Great heater and everyone loves the fire coming out of the glass tube, nice price too.

Item arrived well packaged from the factory in a large well protected box. It took over an hour to assemble, some of the assembly instructions could have been more descriptive, but I eventually figured it out. All the parts fit well. The unit is well designed, and looks professional. After sunset, we turned it on and it looked great. I am very happy with this product, and recommend it to others. I have the stainless steel model.

Works great, good heat transfer. Assembly is time consuming

After reading the assembly comments reviews, I am happy to say that my assembly was a breeze. The instructions were very, very easy and simply illustrated. I prefer this than having lots of unnecessary details that make things seem difficult and confusing. The only two things I would fix in the instructions manual is to specify that when installing the wheels, these assemble from the bottom, not the top. If put on top the holes won’t align for obvious reasons but the manual doesn’t show this been installed from the bottom of the base. Also disregard that adding the wheels would not allow it to sit flat, this will even out when the “legs” are added. I need to mention this because I analyze and seem to overthink as I assemble things lol. Also only thighten all screws in a section after all screws are in. This is Assembly 101 :). If screws are tightened before the section is completed, the holes won’t line up. This applies to any assembly of anything. The other thing is that the last 3 screws that attach the deflector to the unit are referred as M3/16. This is incorrect as they are actually thicker and are butterfly screws but this was easy to figure out as these were the last three screws left anyways and they were also thicker. I would recommend attaching the gas hose prior to attaching the control box to the unit to make sure the connection could be tighten appropriately and box don’t get in the way of the wrench or tools. Always do the gas leak check with soapy water. Lightning it up was super easy as well. After opening the propane gas tank valve, rotate the knob to the “light up” icon depicted by a flame and keep pressing it down for a few seconds. Keeps pressing the knob all the way down and push the red starter button until the pilot light lights up. Mine was immediate. After the pilot lights up, just so slightly release a bit pressure of the push button by letting come towards you so that is halfway pressed in and turn it to low or high. I haven’t had the opportunity to try it in the cold weather yet but I know these do not heat up as well as the mushrooms so I have been warned but I love the ambience it provides so for me it’s a good purchase :). Customer Service was fast, friendly and great too as I had a question as soon as it came out of the box. It was answered and even tips given.

The assembly was a little challenging, but it works wonderfully and looks nice as well :)

So we saw a similar looking patio heater at our best friend's party and decided to get one of our own. "We want the same one!", that was what we told our friend and also what was on our mind at the time. Came back home and searched it on Amazon. This one came out with its great reviews and greater price! We wanted to give it a try. Delivered was a heavy box. Assembly was not as difficult as others describe it - probably because we had the right tools. The excitement was building up while we put it together, because we already felt that this one was of better quality. Once assembled, you just can't be more satisfied with it. It's bigger, taller, more durable (possibly heavier), and looks more expensive than the heater that got us into it initially. The adjustable flame is gorgeous. We went back to our best friend's house and did the comparison. Beware that these things do look similar, but they are definitely different. The patio heater investment is not cheap and we'd strongly recommend this product.

This heater does not give off much heat, but it’s a stunning light on my patio. It took my husband about 3 hours to put together. You will need an electric drill

Can't say enough great things about this. Mesmerizing to watch, great about of heat output, very easy to assemble and use.
