Perfect Replacement Cords for Zero Gravity Style Patio Chairs

Horizontal cords were exact same length as originals. Vertical cords were a bit longer but with double looping each eyelet, the longer length was perfect. Really appreciate the metal ends as it makes it a breeze to thread these replacements. Definitely would buy again. And the $10 price per chair kit was good value.

I purchased these last Summer but just got around to replacing the cord on my aging LaFuma today. The directions were useless but no worries because I used the original cords on my second chair as a pattern to follow. I would guess that the entire process took only 30 minutes for one lounge chair. Today I ordered a second set so I could do my other LaFuma. I am very satisfied.

Zero Gravity Reborn

Worked for my zero gravity La Fuma chairs when the existing cords began to rot and break. I taped the end of the new cord to the end of the old cord and fed it through the chair loops by pulling out the old cord. Easy Peasy. The cord was way to long so I ended up trimming and knotting the ends. The chair is like new again. I didn't realize how soft it had become with the old cord. I hope this replacement cord lasts!

The cords are long enough to complete the job.

Repaired two zero-gravity chairs, whose cords were dried out after years of use. I started from the bottom and worked my way up. I pulled the cord tightly through each loop. I definitely had enough cord to finish the chair including doing a double pass where the knees would be on the chair (as per instructions). The chairs look new and the support is incredible. I would recommend this product.

These are awesome! So glad I didn't have to throw my otherwise ok chairs out, just because the old cording ripped. I didn't really use the directions (though they seemed pretty good), I just looked at the other side and followed the pattern. These replacement cords were easy to use, pre-cut and have the same ends that came with the chair! They're basically like new now. These worked great - I just had a hard time figuring out how to install them. My problem was that my chair was a different style than what the picture showed. But after a few times of playing around with the cords, I found a way that worked for me. And they’re holding everything together and that’s all that matters!

I bought these for my XL gravity chair. They were a little longer then the ones advertised at the store where I bought the chair. After reading reviews on that sight and Amazon I went with the longer ones just in case. The bottom ones fit the chair great. The ones for the top of the chair were a little longer so I just doubled up on a couple of the holes. One side of the chair the bungees were broken so I just copied the other side. The rest of them as I took the old bungee out of the hole I put the new one in and went like that. It was very easy to do and I don't think it took me an hour.

I have an old Lafuma lounge chair (about 20 yrs. old) that needed new cords. This product included 2 short and 2 long cords so I had to wrap the longer cords twice around each metal loop along the sides of the chair. This turned out to be a good thing as it provides a bit more support as I relax. To replace the cord I tied a length of string to the old cord and the new cord; I simply guided the old cord out and fed the new cord in.

Easy to install

Although instructions provided in package were terribly translated to English. The four cords provided are of high quality and by following the pattern of the old cords remaining on the zero gravity recliner - it was very easy to install the new cords. Trick is not to over tighten the new cords. Just take slack out as you progress through each grommet. Plenty of cord to complete double loops through each grommet. Two short cords for back rest and two long cords for seat & leg support. Not hard to install and the support is fantastic - like a new chair again for a fraction of cost.
