Great software

I have a small shop and was looking for a replacement software. This software is easy to set up and has more features than my previous software that was suppose to be a 1 time buy with updates (ended up being a monthly fee and support sucked). Mark helped me set up everything and it has been running smooth. Perfect for what I do and the added bonus is oil change stickers ( have not used yet). I would recommend to anyone searching for a great software and great support. Thanks Mark

This is a fantastic application for our Auto Repair shop. We have been in business for nearly 20+ years. We have tried many other software’s out there. In the past, our invoices had been mostly hand written. Nothing wrong with this, it is reliable. However, since the VIP program it has saved us a lot of time in the process of customer service, point of sale and data storage. VIP Shop Management is easy to use, very simple right from the get go. Just like in the developers YouTube videos. That's what we had been looking for with the other software’s out there but could not find. The other programs are complicated to use with too many options we did not need, plus the fees associated with them. The VIP program is a one-time purchase. It comes in the form of a USB storage device with the software loaded. Just plug the USB in your computer and follow the steps provided or watch the videos. Using the program feels just like a hand-written invoice but instead it's on the computer, if I would sum it up. We like it because it’s simple to use!

Great Software

For the price, you really can't beat it. Plus all of the features and new features that are constantly being added are a great reason to choose this software. Great to have a system that is designed around what the smaller mechanic businesses need.

Great customer service, extremely simple and useful

I have a mechanic shop in CA and have been in the industry for a long time so I have worked with different softwares and companies before and frankly at first I was hesitant to purchase this software because it was hard to find any reviews and seemed to not have a good customer support. Well, this has been the best purchase I have ever made for my shop and so surprised at the level of customer support I have received so far. This is a very simple software to learn and use. You can literally get an invoice done as little as a few minutes. I honestly can not think of anything negative about this software. I also love the fact that it is only a one time fee and you own your data.

This program with the help of Mark (the developer) on the install is such a way over due program for our auto repair shop. The one time cost is a joke compared to what other automotive repair shop programs (napa) @ $175.00 plus per month. It is so user friendly and as far as tech support .it is just a phone call away. 100% user friendly ! First class group! IT IS RUN BUY A HUMAN NOT A CORPORATE CLOWN

Very intuitive and amazing customer support

This is by far the best software you can buy if you own or run a shop. The program itself is very easy to navigate, even if you aren't the most computer-literate person. We just installed a second stand-alone computer and planned to use VIP Shop Management and Mark was extremely helpful in getting everything done right. You can find helpful YouTube videos on the company's YouTube page explaining new updates and features and helping you navigate your way around. Because of how easy this program is to use, we plan on installing a customer-facing touchscreen computer that will also use this software. Overall, VIP Shop Management tool is an excellent piece of software and Mark offers the BEST customer support there is. Buy with confidence.

Excellent Shop Management Program

Excellent shop management program for an Independent Repair Shop. Easy to navigate, accounting features are great, & really like the Carfax VIN decoder feature. Mark made the install a breeze. Would give this product 10 stars if available. Why spend $160+ per month with Mitchell Repair Management when you can own this VIP Management Program for a mere one time cost of $350 with outstanding customer support.

Wow best business money I've spent so far! Finally Simplicity W/ Everything you need!

So I've used the trials from others shop management. Including the big names alldata, napa, mitchell. The cloud based ones seems to "hiccup" when inputting information too quickly (lag). VIP SM has no hiccup at all. We are a faster moving business that does state inspections so customers are constantly coming in and out. So we need something that can stay constant. The hot buttons at the button that lets you set up for common work is a huge time saver. Input customer, click on hotkey BOOM everything gets filled out for you and your ready to print your estimate. It being connected to carfax is almost too good to be true for it not being a monthly subscription. When inputting a car all you need is the plate number and everything else auto fills including VIN and engine! no more guessing or having to walk over to the car saving time. Notes area for invoice is easily visible and self explanatory just like most of it. Fees, Services, Taxes etc are all customizable to how your shop operates. Needed windows 10 and a monitor that does 1920x1080 which was easy enough to get on amazon. I'm actually glad i updated my PC i currently have everything is much smoother. As far as support goes, before purchase I've shot off emails before purchase and after all have been replied really fast. I do appreciate that and it matters. Thanks again
