These match my Amazon Basics 60: tripod quick release. Now I can swap camera bodies quickly and easily, which saves time when I'm doing star and moon photography, as well as other things where the scene may change quickly.

Product was as expected. I forgot mine at home while out in San Francisco for business and ordered this from my hotel to be shipped to my hotel. It arrived quickly, allowing me to get some great shots and video.

I somehow lost the release plate that came with my Targus TG-6660TR tripod, and this product is the PERFECT replacement. Aside from the fact that its a different color than my tripod, this release plate seems to be identical to the one that I used to have. Excellent quality for the price!

The mount is a perfect fit on my tripod. I bought this as i have the habit of leaving the mount on the camera. I have 2 cameras and i always end up not having the mount, but just the camera and the tripod. In order too avoid such situation, i bought this one and kept it attached always to my second one. Its a perfect fit on to my Vista (Davis & Stanford) tripod. The product is as it is described in the picture and description. I would recommend this, if you want to have one for your Vista tripod.

I bought the Amazon Basics 60" tripod and I wanted to get a second quick release plate. And this one is the perfect size. In fact it looks identical to the one that came with tripod. The pictures show the OEM plate and the DaVoice plate. Perfect fit, I didn't have to modify it all. I highly recommend this plate for the Amazon Basics 60" tripod.

I needed a quick release plate for my amazon basic tripod since the original broke. I saw this quick release plate from and was looking at the reviews saying that it does fit in the amazon tripod. I decided to order it and I can say it definitely fits well. I am able to use this for my camera that I sometimes use on my tripod. Overall, I would definitely recommend this quick release plate if you are looking to replace the original quick release plate for the amazon basic tripod.

I love this. I lost the one I had. I just got a Sony HandyCam, which this fits really well, except it sticks out in front of the camera, but that is a Sony issue, not the mount/adapter/plate. This works on 3 different brands of tripod including the Amazon Basics 60", as well as a Slik brand unipod or whatever you call it. I bought 2 in case it works out, and will get a few more in case the others wander off or I misplace them. I recommend to anyone that wants an effective, inexpensive QD plate.

Fit perfectly on my older Targus TGT-58TR tripod. In fact, it was the only one I could find on Amazon. Works great.

As most things lately in my life I put the original release plate carefully away and I've no idea where it is. I ordered this replacement. Although I missed the eclipse because of my loss I am now prepared for all astronomical happenings in the sky. My binoculars now feel complete again. Product fits and works perfectly.

It fits my Amazon Basics 60" tripod just like the one that came with it. The reason for ordering an extra tripod shoe is in case you have more than one camera, scope, or large binoculars you might want to use with your tripod. This way you can leave the shoe on the camera and use the quick release on the matching tripod and quickly swap items onto the tripod. There is a standard 1/4-20 base screw which is the standard optical/camera mount in the center - no tool required to tighten or loosen. Some mounts have two holes, some one. If your telescope or whatever has two mounting holes the little silver stud fits into one hole and the 1/4-20 thread into the other. That holds it from twisting. If you camera has only one hole, the little silver stud is spring loaded and just slides into the shoe base out of the way.
