Great product!

So happy with this! My front closet was awful. It’s very dark and the only light required huge batteries and barely lit it up (see before photo). I drilled the new light in and set it to auto. Now whenever I open the door it lights up (see other photo). It’s much less creepy now and I’m so happy with it. It only took a minute to set up and works perfectly! Would recommend!

Was a little hesitant to purchase and SO glad I did! Installed in a dark storage closet without easy access to power. Both units help light it up and are set to motion activation. Batteries have lasted around 6 months. I'm happy with that!

I mounted in my closet ceiling and product worked for about 3 weeks as described. Sensor stopped working. Light goes on and off on its own. Eats batteries. I see many other people posting this same issue now after I purchased. Going back to using a flashlight in the closet. March 2018 Update - I appreciate the attempt to make me happy by sending another LED closet light. I will install it and give an update on it performance soon. April 24, 2018 - Working as expected. Amazing! With automatic function

Amazing! With automatic function, touch or sound will open, hand wave will open, very convenient, LED light , brightness is very strong, can be placed in the staircase cloakroom, love it.

Not as good as I first thought.

Update: It has now been almost two months and the light is eating batteries. The on/off sensor appears to work however the batteries must drain continuously. I am on set number 3 and they are almost fully depleted. The other light works just fine and is still on the first set of batteries. Both are located in the same closet. It’s nice and bright, has an adjustable motion detector so you can change the sensitivity setting, the mount lets you change the direction of the illumination, it can be set to come on at night only or night and day, it can stay on always or automatically. Quite impressive. 10/07/18 Second light (same make & model purchased & installed) - see attached photos. The darker of the two is actually lighter than in real life because when I took the photo with my iPhone 6, it added some light of it’s own. Point being, the new light produces a more functional result than the pictures show.

PERFECT FOR PANTRY / CLOSET / EMERGENCY LIGHTING

PERDECT & works great in my pantry closet. Purchased this as has 3 different light sensor settings On/Off/Auto. Also tilts for the perfect light setting as my pantry can get some day light when I open door but wanted light in back dark areas. With just the correct tilt & all my problems of a dark pantry were solved. This can also be used as emergency lighting like a flash light with the ON/OFF setting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great closet light

The options and adjustability on this light make it the perfect solution for so many situations. I use it as a closet light. I often leave my closet door open, so I was concerned that the light from my room would keep it from turning on and that any motion in my room would turn it on when I did not want it to. I was able to set the motion sensor so that it was not light sensitive, then pivot the sensor so that it could not pick up motion in my room. It works exactly as I want it to - and on top of all that - the brightness is more than adequate for my 4ft wide by 7ft deep closet

BEST Closet Light!

I had a custom built in unit done and I could not see my clothes when the room in the mornings and night time. This light turns on when you open the door and turns off right after. I hope the batteries last though....

Perfect for the job

My mother lives in a senior apartment building that for some reason was built without adequate lighting. The closets especially are very dark. She had tried some of the puck lights, but they just didn't light up enough area. So for Christmas, I bought her four of these. They are great! They installed easily, and the light provided is more than adequate. We installed three, one above each closet door (inside the frame). The light comes on when she opens the door, and a few seconds after she closes it, it goes out. One sensor does seem a little more sensitive than the others, and will turn on the light when you walk past the closet, but I am playing with the sensor position to see if I can remedy that. The only complaint I have is that the switch positions are not marked on the light. The instruction manual provided does explain them, but it's not all that clear. I took a Sharpie and marked the positions for her and for the maintenance guys who will be changing the batteries when necessary.
