Super sharp! Wacth those fingers. lol

OUch! lol... these scissors may be inexpensive, but don't let the price fool you. They are super sharp! Super sharp! Watch those fingers. Just a slight touch and you are going to slice them! (Yep, I did several times till I finally realized I can't treat these as typical scissors that cut paper! I'm a slow learner - what can I say!!) I'm not a hair stylist but I wanted to give myself trims in between professional cuts. It cuts with precision and even does great channel cuts!!! (I Y*utubed that and taught myself!!). Feeling confident with these scissors and online videos, I decided to give myself an entire new haircut and it looks fantastic! These scissors cut with such precision and ease that it was so easy to cut hard to reach places. Glad I bought them and would highly, highly recommend. PLEASE keep these AWAY from children!!!! Just touching the blade is going to produce a severe slash - says my bandaged fingers. :)

Extends time between haircuts

I use these scissors about every 2 weeks to extend my haircuts. I have extremely thick hair that is cut in layers. These scissors work to thin out the hair and extend the time between haircuts. My hairdresser thinks I am crazy for cutting my own hair, but I think it actually looks pretty good when I finish! Beware that these scissors are sharp (which also makes them cut hair very nicely). I seem to get a small cut on my hand every time I use these. I’m sure it’s due to user error, but I wanted to warn the rookies out there.

Work Great!

These work GREAT! All these years I've been trimming my Golden Retriever with regular scissors. Little did I know how much better and faster results I would get with thinning scissors! Took half as much time and the results were so much better. Should have bought these years ago!

Very nice scissors cutting husband's and son's hair.

These scissors are perfect for me and my somewhat novice haircutting abilities. I previously owned a drugstore pair of haircutting scissors. They did okay but I knew there had to be something better. After reading reviews and considering price, I ordered this pair. I used them to cut my husbands hair yesterday and they worked perfectly. They are quite sharp! My grip felt very secure and comfortable. I'm not a liscensed professional but I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a nice pair of scissors to cut hair quickly and efficiently.

I want to die

The scissors are great. I got a pair of straight ones and a shearing pair. Gave myself a pretty good professional looking haircut in the mirror. Was very happy. Was 99% done and figured the front could be thinned out just a tad more and then it would be perfect. Picked up the shears and made a big clip front and center. Heard an odd zip, kinda like the sound the straight scissors make. Realized it was the straight scissors. Hair looks ridiculous. Almost wish they weren’t so sharp so they wouldn’t go through so much hair so easily. Still 5/5, but I want to die.

Excellent quality especially for the price

Excellent shears, some of the best I have ever owned in my career and especially for the price. My professionals shears I paid more than $100 for. And these are sharper than they are. Great for having a second pair around the house.

Great product for a great price, came a day earlier than expected as well! The product itself functions very well and have used it on myself a few times with great results! (YouTube is a great reference for beginners)

Very sharp, they do the trick

I have fine, very full (dense), slightly wavy hair. When stylists put their gunk on it, it gets really flat and straight and they don't thin my hair out enough. I end up with hair that looks like the Cathy comic strip character when I dry it (maybe not that bad, but you get the idea). I was hesitant to buy thinning shears. I know you can do a lot of damage if you aren't careful, but after my now former stylist left me with a wall of hair, I decided to get them. I'm really conservative with them. I cut into the under layers of my hair so what I'm doing isn't visible in the top layer. I only take maybe three or four cuts. They have helped me get my hair under control. I wouldn't want to be without them now.

Feel like quality sheers...Sharp

I use these to cut my boy's hair. They were delivered very sharp and do what they are suppose to do. They do not look like economy sheers.
