I shopped the pages here for this item, some priced higher than others, they looked exactly alike and so I selected the cheapest one ($5.00) and waited for its arrival... I've got arthritis and so bottle caps are a particular challenge. Got the parcel and tried the opener right away, works like a charm it's always nearby as I drink 2 or 3 bottles of water every day; it also helps to tighten those bottle caps back on. Worked as shown to open a jar of pickles by releasing the vacuum seal, very easy to do; ditto for cans of soda, so easy. Great simple product, excellent stocking stuffer, or for anyone that you know is suffering from arthritis. This is a real good way to spend just $5 and know that you've made a difference in the quality of someone's day to day life.

My Cousin LOVES This.

She was breaking off all her fingernails when she tried to open pop lids, and now she no longer has to bring her cans to me to open. She now opens everything with this. It is also not too big, and it is built VERY sturdy. I suspect that it will last a long time. I took off one star under the feature: "Easy to Use" only because I can't use the thing. I've tried and tried, and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. But I did buy it for her, and it works FANTASTIC for her. So, hey, it does what it's supposed to do.
