I didn't really want to buy an electric (I have a Briggs & Stratton 6hp gasoline powered washer), but had an area where I needed something that was less noisy (more on this below). I had an electric a few decades ago, big name, useless. So I was leery. I was very much surprised. This worked really very well. It's not as powerful as my gasoline device, but it's not so far off either. I think this device is really quite adequate for most residential/homeowner applications. I would buy it again, no question. Strengths and weaknesses: STRENGTHS: like I said, it did a darn good job, only a little slower than my gasoline; there is a good selection of nozzles, and they change in a snap (pun); although the high pressure hose is not very long (20'), the electric cord give you a pretty good range; no oil, no oil change, no exhaust. WEAKNESSES: the assembly instructions were absolutely appalling; it is far from quiet. You don't really need hearing protection, but it's close; the trigger needs a very firm grip to keep it engaged. I'm pretty strong, and after an hour my hands were tired. no reason for this; yeah, the aluminum garden hose connection is really going to have a short life, junk. Why cheapen a good product with this?; did I mention how appalling the assembly instructions are? Nonetheless, overall pretty good, even surprising, and I would indeed buy it again.

This pressure washer is quick to setup and easy to use. So far I've put about 10 hours on it with good results. Hose storage is always an issue with pressure washers so the only thing I might change if I did it over would be to buy the hose reel upgraded version. That said I haven't used the reel version and it may not really work as well as lit looks. I especially like that it turns off when you release the hose trigger and automatically back on again when you press he trigger.

This machine is really impressive! It showed up just before noon on Saturday. It is super easy to set up and is real solid. All parts are really durable and the weight is manageable. I didn't use the detergent tanks the first time, but that'll come in handy. I ran it for about 5 hours straight and blasted the old stain off my deck, the mildew off my deck table and chairs before spraying off the cars. The spray tips are where it's at:on the fly you can adjust your spray pattern to suit the situation. I tried them all, noting that the pinpoint spray tip is essentially a death ray (cut a deep line in the board-whoops!). The motor ran steady, the pressure never varied and though the outer shell felt warm, I wasn't concerned about it overheating. When I couldn't find anything else to use it on, I slid the gun into its side holster, looked the cords and rolled it into the basement as easy as you please. I was nervous about the brand because I was unfamiliar, but it solidly beat the old Greenworks one I had of similar specs to shreds. For homeowner pressure washing needs, this one will do whatever you need it to.

Works amazingly well! However, there was quite a start up process...why does it stop as soon as I start it? Much searching later I got the answer to just hit the trigger to start it up. MAJOR problem that the manufacturer doesn’t mention this in the manual anywhere. Then there was the possible news for the hose connector-I had Two hoses and thank goodness one of them fit without the so-called optional connector. And three...the nozzles do pop off easily once you figure it out-press down then pull down the quick release collar. Easy peasy. And see the results-really great!

I have a gas pressure washer but got tirwd of the winter prep, the loud noises and bulky storage. This thing is awesome. Way more powerful than we would have imagined. We have had it already a month and pressure washed the whole 200 ft long driveway and the whole 2 story house. It has even washed the vehicles way faster. Suoer quiet. When your not spraying, you dont hear anything. When it is in use, it is very quiet. Love this pressure washer

The first job I tackled was our driveway. We have two old crappy cars which leak oil so we have these gross stains. Without using soap I’d say it took all but his shadow away. I will try soul to get that out. The next thing I did was a large floating cedar dock. It was loaded with moss and grass. Worked great. Great value for the money.

I've had a top-of-the-line Honda gas unit for years and it's always been awesome. A friend bought an electric pressure washer that costs 1/5 of what mine cost and is only a bit less powerful and I was blown away by the performance. I've been converting all of my tools from gas to electric and this was my choice for pressure washers and after looking them all over... to be frank... I bought this one because I like the LOOKS of it. Sure the company has a great reputation, but the Marketing teams for all of these companies can build that with little effort. In the end, this thing is awesome. I agree that the instructions for assembly suck. You never really have to take it all apart to get back to ground zero, but I found myself wondering what in the heck this thing is... I would LOVE for the manufacturer to call me and have me do this part for them. The rest of the review is perfect. Years of laziness on some porous cement that had tons of thicknesses of moss on it.... totally gone as if it's magic. I was completely geeking out and showing pictures to my friends real-time of the differences. Anyway... no overheating and I ran straight for about three hours. I used the head from my Honda because it has that oscillating motion that I believe works better for what I was doing and it snapped right in due to universal connectors. The little heads that they give with the unit are perfect... just like the little ones on my Honda that I never used. They work and they do their job. I ran through them just to see the difference and they were great. SO, in the end... this thing is the best of all worlds. Has higher specs and lower price that other brands. There doesn't really seem to be any quality issues with cheap components or bad workmanship. I have used it a dozen times or so since buying it and each time it works with ZERO problems and I have never had a moment where i wish that I would have just stuck with my Honda beast. The Honda is more powerful... so you need to keep in mind that there are reasons you buy a more powerful unit... but I'm cleaning the sides of my house and pressure washing my drive way in the Pacific Northwest. It gets the moss off of cement and asphalt with little effort. TOTALLY a great unit.

Where have I been, electric pressure washer... New to me, Powerhouse of a little machine.. Had two heavy duty Honda power washers before this... And know I wonder why, so convient and easy to operate... No gas, gas saver, no oil, no leaks, very quiet machine, your neighbors will thank you lol

I love this power washer, except aluminum piece that connects the water hose. Had to go to Ace and get a brass connector. Works great now.

It works very well for it’s intended purpose to wash my cars or very light duty cleaning, I tried it on my dirty sidewalk and it barely removed the dirt, for that kind of work get a real pressure washer ( I have one of those for heavy cleaning) look at all reviews before buying, sun joe puts out a little more GPM than some lower price ones that’s why I purchased it, customer service was great and fast to resolve an issue that ended up being operator error.
