I bought this back in September 2017 for my bedroom 4K TV. I already have an Android box in the living room. I didn't expect much from this because the price was pretty good. But I must say that I couldn't be any happier with this box. I love the interface! I have installed a few of my favorite programs plus I have installed the add-ons i like. Like anything, there is a learning curve. So does it work out of the box? Yes. Can you do anything with it on day 1? Probably not! You will have to go through the menus and settings to learn the things you can do with it. But believe me, this is a great Android TV box. Since purchasing this one, I've been researching others to see if I can find an even better one. So far, I can't. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best you'll find.

moving on from G-Box q3 to t95z

have at least 5 matricom devices in last 5 years. biggest problem was playing videos from local, network and streaming. All had shuttering/freezing/hanging once you loaded a few apps. Factory reset and starting over was routine . subscription IPTV was just not possible. Finally stripped down Q3 to just kodi with no apps. Video improved but not the best. Got the t95z just 2 weeks ago with more memory/ram and 7.1 Android. All video and android IPTV works great. smaller than G-Boxes. didn't like the flashing neon so just turned it off. Waiting for micoSD card for apps experiments and storage. USB sticks and harddrives work attached or network nas. I got the EVANPO version. You'll like it if you are on the borders of memory and ram. retired network engineer so I know how these things talk.

Solid and functional with all bells and whistles.

Came with 3g/32gb as described with Android 7.1. I had issue with Kodi and 4K but vendor/support answered and told how to fix quickly. Both remotes work well and the box has worked well with our subscription services since the summer. It is a solid box as my wife uses it daily. I have it set to power down though when we press the power button on the remote to save power and just to treat it like a set top box.

I love this little device

After I overcame some issues with this box by flashing the latest firmware provided by the seller, I love this little device. I am running Kodi with the PS Vue plugin and it works fairly well. I also have all of the Play Store TV apps installed including Netflix so have I lot's of options when it comes to watching programs. The wireless keyboard is a must have to navigate quickly and set up the box. A few things I've learned: 1) This box is rooted so Apps like PS Vue and DirecTv Now will not run. 2) The 5G wifi performance is subpar without updating the firmware to the latest provided by the seller, make sure this is the first thing you do. 3) I haven't been able to get a Dolby 5.1 signal via optical output although the audio settings have the option. Overall, if you are able to flash the latest firmware I would recommend this box to anyone! The seller has been great, they even gave me a $10 credit because I had spent some time with flashing and set up. This product allowed me to ditch DirecTv and save $80 a month.

Great Android Box!

I bought this to control my projector. It is very small and sits right on top of my projector. I use wireless and bluetooth for all the connections except the LAN is plugged in for reliability but the wifi is there too. (Well, HDMI is plugged in also). I changed the launcher and installed many new apps and everything works as intended so far. People whine if it is not perfect out of the box but what is really? The hardware you get for the price is pretty amazing. Antutu gave it 41k score. Spend a little time doing some research and make the box yours! Install what you want. I can connect to my Anova or iGrill2 and it will tell me when the food is done while I am watching TV, playing games or whatever. Bluetooth game controllers and sound bar connect and perform as they should. The keyboard that I received was the backlit version...bonus! I can control my PC from the T95Z Plus which comes in handy. I have only had it for about 10 days so I cannot comment on the longevity of the device but so far, so good, I don't turn it off ever. All in all, this is a great tool for me. It is also a fantastic toy as there are so many things to do. (Seems as though customization is unlimited).Go make it yours...or don't...I don't care. :P

Best Thing For Entertainment on your tv

I Love it! I use it for multiple things. It does so much i can connect my 4tb hard drive and 2tb hard drive at the same time and i can access everything I have on both of them movies, music and photos. I can access the internet and so many apps, games and movies and tv shows and music and software. easy to setup and everything in hd and a little keyboard that lights and a regular remote control. I highly recommend it to everyone!!

Excellent product. Very pleased.

Works great. Does exactly as advertised. Very good remote. I got the 32GB/3GB ram model that I ordered. Fairly easy setup. For a techie like me it's a joy with lots of optional ways to go on some things but a novice might have a learning curve. I do suggest installing the latest Kodi version. (As of this writing, it's 17.6)

Great box, great price, great support

I've been meaning to write this review, but I got side tracked. This thing is awesome. Tech support is awesome. I had some issues with the first unit that I attempted (ethernet wasn't working), but via email, Jack worked with me to try to flash the firmware. When all was said and done, I had to return it and the replacement works fantastically. Love this little box. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great box for not alot of money. Been using it daily for 3 months now.

Absolutely love this android tv box

Absolutely love this android tv box. I have a Gen3 Apple TV, and in my opinion, i feel this box is equal to, and in some areas superior to Apple First off, great thanks for the VERY fast shipment from the seller! I ordered it on Oct 10, 2017, and it was at my door Oct 14,2017!! FAST!!!! Very easy setup, easy to download apps to, the streaming quality, to me is everything i could ask for and expected! The only issue I had, was on initial setup, (probably operator error) getting box to recognize and stay paired to my wifi network, but after resetting router and box all has been fantastic.I now have 3 different networks in my house and it recognizes ALL 3 everytime i choose one, and it never drops a signal!! This box is VERY FAST as well. I am so pleased with it, I ordered my second box from the same seller, and i would buy another if i needed without hesitation!! Ordered second one and am expecting delivery this weekend!! If you are considering an android box, and there are several for sure, i would highly recommend this one! I did my own research and review checks, and am completely satisfied so far!!
