a different location whenever I want to change it over.....

Simple, Well Built Desk Organizer

Well built and simple to put together. Seller even sent me an email just to make sure that I understood how to put it together correctly. The spare plastic rivets were generous even though I should never need them. This has helped me to organize my desk, getting project folders up off of the desk and into a viewable position to find any particular one of them quickly. The drawer is a convenient place to keep pens, pencils, tape and a small calculator rounded up, but handy.

Outstanding organizer

Great price, fairly easy to put together - looks great on my desk and took up much less room than I thought it would - it is very sturdy, it doesn't move at all or walk or sway when you pull the drawer out, etc - I do like also that you can move the top portion around, I didn't even connect it to the back with a connector provided so it can be moved easily on rails that hold it to the top of the storage area - there are no worries about it coming off the top of the organizer as the bars that come up the front and back keep it from going anywhere - it comes with large, rubber type feet that go on each corner to keep it in one place - well thought out product

Versatile beautiful and chic organizer for office.

Fantastic product, exactly as shown online. Good strong material and extremely pleased. I was very skeptical when buying this as I had seen a lot of negative comments; but I ordered it since it was Amazon's Best Seller. The assembly instructions were very clear with pictures, simple steps and no tools needed. Looks very professional, organized and houses all my daily office needs from TI-84 calculators, staplers, folders, envelopes, sticky notes and a whole lot. Decided to order it's companion package as well from the same buyer. Packaged very well, opening package, reading instructions and assembly took about ten minutes. Would definitely recommend.

I found the white and black pegs to be easy to snap in but can see why others find it hard.

Yes, that is what the headline should read. The biggest complaint people have on the reviews are the dreaded black and white pegs that are used to put the pieces together. And it seems tricky, and strange. You put the white pegs in, then you put the black pegs into the white pegs. So not like a screw and bolt, where on goes into the hole and the other fastens it on the other end. No this is the white fits in the hole, you push it all the way down that it clicks. The black peg in the middle you push all the way down till that clicks. What that basically does is the black peg makes the white peg expand on the other side of the hole a little bit so that it is sturdy. If you don't get both pegs pushed all the way down and clicking then it won't hold. And you might make the white peg unusable after that because it is no pre-expanded. I love the ability to store all my filing folders as well as other office supplies in the shelves below. Anyway, I really like the product. I had one issue where they sent me 2 part "D"s and no part "E" when it was supposed to be 1 part "D" and 1 part "E" for the folder holders last parts. Which to me says that they sent me a used one and not a brand new one. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful, gracious and sent me a replacement, which I greatly appreciate.

Easy to assemble! Follow the instructions from company they should send you in an email...

I'm pleased with the final product. This was actually easy to assemble following the instructions sent from the company by e-mail in combination with a little know-how. Yes, you WILL resort to using pliers to attach the file holders (C, D, and E) to "Part B." Insert female (white) pin "G" into the lined-up holes of each side of each file holder and then push male (black) pin "F" as far as you can into female pin "G". Then just press down on each SIDE of the black "F" pins (one side at a time on each one, lol), while using the pliers so you don't end up crushing "F" and "G" together. (I don't think that would help.) They joined together very easily with the pliers. The only minor issues: the mesh is a little flimsy but not terribly so. There is a shallow dent in the back of part "D" but it's hidden by the file folders in it. I HOPE THIS HELPS!

Great for everyday use and kitchen counter organization.

I read the reviews about how hard this unit was to put together and I had the totally opposite experience. The included instructions were very clear and the unit was assembled in about 5-10 miinutes. The small white and black plastic 'rivets' used to attach the file folder slots top the unit top did not present any problem and are holding just fine. I do agree that these small pieces are a bit cheap and could be replaced by small nuts and bolts, but after assembly they are doing quite well in holding securely. I am very pleased with the overall look and functionality of this unit for helping to organize the stuff on our kitchen counter. Everything came packaged adequately with no damage or dents. First rate product at a great price.

Nice addition to my desk!

I found everything to like and nothing to dislike about this organizer. I had spent some time shopping around the brick and mortar stores to no avail. I really wanted something that had both drawers and folder separators. All I found was one or the other...never a combination that I wanted. And talk about overpriced! I couldn't believe what some places wanted for metal organizers. And I wasn't willing to consider plastic ones. This was very easy to assemble. I do not understand what some reviews mean when they say that the folder separator is flimsy...or won't stay attached. Or that it falls over. Mine is very study and has no problem staying in place. I can pick up the whole unit by the separators! Easily. After assembly, the unit stands 15 1/4 inches high, desktop to top of tallest folder separator, 12 1/2 inches wide, and 9 inches deep. The folder section may be mounted to align with the left side or the right side and in the center of the base unit. The folder section itself is 9 inches wide. (Therefore, if you mount the folder unit aligning with the left or right side, you will have 3 1/2 inches of space to place something else...very useful for me...) The drawer has 3 sections (they are not configurable), two 3 1/2 sections on each side and a 5 inch section in the middle. 4 rubber feet are provided so that the unit won't easily slide. I found the $25 price very reasonable for this product.

Drawers and working file solutions in ONE

Just what I was looking for! I needed drawers to store supplies and working file space for my home office with limited space. I haven't been able to find any product that fits both requirements until now. The assembly was a bit difficult, and I broke one of the pins trying to do it, but the seller reached out with instructions and an offer to send me replacement pins, which I received only 2 days later. Very pleased with my purchase and with the customer service.
