I was hesitant to buy it because I was looking for something to print a 3x5 label for small packages for my Ebay and Etsy store. I have a Dymo 4XL but only prints 4x6 labels. I also bought a Brother printer but had to return because it did not print the 3x5. The seller was helpful with all my questions. It was delivered yesterday and I called Arkscan customer service and they helped me set it up to print a 3x5 label. It took only about 10-15 min to set up to print 3x5 label using a Zebra installed driver. I think its worth the money since it printed on unbranded shipping labels. Its about 1 inch bigger in size than the Dymo 4XL for comparison.

Arkscan 2054A magic label print Guru.

I was not sure about buying this amazing Arkscan 2054A ... I originally wanted to purchase a dymo but dymos are worthless I worked in an office for over 12 years had a dymo for ceveral years and it would break on me and it would cause printing issues like no tomorrow and my co worker would get frustrated and would break it and we would end up getting a new crappy dymo again. But not this Amazing Arkscan has made shipping on eBay, Shopify, and Etsy supper easy for me. Labels are supper clear. Customer service is amazing. When I purchased the Arkscan I was not able to set it up because sometimes I suck at drivers and computer stuff. But guess what the nice IT guys from Arkscan did a remote service and WALA I was able to print in second after they did there amazing magic. Thank you guys and techs for being supper amazing and helpful towards my delivery and service and everything else. 🙏 Ps. Arkscan 2054A is a shipping game charger for small business at home. Why did I wait so long?!

I am a FBM Seller and was looking for a way to lower my overhead costs while also saving the time I was wasting changing paper in my printer. I kept researching and felt a higher priced "Popular Brand Named" Model was just too much of an investment. Working out of a home office, space and convenience was another determining factor while shopping. I am so VERY HAPPY that I chose to pick this over a similarly priced popular model that most stores carry. Quality and speed of print is AMAZING, and I have it sitting in a corner of the room on a 15" deep shelf = NO CLUTTER! Set up was a breeze and I was using it within 15 minutes!

I missed a setting during my setup and saw that the support chat was open on their website. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but someone answered and logged into my PC using teamviewer software and had my printing in about 10 minutes. I'm truly amazed at the support I received. I deal with much larger companies in my main job that don't provide this level of support.

Support was awesome!

This printer works great with FedEx Desktop Ship Manager, however, we initially had trouble getting it to print correctly on the 4 x 6 labels. We contacted support through live chat. James took care of us and was absolutely awesome! Using Teamviewer, he was able to help us download the correct drivers and get the FedEx Ship Manger set up properly. We now have no issues! Not only did he take the time to do this for myself, but he also took the time to repeat the process with my coworker so we can share the printer. Very happy customer!!!

We received our Arkscan and we were new to this piece of equipment. Setup instructions were easy to follow. When we had an issue we contacted the company and Tech support helped us immediately. Thank you we are enjoying the easy way labels are being printed.

A Great Printer For My Needs (Printing 4x6 Shipping Labels)

Bought this printer to replace a Rollo thermal label printer, of which I was NEVER satisfied with the print quality. This printer is fast, sharp clear printing and no need to purchase an additional roll label holder. It is also a very nice looking printer and setup was a breeze (I only contacted tech support to find out how to adjust the density). I wish I had seen this printer before I purchased the Rollo!!

Fantastic Product

I ship orders to Bass Pro and Cabela's and needed a better solution to print my EDI labels and I bought the Arkscan 2054A and could not be happier. It shipped fast and arrived in great shape, but the value for money spent is unsurpassed. This little printer installs quickly, video that shows installation and driver downloads is so simple to use, "even a caveman can do it." Thermal paper rolls are inexpensive and have over 260 labels on a roll. The print speed and quality is every bit as good as my HP LaserJet printers. Assembly is very easy and loading paper a breeze. The machine even calibrates the size of the Thermal Paper rolls to the machine. This machine has made my life much easier and I am so happy I went with Arkscan vs Zebra or others. Very pleased with it

Seems like it's going to be a great asset to my business. It was a very easy set up. (Much less than 30 minutes with the youtube video and I was ready to print orders.) And wow does it print quickly! I got the 4 year warranty just because I have no idea how fragile thermal printers are, but it's just because I'm a worrywart. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Don't attempt to go to the product's chat without viewing the youtube video, as I made the mistake of reading reviews saying how excellent the chat was and how they would guide you through it - not the case with me. Just go with youtube video - that guides you through it and it's really great there. If you have problems after that I'm sure the chat will help you after that, though. The tech support did follow up with me afterwards via email so I hate to give them less than 5 stars.

Fast & Easy Setup

I researched options before buying this printer, I had originally planned on the Dymo 4XL but after reading the reviews I began looking at different options and came across Arkscan and did not see a single negative review. It came quickly after ordering and was very easy to set up and the Tech support was amazing as described in other reviews! I am a work at home mom with my own small business and this is really going to change the game for me not having to load both of my kids up for a post office trip several times a week! 10/10 recommend against any other brand!
