I was looking for a step that I could hide away in my kitchen. This step folds up to about 2 inches. It's sturdy. I'm 220 lbs. This adds a little over 6 inches of height.

Very sturdy and reliable!

This is a great stool. I direct a choir that sings in a multi-purpose hall weekly without risers or a director's podium. I'm only 5'3" and was having trouble with visibility. So I was looking for something that I could carry in the trunk of my car and bring in and out with no trouble. This stool does the trick. I like how easy it is to open and close, and the handle is great too. I stand on it while waving my arms for minutes at a time, feet shoulder width apart, and never have any balance issues. Highly recommended!

Step Up Stool

I'm a senior with a bad hip and do step-up exercises as part of program prescribed by my physical therapist. I am 6'3" and weigh 290 and this piece of equipment supports me with no problem.

Secure and large step

Serves exactly my needs. Disabled user feels more secure with the large size step, sturdy legs. Just the right amount of height for her to get both feet on step to safely manuver into tall truck. FINALLY! I like the easy fold with lock pins.

Great and strong step

Works great, holds my fathers weight and is the correct height for getting into my truck. It is constructed very well and the legs fold in for compactness and storage.

Compact when Folded, yet Sturdy Unfolded

I have the three step version of this product, but it is very bulky (although it also folds up nicely). So, I wanted this product for less intensive tasks (where I'm pulling only light things down) like getting my sweaters from the top shelf of my closet now that it's winter here. It is so fast to unfold the legs on this that I can pull it out, use it and put it back in less than five minutes. This metal step is perfect when you're just about 8-10 inches out of reach of light objects. It folds into a very compact size which saves room for me in my living space. (I'm claustrophobic and I don't like clutter.) You pull each of the four legs out 90 degrees, holding a small round pin at the base of the leg in until the leg is fully extended. When the leg is fully extended, the pin will click, locking the leg in place so there's no chance of the step stool collapsing underneath you. It was very safe, sturdy (held an adult female-average height and build with zero wobbling) and compact (making storage easy). It is also easy to clean and very durable. It even has a little handle for carrying it while it's folded up!

large step surface with ribbed vinyl & folding sturdy legs

We now have two of these folding legs stools for 3 year old grandchild to use in the bathroom and in the car to assist climbing into the car seat. Sturdy with a large ribbed vinyl top surface and with easily folded legs to put away when not needed. It has a carrying handle and the child can locate it and set it up when they come to visit. The previous bathroom steps were a second-hand plastic stool that was wide enough and tall enough but didn't have any gripper feet to keep it in place like this one.

Perfect extra step for our Roadtrek RV. Didn't realize it was foldable and had a carrying strap. Nice extras. Would buy again.

This is the step stool you've been looking for.

Sturdy, 330 lbs? no problem. When unfolded, it has pop-out pins to lock the legs in place. When folded, it has another set of pins to lock it into a folded position. Top surface is non-skid and feet are also non-skid. I've been looking for a decent step stool for my 300 lbs. and I have found it. I will be ordering a second one.

Small but STURDY

This thing isn't going anywhere when you're standing on it. Strong and secure. I am not a slender lady; it does not protest under my weight. I would wish it were maybe two inches taller, but then I don't know if it could still be so strong. For most things where I need a step stool though, this is enough height. And those non-skid feet are REALLY non-skid! You'll feel safe on it.
