This is only the second review I've written in my years with Amazon. I felt the need to weigh in only because the reviews were so mixed. In essence, the mini shavers is simply awesome. I just turned 65 and for the past year had come accustomed to plucking my chin hairs. I would note that the hairs had become wiery and coarse. One use and my chin was clean, smooth and while you may not appreciate it, I've attached a picture of the hair that was taken off with the first time I used it..amazed. Buy it, especially for we seasoned ladies who are just beginning to experience the chin hairs. Sweethome

I’ve tried so many different things to deal with the hair on my face but nothing has worked like the finishing touch

This product is truly a life changer for me. I have PCOS and one of the side effects is excessive hair growth, which is a huge problem for a woman. I’ve tried so many different things to deal with the hair on my face but nothing has worked like the finishing touch! Normally I use a straight razor to shave my face but it would leave razor burn and took forever to do. With the Finishing touch my face feels so soft and only took about 2 minutes! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

Love this Hair Remover.

I love this hair remover. I use it on my upper lip and it removes all the hair painlessly. I would recommend it to everyone. I have read some of the reviews where people with really dark coarse hair say it does not work so well. I have fine hair on my upper lip with the exception of a couple of wild black hairs that grow on each side of my upper lip, and this removes them completely. So, I would say give it a try.

Received my product today. Used it immediately. I'm wishing I would have bought this thing sooner. Love it. Makes my face feel smooth. I even did in between my daughters eye brows. She doesn't like picking. So this was perfect. No pain. I recommend cleaning your face really well, then use the product, then use a astringent after to kill any germs. Then let your face dry, then moisturize. I recommend this product to anyone struggling with facial hair.

It works, it truly works

OK I read a ton of reviews before ordering the Finishing Touch Flawless Women's Painless Hair Remover, aka tiny shaver (YES, it is a shaver). I had a pretty significant, to me anyway, mustache. I had tweezered them for many years but of course then I had little black stubbles if I didn't pluck day and evening. This 'stash had been a part of my face for many years, even before the dreaded menopause and I hated it as much as hot flashes and sleepless nights. My son's getting married in a month (bless his heart) and I didn't want facial hair showing up on MY face in the wedding pictures. So I had been semi-frantically and studiously checking out Amazon for a few weeks. This particular little hair remover-shaver had more reviews than many others and as always women hated it... and they loved it. So what's a girl to do? I ordered it and it came within 3 days...that's very good. Based on several reviewers' advice, I threw away the battery that came with it (some had mega problems with that battery) and installed my own Duracell battery. I read instructions for how to use it and got started. Oh yeah. One lady noted that when she put in her Duracell battery, the device revved up and took off so I didn't really know what to expect. I didn't want to put a racecar on my face. So I gently slid the switch up and she hummed so sweetly I put her right to work. This little thing worked like a champ. My midline 'stash hairs were about 1/4 in long. So ashamed, I am, I mean I WAS :-) So pressing firmly and going in tiny circles, it removed all the upper lip hairs in about 5 min and left my upper lip feeling a little weird and a little naked...no a LOT naked... but oh so lovely to the touch. And smooth. Anyway, I also used it around my chin and jawline in case I had any hairs sprouting that I hadn't noticed yet. Hadn't done the sly hair survey yet that day. Well, this morning I asked my hubby if he could see anything different about me and he said yes and grinned real big. I said what??!! He said Well you look a lot younger. What??!! And he said Well, it's not anything I would ever mention to a lady and especially my wife. What??!! He smooched me on the lips and said Now that felt nice. Whatt??!! (had to drag it out of him) Your lips are soft... And I said You Mean Hairless? And he chuckled and kissed me again. Such a gent, he is. Bless his heart! Anyway, loved it, worked like a charm, better than expected. I told Hubby I debated on spending so much for it and he said $19.99 was cheap for something that worked so well. What a man, he knows just what to say (or not say...lol) So good-bye facial hair. Oh the instructions said you could use daily if needed... FOLLOW-UP: 6/16/18 Still using my Finishing Touch Flawless Hair Remover (razor). I am still on first Duracell battery and first cutting head. I use this every day or sometimes skip a day. As long as I go in little circles, the device takes care of all my problem hairs, stiff black or peach fuzz. I truly am glad I purchased this and have recommended it to several friends. Ordering 2 replacement heads just to have them on hand. F/U 1/5/2019: Decided to order another to have just in case. These things are terrific!

Peach fuzz

I have peach fuzz and I HATE it and I'm always self conscious when in the sunlight cause it really shows up so I figured I'd give this a try. I haven't tried it on course hair so I can't say how it does on anything but peach fuzz but it works so well! Its small and convenient too!

This is by far the best facial hair removing tool I have ever used. I have blonde peach fuzz on my face and I hate it. This removes all the hair without irritating my skin & it seems to last longer than other tools I've used. The only thing I would advise is to make sure you moisturize well after use because it is not only removing hair but exfoliating your skin as well.

It was one of the best decisions i've done lately

I almost did not purchase this item because of all the negative reviews here . Luckily, i took a chance and ordered this. It was one of the best decisions i've done lately. It was delivered the next day. It comes with small brush for cleaning and emptying the small space where the hairs accumulates. Comes with 1 battery. I used it the same day I received it. I have facial hairs on my forehead, upperlip, chin and sideburns. It works great! THIS IS NOT FOR COARSE, THICK HAIRS. The razors are so tiny the thick hair will block the vacuum and will cause blockage, it will stop the razors from rotating. The size is a bit bigger than a lipstick, a good size for travelling. Also order in Amazon to avoid fake, defective item. So far so good! I am pleased and will give this as gifts to friends and family.

This thing really works!

I am a huge skeptic and am especially cautious buying things on Amazon nowadays, but this thing actually works. I will never have to get my Italian lip waxed again! I am highly allergic to even the wax that is made for sensitive skin and I always break out. This thing will now save me that discomfort. I wish it had precision tools for the eyebrows, but I'm happy enough using it on the rest of my face. Highly recommend it. Easy cleanup and ZERO pain. 5 x infinity stars!

A miracle for me!

I've never been able to get waxing to do the remove hair from my upper lip. Bleaches and chemical dilapidation preps burned and smelled. I've been tweezing for years. That hurts, and left me with occasional micro infections, and always reddened my skin for at least a day. In a week, I had to do it it all over, or end up with a greyish shadow. I'd been warned for years against using a razor, and I surely didn't want to scrape or cut my face. My dermatologist says that if I tend to get reddened skin from the methods I tried, laser hair removal might might leave me with red skin for weeks. This little device is a miracle. It's been only 9 days, but I've used it three times. No pain, red skin, cuts or infections, and no grey shadow! In less than a minute, the sensitive skin around my mouth looks hair-free and there isn't a chin hair in sight either! I'm going to order another just in case this doesn't last, or more... For this price, how can you go wrong?
