Holds lens securely.
I purchased this for a Pentax DA *50-135mm lens. When I first looked at it I thought it was too big, but then when I placed the lens inside it was a perfect fit. What made it seem a little large on the outside was the thick padding on the inside, which is a good thing. There is a shoulder strap included, but I find for me it is easier to use the belt clip.

Tight fit but it works
I got this to carry the Fuji XF100-400 zoom lens in. I ordered XXXL and the fit was perfect with the lens mount on the lens. It slips in there but it is tight with the lens hood. Top zips up fine with the the lens in it. I didn't do any rigorous testing of this case with my lens in it. Honestly, I might have picked a case with a little more padding in it if rugged hiking was my plan. The snug fit might not lend to a soft landing if you were to drop your lens in this case. Otherwise it's great for the price.

Well padded pouch with belt straps and zipper top
Nicely padded pouch with a zipper top, which I regard as more secure than the drawstring style. Both my regular Nikon D3300 lens and the Nikon short telephoto lens fit well in this pouch (longer lenses, get the next size up). I like that it has belt straps in back so I can slide it right on my utility belt when I don't feel like toting a full camera bag.

High Quality - Great Protection
These are high quality pouches that provide great protection. IMHO they protect far better than the drawstring pouches that don't really provide any structure. They have very thick padding and a zipper to hold them in securely. They are larger than the drawstring pouches and a bit more expensive but after spending so much on the lenses, I'm willing to spend a little extra to make sure they're secure in a happy place. I can put these in my messenger bag and feel that the lenses won't be damaged (I really dislike camera bags). But they do come with a shoulder strap if you're so inclined to use them that way. The small size fits my Canon 10-18mm and my 50mm with their hoods on. The medium size fits my Canon 18-135mm fine BUT it won't hold the lens hood too. It's unfortunate but a relatively minor issue for me. These were good purchases for me!

I dropped it from about four feet and happy to report
I typically don't test the limits of protective gear, but I had a mishap with an expensive lens almost immediately after receiving this case. I dropped it from about four feet and happy to report, my lens survived.

Affordable protection for BIG telephoto zoom lenses
Big case for big lenses. The case is large enough for the Sigma 150-500mm, 50-500mm, 170-500mm and other big telephoto-zoom lenses with room to spare. Features a carry handle and over the shoulder carry strap too. Seems to be well made too. Better than the cases included with many large lenses.

Great Quality!
Great Quality!!! Bulky padded, and this model was too small for my 70-300 cannon, so it was returned and i bought the next size. Would buy these for all my lens. My lens has fallen out of my truck and been just fine in these covers. The only downside is they are heavily padded, which makes them bulky. But that's a small sacrifice.

Excellent fit for my Tamron 150-600mm lens.
Great lens bag! Fits my Tamron 150-600mm lens with the tripod collar on and the lens hood on (reversed). It seems nicely made as well. Very pleased with this purchase. A few people mentioned the padding in the bottom being a little thin. It is definitely padded, but I can see where it does seem like the padding on the bottom might be a little thin if you dropped the bag from above waist height, so I did cut an extra piece of padded foam to fit and added it to the bottom. Probably overkill, but why take a chance with a spendy lens. Overall I love this bag. I really needed one for my big lens, and this one is just what I had hoped for. Great buy!

Fits my Fuji Lenses
I use this for my 10-24mm F4 Fuji. Fits great. Just enough protection to feel confident I can throw it in my luggage or a backpack. Too many attachment options to this JJC Deluxe line that make it very bulky but with that versatility, you can carry it in numerous ways.

Great value and quality.
I just received this yesterday, along with two other sizes, but this review is for the XL size. I bought this for my Canon 24-70 mm L f2.8 USM. The lens fits great without the hood. I kind of wish that I could put on the hood backwards and fit it in but that wasn't my expectation. As I mentioned in my other review the zipper zips up using one hand. I don't have to fumble with the lid to make sure that everything is aligned. I just fold the lid down and zip using one hand. I plan on attaching this to the waist strap of my camera backpack so that I can change lenses quickly without having to take my backpack off. Now I have to figure out where to store my lens hood without having to take off my backpack. Nevertheless, I recommend this product. Solid quality for a great price.
