Excellent customer service

We had bought 3 of these for an art exhibition. One kept reverting back to the home screen. Maybe a glitch...This is a big deal as this art display is in an enclosed window display and isn't easy to get into. Plus it is 15 miles from where we live. After discussing the issue with Yenock CS, they immediately send a replacement unit with express delivery. I really cannot comment on other things these do other than photo slide show. Only issue I noticed was that the remote controller has a hard time communicating, like it cant read the IR commands quickly and takes multiple attempts (clicks) to get it to work.

Awesome frame with great features

Awesome frame with great features! Purchased the 7" 1024x600 with 16:9 aspect ratio. This frame does everything! Great resolution display, slideshow with transition and time selection between pics, plays MP3's, plays movies, what more do you want? I did not have any issues copying pics from my Mac to a USB and playing it in the frame as others have. There is also an auto on and off setting. Really great little frame, just buy it!

impressive frame

Love this photo frame. I bought this for my friend as a present so he can have it in his lounge. The product looks and feels impressive, it has a remote and and there is a lot you can do with it, playing photos, photos with music, videos, calendar and so much more.

Great Support / Great Product

The first one I ordered did not work so I sent their Customer Service an email outlining the problem that when I turn on, the product did not work. They immediately sent me a new one, which I received a couple days later. The new one worked perfectly. I was very impressed with their customer service in resolving the problem immediately and with the performance of the new Digital Picture Frame.. I highly recommend this product. Great company to deal with!

Great for playing video on start up.

My company uses digital frames to play usb videos for product demonstrations. We had used another brand for the last few years with off & on success and just kept buying more as they failed. Being somewhat unreliable, we turned to these YENOCK frames and ordered 6 to replace out all the old frames. These frames are great, they automatically boot up avi & mp4 videos when power is turned on, don’t even need to program them as other frames required. So far so good, we should have made the change a year ago!

Gotta love the widescreen 16:9 format! This is an awesome digital photo frame. If you are considering one of these be sure to get a 16:9 format since most photos from phones are widescreen as well as DSLR cameras. I returned a NIX frame because it was not widescreen and it either cut off the photos or had the black lines on top and bottom. The colors and resolution is better on this one over the NIX as well.

Great picture

This is really nice, are used it for a craft show to show pictures of items I did not have with me. The picture quality is great, it’s easy to load pictures onto a flash drive and stick the flash drive into the frame. It was really a good purchase!

Great image, incredibly responsive customer service

Original post: Bought two of these for Christmas gifts. The one that works, works GREAT! Fantastic images. Sadly, one of the units does not work at all. I have contacted the company and am hoping that they resolve this issue before Christmas. If so, I will gladly change this to a five-star review. Update: Less than an hour after contacting the company via email, I received a response (and then two others shortly afterward). Fantastic customer service. Even offered to send a replacement out in time for Christmas for free (prior to receiving my return). As it turns out, the problem was on my end. There's a small, unlabeled on-off switch (not mentioned at all in the user manual) on the back of the unit. Toggled it to on, and everything is fine. So here's the five-star review!
