Bought this a while ago in preparation for our solid foods adventures. Although a tad pricey, I think it's worth every penny. My daughter just started her solids with these spoons and it provides just the right amount of flexibility you need for a puréed food meal, leading to a fun and relatively clean feeding (as clean as baby feedings can get). You wont have any issues scooping up the last few drops in the bowl. Even if food seeps out of her mouth, I can use the tip of the spoon to wipe it off. Not only that but because it is soft, my enthusiastic daughter can bite into the spoon as she gets excited over eating her food. Although the fact it is so short could be seen as a negative, I think it makes it more portable and it can fit inside some of the larger bowls we have. The best spoons ever!!

Only have had these spoons 2 days and my 11 month old son is feeding himself. We have struggled with other plastic spoons that were too long for him to use. He loves these spoons! Can not recommend them enough. I was very worried purchasing these because they are a little pricey, but all the great reviews convinced me and I am so glad I purchased them. Makes feeding him easier since his has a senestive gag reflex feeding himself has helped make it easier.

I started using these with my little one around 4 months when introducing some solids just to try/play with. These spoons make the "play" part of food so effective! She was able to grab them very well in comparison to other spoons I bought (Grabease brand). Plus, they're flexible so she'd bite down on them and pull at the same time and it was fun for her. She got her first teeth at 5 months so these were double-purposing as teethers! I was able to sit her in her high chair when her teeth were bothering her and give her food to play with. So, she'd snag one of these and just chew away. Have loved them so far. Well worth the money in comparison to the others I purchased. That being said, the others are probably better suited for an older baby. My baby is currently 6 months old.

UPDATE: My daughter is now 17 months old and we still use these spoon every single day. I have multiple sets and all of them still look and function fantastically. These are the easiest spoons for toddlers to use. The short handle allows them to easily feed themselves. You have no idea how hard it is to find small spoons that are also soft. I'm still loving these. I cannot express enough how amazing these spoons are. My daughter is 7 months old and on the smaller side (15 percentile), and these are currently the only spoons that work for her. Better than Beaba, Munchkin, etc. The silicone at the tip of the spoon is incredibly thin and makes it much easier to fit into her mouth. PROS: .The thin design of the spoon tip allows you to scrape the bowl/plate clean. You can literally feed your baby every last drop of food. .These don't stain or turn color from baby's food. Even after a year of daily use! .100% Food Grade Silicone means safe for baby. .Super soft and flexible. Doesn't bother sensitive gums. .Perfect size for even the newest beginners. .Attractive, modern design. Always a plus. .Bowl of spoon is deep enough to hold large spoonfuls. .Doubles as a teether. .Engages baby's interest in eating. .Super easy to clean. CONS: .$7.50 per spoon is a little on the pricey side. Most expensive baby spoon I've come across. Overall, these are the best spoons I have used. I am definitely buying more.

This is the 5th baby spoon brand that I have tried for my baby, and let me say, this one is my absolute favorite. At first, I was a little turned off by the price for only 2 spoons. However, the quality and durability of these spoons is wonderful. The material is perfect for my baby's sore, teething gums. Her gums are so sensitive right now that a hard plastic spoon bothers her. She loves chewing on the spoon. Also, the shape of the spoon holds the perfect amount of baby food without it overflowing or dripping on her chin. Another plus is that food doesn't stain this spoon, unlike the other brands I have tried. I just wish I would have tried these spoons and saved so much money but not buying all of the other spoon brands.

These are the best spoons! I used one the very first time I gave my 5 month old food, and she has been feeding herself ever since (now 8 months!). I only have one as my dog chewed on the other, and I WILL be buying more! I used a normal infant plastic spoon and she can't get the food off as well because the plastic spoons aren't flexible like these! With these spoons, the sides bend so she can get the food off with her gums. The handle is round so she can hold it better, and even even it does get spun around, she can still get the food off. She sometimes gets this spoon backwards and uses the back end- not what it's intended for, but she makes it work! :)

These spoons are the greatest! My little guy hates having food fed to him on a spoon but doesn't have the motor skills to use a regular spoon without gagging himself of jabbing himself in the eye. These spoons allow him to safely practice using spoons and feeding himself. They also make great tethers, and my little guy is often more into chewing on things than actually eating solids, and these are great at keeping him occupied at the table even if he's not eating. He loves them and I love that they are made of silicone instead of plastic.

Our baby, not yet 6 months old, loves these spoons. She was able to self-feed using this spoon the very first time. We are doing a modified baby led self weening. We first introduced her to the spoon without any food and let her play with it and really get a good feel for it. She immediately put the bowl of the spoon in her mouth to teeth on! The shape of the spoons are great easy to grip with tiny ridges that make it less slippery (she still drops it a lot, but oh well). Our friend's baby (7 months old) came to visit and he used it to feed himself right away. They are going to buy it too! Our doctor said that it is good for baby's hand-eye coordination and motor development to feed themselves using a spoon. I wish it were medical grade silicone and not food grade, but I haven;t really seen that on the market so I can't take off a star for that. The spoon's bowl is perfect for wiping baby's chin during feedings.

Flexible & easy for baby to hold. These starter spoons are wonderful! The baby always grabs the spoon and tries to feed herself when we are feeding her. These spoons are very easy for her to hold, they are soft and flexible, and they hold pureed foods in them (no matter how she holds the spoon). We also purchased "the First Years - First Food Spoons" and ChooMe spoons (shown in picture with these spoons). These spoons seem easier for baby to hold than all the other spoons. These are very flexible and I like how the base is wider, so it's not so easy for baby to push the spoon in her throat and choke herself. These spoons don't seem as durable as the others, as they are very flexible and thin at the tip (they seem more likely to crack where the silicone is thin). However, I highly recommend these spoons! These and the ChooMe spoons are my favorite 2 brands. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!

The best baby spoons on the market!! Incredibly easy for baby to hold and scoop food with. I was shocked that my 4 month old could use this spoon on her own. She's now 6 months old and we use these multiple times a day. They have a textured handle that makes it easy for baby to hold. The tip bends when baby dips it in the food so she can scoop from many angles- perfect for learners. They wash so easily. I have nothing bad to say about them. I recommend them to everyone and bought them as gifts this Christmas. They're that good!
