Our dog has a passion about laser points. We are never tired of getting him a new laser toy. This time we found that friends forever made a new laser toy, we couldn’t wait to get one for our little friend. It is super easy to operate and very compact- you can hold with one hands. Only need 3batteries to operate this toy. The diamond shape on the top makes it looking good even placed in room as a small decor piece.

Handy toy when you don’t have time to play with your cats. When they ask for me playing with them, I just set up the laser and leave it there. It can grab their attention for quite a few minutes. I always use random out of the three options, so they would not get bored... it will automatically turn off after 15 min; super convenient for people who tend to forget things. I’ve been turning on this toy for about two times (15min each) everyday for about a week. Battery still looks full.

I did receive the new Friends Forever Laser and this one works exactly as advertised. My kitten absolutely loves it!! My favorite part is the the built in timer that automatically switches it off after 30 minutes of continuous play. Her favorite part is she never knows which way the light will move and tries to outsmart it. The light is a lot brighter than a regular laser pointer so it doesn't have to be quite as dark in the room for it to really show up. I can move it from high surfaces to lower ones for a bigger or smaller pattern on the floor. After using it for a few days I can highly recommend getting one if you have a cat that gets easily bored.

My cat reminds me of the time to play with a plaintive 'meow'. The toy arrived safely and is being enjoyed by my pet. She is a happy cat when her toys are working, but of course, she does play with them so much they tend to wear out before she does. She is about four years of age [ a shelter cat ] and has not lost the kitten-like playfulness. The 15 minute timer is just enough and the pattern is big enough when the device is on the floor to keep her busy before she looks elsewhere for entertainment. The ease of opening the battery compartment is a blessing, other toys use a screw to keep the door on and my frustration high.

I extremely recommend this laser toy for any family who has a cat in their house. Compare to the laser pen, it's much easier to use, and you can free your hands to do other house work. My cat is having a lot of fun of chasing the laser point, and I could just watch him play while I'm laying on my coach. It can take your cat's extra energy without scratch my other stuff. On the other hand, the battery seems lasting longer than I expected. I have bought this for two weeks and use it 30-40 minutes everyday and I haven't exchanged the battery yet. Highly recommend this toy for all my friends with cat.

My 11 yr old cat loves lasers, but my hand got cramped holding the button down on the laser pen until she got tired of chasing it which felt like forever. This toy runs for 15 minutes and then automatically turns off which is a great feature and it has 3 different motion settings. My cat tends to be lazy, but this laser keeps her entertained and active. Sometimes she sits by the toy and meows till I turn it on. One down side is that it is lightweight and her new game is to knock it over and watch the laser light bounce off the walls and ceiling until I stand it upright again. This is the cats version of a baby throwing its toys while sitting in a high chair to watch mom pick it up again, only to throw it on the floor again. My solution was to put laser on a small stand or book that she couldn't tip over easily. Easy fix! I highly recommend this laser!

I've tried another automatic laser pointer for my kitties - who love them - but that one didn't hold up. This one, however, has. I worried it would be easily knocked over by my rambunctious younger ones (currently 10 mos old & the littermate twins at 7 mos) but they very rarely tip it. They haven't been able to bite at the laser itself because it's enclosed in the diamond (they broke another one that way) and this one, also, seems much quieter. I don't hear it running and it's made it where even my oldest (at 12 years old) will play with it. It's held up just fine in a home with 5 cats, 3 of which are young and prone to breaking things, is quiet, and they love playing with it. I set it on the 3rd setting, which randomizes between fast/slow, and turns off after (I think) about 15 mins. They'll go up to and meow wanting me to turn it on! If your cat enjoys laser pointers but you don't enjoy the sore fingers from having to man them, I can't recommend this automatic laser toy enough!
