No more single use plastic straws!!

I LOVE these!! No rubbery taste, they are soft on your mouth and teeth unlike steel or hard plastic. I wanted to quit using single use plastics and was looking for a replacement for my straws. I tried stainless steel and hard plastic. I liked them both but was very concerned about my grandkids (or myself) hurting myself on them. They are unforgiving if you fall or hit your mouth accidentally. These are perfect!! Soft, big, come with a couple brushes to clean well. And NO RUBBERY taste. So happy!! Highly recommended!!

Does work in the tall big cups

Like the large diameter of the straw, although still getting used to the soft silicone material after using metal and hard plastic straws for so long. But exactly what I needed to be able to have bent straw to help me drink while recovering from surgery. In my tall big thermal cup, the top is about where the straw bends, but does reach the bottom of the cup which is more than some of the other silicone and plastic straws which appear to be more for kids than adults. Happy with purchase.

Grandfather loves his straws

I bought these straws for my 78 year old grandfather and he loves them. They are flexible and soft since they are silicone. Thw bright cloors are easy to see thw straw since he is vision impaired. My grandmother loves how easy they are to clean. And they both love that they are big enough to use for milkshakes! Highly recommend!

Perfect

I thought these were going to be the smaller straws like a regular drinking straw, but they are bigger like the ones you get in a milkshake. One of the main reasons I got them is to replace the reusable plastic straw from one of my reusable plastic cups. The old one snapped when I accidentally pulled my bag out over the straw in my cup holder. These straws are great, I admit, I did have to force it into the top of the cup, but it is so nice to have one that is bendy. I think it feels like a regular straw more than the harder plastic ones. So far I have only used it in my water cup, so cleaning has not been difficult, but it is wide enough to get the pipe cleaner through no problem.

Best Straws Ever! Please make them in black, gray and white please!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these straws! They fit perfect in my tumbler. Most straws are too short and just fall down to far, these are the perfect height. I also like how flexible they are. So many times I’ve needed to reshake my drink but don’t want to pull the straw out and make a mess. With these all you have to do it push it down and shake, so amazing! No more mess! One last thing, yes, they are wide but I do really like that my thick shakes and little bits of ice don’t get stuck in my straws because these are wider. I have nothing negative to say about them except for, I wish they came in more neutral colors like, black, gray and white. My husband won’t use them because he thinks the colors are way too bright and girly. But if they had very manly colors he and my son would use them 😊

i used these for something else

i have a strap on my camera, where my hand inserts and rubs on a strap above and below. for years i tried foam, silicone tape, shrink wrap etc. and none worked. i used one straw on the top and bottom, and it works great as an anti-friction device. i had no idea these existed, and have been looking for silicone tubes for a while. as a straw, i would imagine they work well for that too, never tried it though, or cleaning it. its really wide to be a normal straw.

It’s a giant boba straw!!! Not suitable for soda cans.

I thought these straws would be a little skinnier. Sure, I bought the large straws, but they would have been too large if they were metal. Luckily it’s silicone so I bite my straw to make it more narrow. That’s why I’m not giving this a 4-star review, it’s really not a problem, until you put it into a soda can. It can peel the straw if you’re not too careful. But eh, it’s silicon, not that reactive. Also, if you have ever tried Boba (those tapioca balls in smoothies), this straw is just the right size to drink boba from.

Durable, flexible

I bought these out of guilt over throwing away plastic drinking straws and strangling sea turtles, etc. My mother is triplegic and must be fed. Anyone who takes care of an invalid knows you have to use drinking straws. These are very rubbery and flexible, but not weak -- they keep their form quite well but also bend if you need them to. The elbow is a permanent shape, so do not think it stays flexed any other way when you let go. I like that these come with cleaners you can use to brush out the inside. Also, being made of silicone, I can pop them in the microwave for about 30 seconds to destroy any lingering bacteria. They seem quite durable, and I expect they will last a while. The bright colors are nice too. One thing is they are quite large. This can be a bonus if you're drinking thick liquids like milkshakes. If, however, you're dependent on having the straw stand up in a small glass of liquid (e.g. juice glass, one handed) then the straw will tip over by its own weight.

These don’t suck and they are great to suck your drink from.

Love these! My family is trying to reduce our straw usage, so I bought some stainless steel ones and these. These are great because they don’t conduct temperatures like the stainless steel ones; the stainless steel ones get cold in cold drinks and too hot to drink from in hot drinks. Also, I put a variety of these and stainless steel straws in zip bags to be stored in the glove boxes of our vehicles so that we would have them when we are out-and-about and get drinks on the run: the stainless steel ones got too hot in my glove box this summer to use—I went to get them out and they were too hot to touch!

So far, a good deal for the price.

I bought these for my shakes, which are always on the thicker side. The length and diameter of the straw are perfect for my large ninja cup. They are also easy to clean. Update: the cleaning bush is a bit flimsy so it’s probably not going to last long. There are two, but I don't think they’ll last the life of the straws. Another note for people drinking out of the ninja cup. It’s slightly difficult to reach the bottom due to the curving of the straw. Other than that, I really like the straw!
