So easy to set up and the sound while riding is perfect. I have a Suzuki C109R with freedom performance exhaust, very LOUD and doesnt bother me at all when using my Sena.

No more switching between intercom and gps.

I had the Sena 10S but this is much better. I no longer have to choose between intercom, gps and tunes.

I love these but in the beginning it took me some ...

I ordered a total of four of these because my entire family rides together and being able to communicate while riding is priceless. I love these but in the beginning it took me some time to get used to these. Once I caught on the different gestures and all it could do it makes riding more pleasant than before....didn't think that was possible. The battery life is amazing and the sound quality is great, however you will need to adjust the settings in the sena app as different intercom overlay settings completely change the sound and what it does. I have mine set on 5 so that when someone speaks it lowers my music so that I don't feel like I need to scream to reply. Too much noise at one time rattles me anyway. Overall I am very pleased with these.

Music, GPS, Phone calls all work flawless. Have not tried intercom with a pack of bikes yet. Sena20s were recommended by friends who have them and who had 30s as well. 20s are far better than the new 30s with battery life, audio quality and functioning hands down.

Worked as well as I hoped.

I looked at these for a while before I bought one. I was hoping for a better price but that didn’t work out. Now that I’m using it, it’s amazing to use with other riders. Like all complicated technology, It takes time to learn to use, pair, call etc.

Good sound quality even with earplugs. Works well with iPhone

Just came back from three weeks on the road with this. I bought it primarily so I could hear bluetooth GPS instructions from my iPhone and perhaps intercom for group rides. Never thought I would use it for music. I've been pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the music. + Clear & easy to hear even through my earplugs. Sound quality is surprisingly good and plenty of volume. + Bluetooth works very well with my iPhone. I have three different map apps on my iPhone, and all are clearly heard. + Battery life has been amazing! - Controls can be fussy with gloves on, especially for certain things like FM search, although some basic functions are easy. I have mine installed on a Schuberth C3 PRO. There are install instructions on the web specific to this helmet that are definitely worth finding.

Great product with a lot of features

Great battery life and a lot of features. Honestly it's almost too many features but for two-way communication on the trail or listening to music it has proven to be pretty fantastic. I've written about 7,000 miles in the last 3 months using the Sana and really have only had one issue where I went through rain and it started to short out. I let the unit dry overnight and charged her up again and had no problems thankfully. You can easily ride all day on a single charge listening to music and talking. It came with many different microphones but the one that seems to work the best for me is the sticky back one that you place on the helmet compared to the movable mic boom. That one seemed to catch a lot of wind noise in my helmet as well as my friends. Highly recommend if you want decent sound quality for your music as well as long battery life.

Great quality!!

I ride a motorcycle for a living. The Sena 20s Evo has been a great asset to my job. It provides entertainment and communication to my daily activities. The only 'con' I have is that the speakers aren't loud enough using my music on the interstate. I am already hard of hearing, so that might also be the problem. I understand that using earbuds makes it easier to hear your music and the ambient function, which is important to me. It takes some time to get used to the actions of the unit but is pretty intuitive after you use it a few times. I highly recommend it.

Awesom best price I’ve found!

Awesome product, the Bluetooth connection is quick and easy, the speakers sound awesome while playing music. The music is load enough, however I have to pull over to has a conversation while taking or making a phone call.
