I try to use it daily for 30 minutes, want to extend my life!

Works well. Easy to unzip from inside. I put a towel on the chair and one around my neck outside the unit. I use daily for 30 minutes at 135 degrees. I was going to have one built into my house, but low on cash. This is much cheaper. Found lots of research saying that extends life. Start with lower temperatures and shorter time. Your body will get used to it. Bring a towel so you can dry off after, so you aren’t chilly. Hope this helps you.

I love this little sauna

I love this little sauna! I purchased an infrared sauna to help with stiff joints and muscle aches. I was paying $35/mnth for a health spa simply to sit in their sauna, so the payout was totally worth it to me! You will definitely expel toxins in this thing! The sauna doesn't smell and was super easy t set up! I have it sitting on a carpeted floor in my bedroom where I can watch a t.v. program as I sweat! I love it!

Love it. Heats up really fast. It's what I have been waiting for a long time. I paid 75.00 for one session of infrared blanket which is expensive. In the long run, it's a good investment.

I would recommend it to anyone with chronic pain

We purchased this item after I had a treatment at the Holistic Dr.'s office. My severe pain has ruled my life for over six years. It arrived fast and is exactly what I was looking for to detox. It's easy to set up and helps us sweat out our toxins like CRAZY!!! Expect to be soaking wet after 2O minutes. I love it!!!

This sauna is beautifully designed and effective. It only takes a few minutes to heat up and has an easy remote to control the temperature and time. It also has a heated foot pad that you can control the heat of as well. My first time using it, I was only able to sit in the sauna for about 15 minutes. I waited 5 minutes for it to get up to 130 degrees and then hopped in. In the dead of Chicago winter, IT WAS GLORIOUS. I broke a sweat in no time but was relaxed and comfortable in the privacy of my home. I woke up the next morning feeling amazing! My skin felt great, my muscles felt rejuvenated, and I couldn't want to get in it again. I train in mma at a high intensity 5-6 days per week and this is just what my body needs to aid in recovery. The best part of this whole unit is that it FOLDS UP! You can take it wherever you need it and it store well. I also have a steam sauna that does not compare to the versatility and quality of this sauna. This sauna heats up faster, is built of higher quality material, gives you control over the temperature to heat to and is able to fold for transportation and storage. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

It works excellently. Hot enough for me. I always sweat when I sit in there. I sit for 30 minutes every night. Great to lose weight. Easy to set up and store.

Trying to find time to head to the spa to use their infrared sauna became harder and harder. When I saw this SereneLife Portable Infrared I knew I would get my money's worth in just 1 treatment. Incredible and it makes a huge difference with my fibromyalgia.
