Exceeded expectations!
I use this to drain ricotta cheese for homemade canoli cream. The cheap stuff is only able to be used once and this cheesecloth can be washed and reused over and over. I also use small peices to wrap lemon halves. This is a huge sheet as well so it will last a long time.

Great for frugal yogurt makers
This is perfect for making Greek Yogurt. I have started making yogurt in my instant pot. I have tried different things for filtering and this is the first that has worked other than coffee filters. I didn't like using coffee filters because I had to overlap them and they have so much bleach and it's wasteful. Since I don't drink coffee, I have been using up my coffee filter stash. This however, works perfectly. The yogurst doesn't go through into the whey and it thickens nicely. Since it's washable, it will last for a really long time.

Bought it for a costume, sooo.....
So, I made the mistake of buying online without REALLY looking into the product (I usually do, but I was in a hurry), and I didn't realize that this cheesecloth is much finer mesh than what you'll usually find in Walmart or something. I was trying to got for an old, tattered look, and this was not as easy to work with for that, so I guess you could say that this is an excellent product if you're using it how it's intended. -It's fine, so for filtering, you'll be straining smaller particles than regular run-of-the mill cheesecloth. -It's sturdy. I had more difficulty trying to fray it, age it, and rip holes in it. -There's a good amount of it, and you can dry it in a dryer without damaging it. Haven't run it through a washer, though.

I was happy to see that this cheesecloth was exactly as represented
I was happy to see that this cheesecloth was exactly as represented. I have used it many times already as I process my grapes into grape juice for canning. It is very durable and I have reused mine with no problem. After the first day processing my grapes and using this cheesecloth I ordered several more packs. This is a great product and a great price.

Best tasting cheesecloth!
This is the most fantastic cheesecloth that I have ever eaten. It's just chewy enough and just crispy enough. But it has to be fried just right. I also tried it boiled, with lots of ketchup, and that was OK, too. But it's best fried, in butter! Lots of butter! With maybe some onion and a little garlic thrown in. And some capers -try it with capers.

Worth the few pence extra
I was skeptical but I was also getting tiny fuzz in my finish after building a clean room, buying a special air filter, and hence I was hoping the cloth was the secret and it was, my finishes are clear as can be and fuzz free!

Very high quality and a very small gauge.
Wow, I was not ready for the fine mesh of this product. I had to remove layers in order to get it to work. Not a fault of the product which is excellent but of my understanding of the gauge. I did wash the sheets when I was finished and as promised they washed beautifully and are ready for reuse. I was expecting a more open gauge to drain some stock I made removing bones and vegetables. But I will definitely look for this brand in a larger grade for that purpose.

Filters the smallest of particulates
Finally, a solution!! We have a juice dispenser system which pours grape juice out of pin-sized holes. We had a strainer but it kept clogging as super small particles would get through. So thought I'd try this, and it WORKS!! You wouldn't think grape juice would have particulates, but this cloth caught them all and for the first time, no plugs!! We could pour through it juice quickly, and had no issue. If you need super-fine straining, this works great!!

Great for straining liquids.
This is super-fine cheesecloth. We use this for straining bone broth and it is excellent. Best turkey broth ever this year, using this. We do reuse it and it seems to hold up well. It does take a little longer for the straining to happen but well worth it for the outcome. Will buy again.

Good product and reusable
I was looking for a fine cheesecloth to strain my homemade coconut milk and found this product to be perfect for my usage. I contemplated a cheesecloth bag but found the cost of this to be much less and a lot of material for the price. It eases well and I have reused the section I’ve cut multiple times. I suspect this large cheesecloth will last me a few years. The only con would be the width. If you needed to capture a lot of food, you may need to go with a different sized product. This fits over my 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup fine but the fabric is very long but not very wide.
