I absolutely love using the mixer for my vocals, as well as my instruments. The effects are amazing, especially while being able to Bluetooth tracks to drum to or lay down some guitar. Either rhythm or lead; it sounds terrific running through the Pyle mixer. Try it, you'll like it!

Pyle PMXU43BT Pretty darned handy little mixer. You cannot navigate folders when playing from USB memory, but it is great for canned playlists. The 1st folder and the 1st music file it finds will be track 1. I presume that it uses the sequence that the folder/file was copied to the USB memory to determine its numbering system. However, it will play the entire content of the 1st folder it finds before it moves to the next folder. It has plenty of gain to directly drive any decent powered speaker. The FX send can be used for Aux fed subs. Wahoo! Not sure how to pair BT with Surface 3...? Pressed Mode button on mixer (bt w/blinking LED) and looking for it to be discovered. The Surface 3 does not see it. TBC: Update - My error (I had a mouse using BT) - Shut off mouse and the mixer now BT connects with Surface 3. To get it set up: Close WMP on computer. Turn mixer On. Connect USB cable to computer. The display on the mixer will show "PC" when it connects. A small volume bar will display on computer. Launch WMP. Drag a few tracks to the player list. Press play (>|) button on mixer; the 1st track should start playing. The skip forward and skip back buttons should work, also. Be Careful to NOT hit the mode button as the mixer WILL disconnect from the PC! WMP will keep playing (and can be manipulated as normal from the PC), but the mixer will not be able to control the WMP. If you accidentally do this, just disconnect the USB cable at the mixer and plug it in again. It will reconnect and the 3 buttons will resume control. No big deal. The 3 control buttons (Pause/Fwd/Rew) can be pretty handy. Just know that the mixer is not a player and the PC/Laptop headphone output must still be cabled to input channels 3/4 (or connected via BT) to get sound to the mixer. I also tried this with AIMP (a WMP alternative that I like), and it worked with it also! I will find some bright finger-nail polish and paint the Mode button RED! The build quality is comparable to Mackie ProFX, which is very good. I will be buying another for backup.

I've only tested with headphones, but so far, so good. I use alot of Pyle equipment and have come to trust it in a similar way that I trust behringer. This unit is simple, but has nice effects and USB features. If you don't have a lot of money, like most musicians, this is a good little board.

This is one great mixer with some of the best features. Metal construction, power switch, bluetooth, usb drive play (must be formatted to FAT 32) FX's, high/mid/low tone controls, screw attached power adapter and PC connection whereby music can be played from PC thru the mixer, small foot print and record to USB feature. I should have made the purchase when it was $60, I paid $69 and it came with one day shipping. The best ever.

I tried a mixer from a different company but their plug wouldn't stay attached to the unit so after some research I tried this one, and it's great! The plug locks and I love using the included blue tooth connection to create a mix minus for skype callers or phone calls during the show. Sturdy and I like the layout and color coding on the dials. This product deserves to be the #1 Amazon choice in the category it's such a great value!

I am a professional DJ and Musician with over 1,000 events in my history. I bought this as a quick fix while my main board get sent back to QSC for repair. This turned out to be the perfect DJ mixer. I had a vocalist for the ceremony last night, and the effects came in handy to add a little liquid to the sound. Unlike previous PYLE products I have tried, this seems very solid and well made, but the coolest thing of all is the USB interface at this price point. It takes over as an extra sound card like you would expect a USB mixer to do, and the sound is always better this way, but the cool thing is there is a dial for the USB audio level. Most interfaces require using a midi mixer or a mouse to adjust sound in your software. This is HUGE. I hope it lasts and holds out. I will be selling my other mixers and encouraging all my other DJs to get this. It is so compact it fits right in my coffin with wireless mics and laptop, so I can be completely rewired when I arrive. Absolutely a great tool!

Recently changed my podcast tools, including switching to an online streaming/recording application that only allowed one microphone feed. Needed a mixer that could expand that, allow me to play my theme music, all while streaming directly into my Pixelbook via USB. This handles all of that with ease! It's exactly what I was looking for!

So I'm using this to stream microphone audio to my Twitch channel (MatchStickMelee), and as I usually have multiple commentators, I wanted multiple microphones and headsets. This unit does the trick. Since this was going to be used largely for vocals, I wanted to have the Mid dials rather than just High and Low. Some things I have learned: The 1/4 in cable going out from your "phones" port should be of the TRS variety and not TS. If you can't handle the Windows volume display that this unit makes appear on screen at all times, there's a program out there called HideVolumeOSD for Windows 10 that can make sure you never see it again. If using this in OBS, use the board as your mic and speaker and set the game audio to Monitor and Output in Advanced Audio Settings. This will allow your commentators to hear the game as well as themselves. Mix appropriately and serve!

I researched pretty much all brands and all models of all the brands to figure out what i want. Portability, cost, FX and compatibility with my mac were the driving factors of my search. I only required 4 channels, so I was looking for something under $100. I was looking for a good USB mixer and after reading reviews about how durable and solid that Pyle was, I chose the 4-ch with USB. At first i was missing the RCA in/out, but I have several 1/4" adapters so that was really a non-issue. I was pleased with the bluetooth and the record-directly-to-a-flash-drive features that just ended up being bonuses. The unit is sturdy and the perfect weight to prevent sliding. The unit has a on/off power switch which some of the other brands were lacking. The FX are adequate, though on the whole are very basic. Still, for what I am using it for, (audio capture for interviews) this was the perfect size. I have a larger powered mixer for my musical adventures, so I stuck with the 4-ch model for my smaller projects. Had I not already had a 10-ch powered mixer for my band, I probably would have gotten the 6 channel mixer to cover both kinds of projects. Overall, I recommend this model; it's well-built and easy to use -- I think it is perfect for keeping your gear portable for small projects.

This mixer did the job for the money I read a lot review complain about the blue tooth output turn up the volume on the phone or the Bluetooth player. You can change from usb to Bluetooth push down the button next to the fx button. There is stereo level control to amp up the volume. Play around with the settings to get better volume and sounds. This unit is good for the price $69. It pretty close to some $124 dollars one also have Bluetooth and USB not bad. If expect more you probably not using right or need to buy the $1000 and up
