Definitely reduced breakage in my nails. It has also helped reduce my adult acne breakouts. Practically tasteless and a small enough capsule so it's easier to deal with than with gummy type of biotin vitamins.

Works Really Well

Great product. Will be ordering more. Noticed a definite difference in my hair when it came to how soft it was. I haven't taken them long enough to notice major hair growth but I can tell that my hair is longer than usual in the amount of time I've been using the product. It does make me break out a bit but I heard you can take Vitamin B to counter that.

Purchased these a few months ago and i am very happy with what they can do. i had two bald spots on my head that were about the size of a quarter and since i’ve started taking these once, daily at around 4am i have seen my hair start to grow back. it’s slowly but surely growing back. i was always told that depending on your body, sometimes it can take a few months to begin to see results. A staple in my self care routine

Ever since I’ve heard about biotin for hair growth I bought a bottle and it does as it claims. My hair was so short when I did my big chop back in 2017 that I couldn’t put it in a ponytail but since then my hair has grown so thick and long.

Actually works.

I am tell a difference in that my thinning hair is thicker, not new growth so much as thickening. Nails grow like weeds, I’m clipping once a week. Skin has also improved since taking.

Good product for healthy nails

I've used Biotin before for my nails which tend to peel in layers. One recent product didn't do anything so my nails went back to their former peeling way. I thought I'd give Amazon a chance and these Biotin capsules work great. Nails are strong again and probably my hair is healthier also but my reason for using Biotin is for my nails. So I'm a happy customer using my fingers and nails to hammer away at the keyboard. One thing that I have to mention --- and this is not an issue with these or any Biotin pills. The nails get very strong so they have a tendency to break when they strike something. When nails are weak, soft and problematic, they don't break that way; they use peel. So that's the downside of Biotin, but I'm willing to accept that to avoid the peeling nails.

This works for amazing hair growth, however....

Biotin has and hopefully always will work for me. I use these pills for 5 months, keep my hair in a slick ponytail or other protective styling and by the end of those 5 months, I’ll have an additional 5 or 6 inches of hair! Stop using it and go back to your ways and your hair will revert back to damaged. This is a lifelong change.

Used,for hair and skin, I cant take in gelitin and this product doesnt have it,
