Excellent kit
This is a complete package. The small white bezel that comes with the kit is necessary because you will damage the original bezel opening up the ipad. It will keep your ipad looking pretty after the glass replacement. I do not notice an inferior glass quality. And I think the instructions is clear. The instructions is long and you need to follow it line by line. If it is not clear enough for you, there is a lot of information on the internet on how to remove the glass. You will need the proper tool to use this kit. It saved me a lot of money, and I am very happy with the result.

Complete package, digitizer, wifi, home button, and camera frame
This is a quality product. It came quickly and was packed in a cardboard box for protection. The digitizer came with protective film on both sides to keep it clean which was nice. The package also had instructions but any of the youtube instructions are also helpful. It also came with a wifi antenna which is almost always damaged when changing the screen or digitizer. (I had to order it separately after I damaged it last time) It also had the camera frame and the home button installed which saves quite a bit of time and problems. Overall this is a better setup than the last one I used which started to get dead spots after about a year of use. I hope this one last for a while but it was as easy an installation as could be expected. Very happy with the product. Well worth the extra couple of dollars to get the complete package.

The great thing about this kit is that all the tricky ...
This is the 3rd time I'm replacing the screen on the old iPad, and it has been the easiest. The great thing about this kit is that all the tricky bits (adhesive, camera bracket, home button) are preinstalled AND the bits that are going to break upon opening the iPad (plastic bezel and wifi antenna) are included. It just can't get any easier! Before removing the broken screen make sure to heat the edges with a hair drier. And carefully remove all of the old adhesive with a razor blade before installing the new glass.

Great kit, Ipad looks good as new
This worked great for me and is just as good as my old screen it seems. What was great about this is that it came with the wifi antenna which was a lifesaver because we ripped the original out on accident when replacing (even when we were being super careful). The instructions were fairly clear, but I ended up following a video instead which made the process much easier (the instruction card was so tiny you could barely figure out what the pictures were of). The whole process took about 3 hours. The one thing that another kit I've gotten in the past came with and this one didn't was a tool to lift up the original screen, but you can just use a blade. Great product though and great quality, no one would be able to tell the difference.

A phenomenal product, take your time and you’ll be pleased
I am beyond impressed with this product. When you pair this kit with the repair tutorial on YouTube it’s amazing what a novice can accomplish. I thought my iPad was finished and wasn’t worth the money to have a professional repair it ($100-250). The steps were super easy to follow and now I have a completely functional, good as new iPad! The home button feels slightly different than before, slightly more recessed, but functions just fine. I wish I had taken the time to truly clean the surfaces with alcohol to get a perfect seal before sticking it down but only I can tell when I’m scrutinizing. I can’t recommend this product enough - truly fantastic

Great replacement, if you need a new digitizer, grab it now
Perfect fit, responsive, comes with the home button and adhesive, a spare WiFi antenna and a solid tool kit for getting the job done at a great price. My iPad is back in business. (Nicked the digitizer cable installing a new battery so happy it wasn’t a costly error, beware the YouTube vids, watched three and not one mentioned the cables location or advised extra caution in that area of the screen)

Highly impressed!!
Well packaged! You can call me a SUPER armature because I had absolutely no idea that I could even do this. My toddler dropped and cracked the screen on the bottom corner of our iPad 3 & after some google searching I realized it would cost more to have it repaired than it’s even worth. So I figured $20 wouldn’t be that much of a loss if I completely failed at repairing it. The instructions (or photos on them) are pretty small so I just went to YouTube and found a very informative (50min) step by step video. It took me about an hour and a half...most of the time was spent removing the old adhesive on the frame, but overall it was a VERY simple fix and I would definitely use this brand again should any of our screens on our phones or tablets shatter. The iPad is as good as new again!!

iPad back from the dead
Nothing like grandkids dropping your iPad and shattering it. Read a bunch of review on new digitizers and decided I liked the spare antennae and tool kit, although I have a number of tool kits from repairing iPhones, I wanted the job to be easy. Instructions are weak so watch a video to get an idea how to do this easy job. Using a heat gun I pulled off the shattered digitizer and unscrewed the display. It came apart easy - you don't need a lot of heat. Cleaned out the glass shards, and used alcohol to help remove the residual glue. This was the longest part. I didn't damage the antennae when I pulled it apart so no need to install the new one. Put the new gasket on, plugged in the cables (push the digitizer cable down and into the case or it won't close), screwed in the display, then tested it before pulling off the tape covers. Once I was satisfied it worked, I pulled the covers and pressed it down. Works like a charm. The box looked like an authentic Fixcracked. Packaging was very good. I liked getting the new black gasket and the pre-glued digitizer, and the tool kit will work for any iPad and most iPhones. I also liked that the digitizer had the metal gasket for the camera AND the home button already installed. All in all very happy to have the iPad back. I'll add to this review later if I end up having any problems with it, but for now very satisfied with the product.

Great Screen Replacement For The Price
I want to start off with a process I hate doing and that's getting a replacement. In the past, I'd have to wait to send my old screen back first or place another order that would later be refunded back after the screen arrived at their facility. I had to order a replacement due to my digitizer not working; this turned out to be a larger flex cable. I didn't have to ship the old digitizer back and the seller took care of me without asking any questions and no weeks long "have you tried this" communications. The flex cables are better than others. They aren't flimsy as other brands I have used in the past making installing the home button cable a bit easier. The screen mounted flush for me which was another first. Some I've used in the past are a bit higher than I expected. You don't notice it as much due to having the black face plate on the iPads I've fixed. Another great aspect is the screen they use. There is no dot matrix affect that I've seen. This could be from the digitzer or the screen protector but after using this unit, I didn't have it and you'll notice the clarity difference right off the bat. Next, I want to cover is the home button. It is a bit stiffer than others but it like the screen lies flush. Other cheaper units tend to go down a bit more than stock so you feel more of the home button ring than normal. That wasn't the case. The screen's movement tracking is better than others, I think so at least. It doesn't lag at all from what I could tell and no dead zone spots either. My children who use the iPad have had no complaints. Other units, they'd get mad from dead zones or laggy response. For another $3-10 dollars you might spend, I'd recommend getting this over going for the cheapest possible. I wish I got this screen replacement in the past. Hope my review helps you out as I've done a numerous repairs for friends and family and this unit is the most frustration free one I've dealt with.

Excellent replacement screen as nice as the original
Perfect screen and easy instal. My iPad 2 looks brand new again. Excellent screen quality for a great price. This would've cost over $100 to get it repaired by a store where I live. The DIY repair might've taken an hour because I was watching steps how to do it on YouTube. Make sure you heat up the edges with a hair dryer before trying to pry off the screen. Otherwise it will crack and all the glue won't come off. Btw, you don't need a heat gun like some people say. Hair dryer worked fast and well.
