5 Stars 1) It arrived in a timely manner within a matter of a few days. 2) Easy to assembly a child in 3rd grade could put it together. 3) Yes, it came with instruction written in English (yes) and all the packaging was intact. 4) The material is thin but holds up well to keep the steam inside. 5) Although the chair is small, it sturdy. I was actually impressed that it held up as long as it has considering I’ve had multiple of people utilizing the sauna that weighted between 180-240lbs. Overall it was a great buy

Considering how affordable this is, I got more than my money's worth! I mean, it not only comes with a sauna, but a chair, an evaporator (to make steam), and even a remote control! And it's the only sauna in its class that comes in this nice brown color. At the highest heat setting of "9", I get a nice sweat. And the supplier has GREAT customer service. Only one downside.... The assembly instructions don't have as much detail as I'd like, so I made one mistake. Be sure when you attach the two curved parts called "Part C", the curve is in the same place in both. So they parallel each other.

The product is great!!!

I love it! It appears at first it’s gonna take awhile to setup because of all the pieces but it was a easy setup took less than 15mins and u are pouring water in the tank and sitting and you are steaming and enjoying. It cost me 65.00 for one session at the spa so It is a great value and have used it several times .

Great portable sauna and great customer service

Bought the sauna for my dad and he loves it. Sauna works like any other portable sauna but at a good price. After the first day of use one of the screws inside the steam pot became loose and fell onto the circuit board frying it. I contacted giantex showing them a photo of what happened and ask them to resend a new steam pot and they sent a whole new sauna and steam pot so I appreciate that. Will buy again in the future if needed.

Great Unit

This is a great Sauna, works well. The assembly takes a little time but I was able to do it myself. Be sure to check out all the extra little extension tube pieces for the lengths before putting together. Once you assemble the frame I needed to tap the ends in tighter with a hammer. I used a towel to protect the tubing while I hammered the tubes in further. The covering was too tight and wouldn't fit until I did the extra hammering and then it fit perfectly. The design with the 2 zippered holes for your hands is great because you can still use your phone and zipper the opening tightly around your wrist to keep the steam from escaping. The steam unit has a loud beeper alarm indicating shut off. It sounds like a smoke detector going off so be prepared for that. Once the steam started it took a while for me to start sweating but I am happy with the results. The bottom of the covering filled up with condensation so I turned it upside down and hung it to dry.

IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG...wish I had discovered this earlier!! It's not very EASY to transport from place to place (depending on your door space) but it does the job just like a real sauna!! I loved it so MUC, I ordered a 2nd one so I don't have to move it around! When I use it, the first 10 to 15 minutes, I cover the whole on the top with a towel and just sit on the floor for full facial affect:) It's done wonders for my skin!! Oh and the company is like no other. The 2nd one I ordered had one of the "pipe" connectors damaged....I contacted the company and without hesitation, they said another one is on the way!!!!!! I have recommended this to all my friends and co-works and know of at least three other people who have already ordered theirs!!
