This works great. I made pasta with it and it was easy to use and easy to clean. Simple to attach and even if you're a novice you could figure out how to make your pasta look and taste like a professional did it.

It is a perfect tool for our kitchenAid to make noodles . Easy to use and clean, we can enjoy our homemade healthy wheat pasta or egg noodles now. We appreciated the fast delivery and tool. You deserve our five stars ⭐️

I am SO happy I finally bought this!! I made fettuccine last night and it was super easy. I don’t have to use a rolling pin over and over, trying to get the dough thin enough. Love, love, LOVE it!!

The price is affordable for me. What is more important, it bring lots of fun to my family cooking as my hubby loves cooking. good attachment to our kitchen mixer, easy to install and use. Have used it 2 times to make Spaghetti Cutter and Fettuccine pasta. Works like a charm.

Awesome addition to any KitchenAid Mixer. The best part is you aren't paying KitchenAid prices. Only down fall of this product is that, after an entire day of making pasta, it's kinda a pain in the butt to clean. This can be resolved by using a liberal amount of flour on the device before each batch is processed.

The pasta set is a well-constructed. The quality can be compared with KitchenAid's. It's a very difficult decision to make whether to get this or the name brand. I finally bought this considering the price is more affordable, and I am glad that I did. My kids enjoy making pasta. They love watching the whole process, from gathering the ingredients to mixing them and definitely during the pasta feast. Clean up is also easy, just run it under water with a little soap. Overall, I think this is a good product.

I bought this because I love pasta! I can eat a whole box of store bought pasta at one sitting, which is not good for my weight or my health. I changed my diet to whole grain and along with other changes, like getting a dog and walking two hours each morning with her, I have managed to drop 35 pounds. I now am at the weight I should be. When I made my own whole wheat pasta flavored with fresh rosemary and thyme, one serving kept me full for hours. These rollers fit perfectly on the KitchenAid mixer. If you havent used one of these yet, there is a little 'nub' that has to fit into the slot on th front of the mixer. It can be a little tricky the first time because you have to align the square drives on the roller and mixer and get the nub to go into the slot before you tighten down the drive screw. One thing I learned about cooking or baking with whole wheat is that you need to let the dough 'rest' so the bran can absorb enough water so it doesnt have the texture of hay. I let it rest for two hours and it comes out excellent. Even when I make whole wheat muffins I let it rest for two hours before baking and they are pretty light and fluffy (for a muffin). You want the dough a little tacky before you wrap it in plastic wrap to rest, you can always firm it up later with a dusting of unbleached white flour while getting it ready for the rollers. You also want to dust the rollers with flour to keep the dough from sticking to the rollers. I love my set and plan on making double batch of pasta dough early tomorrow morning so it will be ready for lunch. I keep the unused pasta dough tightly wrapped in plastic until I am ready to make pasta again I havent use the fetticini roller yet but the lasagna and angel hair rollers work fantastic. I havent been able to make perfectly formed 10 inch spaghetti yet but I am working on it,. And next weekend I plan on making an eggplant lasagna with pepperjack cheese. These seem to be very well made and if you like cooking I think you will like these very much. Rob

it arrived on time and we have already put it to good use in making spaghetti was a little hard to get use to but after a few trail and errors . the rest went off with out a hitch

I grabbed this on a Lightning deal and it arrived the very next day. I don't know how they do that. Since these attachements cannot be washed, I ran the first batch of dough throuh all the attachments and then discarded it, just in case. The flat sheet roller left some black residue on the edges of the dough. Each piece is heavy and appears well made. The thinnest setting on the sheet roller is very thin so there is plenty of range to get your desired thickness. Both pasta cutter attachments work perfectly. I had no idea you could make so much pasta so quickly and easily. I made a simple egg noodle with 1 cup flour, 1 egg, and 2 TBS water. I was surprised such a small piece of dough made so much pasta. The set comes in a sturdy box with cardboard seperators and is suitable for storing the attachments. Also included is a handy bristle brush and spatula combo. There is a glossy color instruction manual that is actually big enough to read and is well written. One of the best manuals I've seen in a while. Very impressive product offered at a competetive price and is a lot of fun to use. I'll be making lots of pasta.

Fits the kitchenaid perfectly. Works perfectly. I have only used them once - first time today and it was awesome. I make pasta from scratch - literally I grind kamut grain into flour with my grain mill and use the recipe from Sue Becker’s cook book - “the essential home ground flour cookbook” and it turns out perfect. I love that I don’t have to hand crank it, the mixer does all the work and my hands are free to feed/catch the pasta dough.
