High Quality, Easy Assembly, & Looks Great

Very pleased with this dining table set. Sturdy, heavy (not flimsy) and of high quality. Everything came well packaged and protected from any damages during delivery. Every component was wrapped, cushioned and protected. The table and benches were individually packed into smaller boxes with ease of assembly in mind. Also, assembly was easy as it only took 1 person to assemble with minimal effort. I did not have to spend any time at all figuring out which legs are for the benches or tables. Every component was well made and precisely aligned for a perfect fit, unlike some other affordable self-assembled furniture I've assembled before.

DONT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS

i saw this EXACT table on wayfair, for about $40 MORE & the shipping was expected to take about two weeks. the reviews on the wayfair website were just as mixed as the ones on amazon. i almost fell for the bad reviews, but i took a risk and i was not disappointed! this table is such good quality for the price & extremely easy to put together! i ordered on a friday & monday at 8am it was delivered to my door. the box was damaged a bit, but the actual table and pieces inside were packaged up so well, that nothing was damaged! a lot of people also complained that it was extremely hard to put together.... NO. it took about an hour, the instructions were self explanatory. if you've ever built something from ikea, this is ten times easier so you'll have no issues. i wasn't a fan of the all black since i'm really into the dark grey, but i ordered black anyways and WOW. the color is perfect! it's black with hints of dark grey & it looks beautiful! it's a pretty small table, but we have a small space. you could fit 4 people comfortable, but you can definetly squeeze 6 people total. it's so sturdy and comfortable, i am amazed at what i got!

Surprisingly, it arrived on time. The package was very heavy, needed 2 people to carry, but very well packed. The assembling was really easy and I could build it up by myself in15 mins. It was sturdier and bigger than I thought and at least 4 to 6 people can sit on it enough. I am so satisfied generally.

sturdy, and a bit larger than I expected

Simple, sturdy, and a bit larger than I expected. Startlingly easy to put together. I have very few issues with delivery services mishandling my packages, so it arrived unscathed to my apartment. The table holds up surprisingly well to wear and tear; I accidentally nicked it with a box cutter as I was unpacking it and no visible marks showed up. It has a smooth veneer on it, that I imagine lends to its durability. The benches hold me and another person sitting on it together easily; I would say a combined total of somewhere in the range of 375-425lbs. At no point did I feel in danger the bench collapsing beneath me. There are sticky adhesive foam "pads" to on the feet of the legs and benches, to avoid scratching or sliding. These come pre-stuck to the legs. I was missing one, and so I went hunting and it got tangled up in the plastic sheaths that all the pieces are encased in, so just check and it's probably not missing. Black duck tape would probably also do an adequate job just fine, in a pinch. All in all, totally satisfied and easily worth the price.

A Solid Dining Table and Chairs Set

I like that this table is simple, and comes as a complete set, which makes thing very easy. Getting a table and matching chairs makes thing much easier. Both are in the current design trend, of minimalistic metal frame and faux wood top. And so exactly what I was looking for. Overall, it's a great table, with only one minor hitch, and that is the rubber pads on the bench/chairs do come off at some point, so you'll need to buy your own round chair/furniture pads. But otherwise this table is very sturdy, very easy to clean, and is easy to assemble with no issues on putting it all together. Both the table and benches sit level, which other furniture sometimes end up being very uneven. So overall, nearly perfect, but just slightly problematic. Still love it, and would recommend buying this for anyone looking for that modern industrial minimalist feel.

What you hope low- and mid-range Ikea would be.

My wife and I bought this table for slightly less than what they're asking now ($185 + $15 shipping) to turn a corner of our living room into a dining area. We have a Zinus mattress and bed frame which earned the company a good reputation with us. This table has absolutely exceeded all expectations and Zinus' reputation remains strong with us. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a table of these dimensions. The fit and finish are excellent and the materials are dense and feel very substantial. We have the table and benches set up on a hardwood floor and all of them are absolutely rock-solid. This is BY FAR the sturdiest piece of assemble-yourself furniture I have ever had. I am honestly amazed at how sturdy it is; if I put a drink on the table and press my hand on the surface and TRY to wobble it (without moving it along the floor) the liquid barely moves. The subtle texture on the surface has a high quality feel; it has the feel of a professional office desk, like a reception desk or nurse's station. As far as I can tell is the surface is non-porous, at least for every day stuff. We've spilled food and beverages on it, no problem. I clean it with Lysol wipes and it dries just fine, no streaks, stains or other ill effects. If this is a sufficient size for your needs, this table is excellent for playing games. The slight texture and hard surface make it easy to pick up cards if you have the fingernails for it. Any praise for the table applies to the benches. Eating meals on a bench without any back support took some getting used to, but I now prefer it over regular chairs. Assembly was at least as easy as comparable Ikea furniture. My only complaint is that the set did not come with any feet. The table legs end in textured rubber caps that serve the function of removable/replaceable feet, but the benches don't have any rubber or felt or plastic material where the frame meets the floor. I suppose the rationale was that since the bench frame runs along the floor surface and doesn't have any sharp edges that feet for sliding and protecting the floor weren't necessary. I bought some adhesive felt pads and put them on myself. I like this table so much that I have ordered another table by Zinus: the Jennifer desk, which looks similar to this table, but has traditional desk dimensions. If it is half as sturdy and well-built as this table, then it will be a great improvement over the Ikea Linnmon/Adils it is replacing. If it is anywhere near as good as this table (or surprisingly bad) then I will write a review for that desk, as well.

Sturdy, durable, looks good.

This product is great! The finishing on the wood looks very good. The metal legs are well cut and level. It was quite easy to assemble by myself, and the seller sent everything needed (except a screwdriver).

Perfect for small spaces

I live in a small San Francisco apartment and this set is perfect for the space. It fits 4 adults comfortably. I like that the benches tuck underneath neatly. Set up was super easy. It took me about 90 minutes from unboxing to assembling the table & benches to disposing the packaging at a leisurely pace. The amazon delivery men were nice to carry the box up to my 3rd floor apartment. The box was really heavy, they were winded by the time they made it up here. Be prepared... My table and benches arrived in pristine condition. I was worried about the condition after reading reviews and seeing the photos. But I got lucky and not a single blemish. Overall, great value!

assembly was very easy and quick

I was hesitant making this purchase as there were many reviews of damaged products, but mine didn't have any damage. Although the package was heavy, assembly was very easy and quick. It took less than 15 minutes without any extra tool. Above all, when assembly is done, it looks so simple and modern. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

I normally never write reviews, buttt because I was so nervous after reading other reviews on this table, I bought it anyways and I am soooooo glad I did. I’m 8 mo pregnant, and had no prob assembling it by myself. You don’t need the instructions or any tools. It’s super simple and looks great with my extra chairs on the ends 🤗
