I wish I'd bought this before I killed my first 2DS XL

First let me admit that I am hard on my electronics and I broke my beloved Nintendo 2DS XL. I used it all the time and when I'd go somewhere I'd just throw it in my backpack. I didn't have any screen protector nor outside armor on my device. I didn't even put it into a special case. Then one day it only showed a blank screen when I tried to use it. I had to send it off to Nintendo for repair. I immediately went online looking for protection for my 2DS XL and found this. I ordered clear armor that fits on my device, screen protectors, and this special case to put it all in once I got my 2DS XL back. NOTE: This comes with screen protectors, so now I have extras. Once I'd gotten my 2DS XL back I immediately put the clear armor on it, then promptly dropped it. The armor saved my device! When I put my 2DS XL into my backpack, it goes into this special case FIRST. I've carried it around with me several places and I usually am as hard on my backpack as I am on my other things. I tend to drop my backpack down wherever I am or throw it into a back seat. Since I've been using this case, my 2DS XL seems to be much happier than its ever been. It doesn't have that 'deer in the headlights' look when I open it up like it used to before I got this case. I like that it has little holders for my other DS game cartridges as well as a nice, BIG stylus. I didn't think I'd need the stylus because my 2DS XL has a built-in stylus, but when I put the clear armor on my 2DS XL it makes it a little more difficult to access the built-in stylus even though there's an opening for accessing it. Plus the stylus on a 2DS XL is, well, very small compared to the one on the 2DS or the 3DS. So overall, I'm really, really glad I bought this and wish I'd bought it at the same time that I originally got my 2DS XL. Going forward, I'm going to get armor and cases for all my mobile devices. Keeps them alive much longer!

Best Deal!

This case is by far the best we have found for the Nintendo 2ds xl. My daughter loves being able to carry her games and system in this. The screen protectors are nice but are difficult to put on. For me anyway... this is a great deal for what you get. It seems to be a super reliable case so far. 😊

Great case for New 2DS XL

I love this case, I ordered it along side of the new 2DS. The 2DS fits perfectly in the case, there are elastic bands to hold it in place on the bottom. The 8 card slots are a huge boon since I had come from the original 3ds and case which only had 3 game card slots. The mesh bag is helpful, I can store a cleaning cloth and extra stylus' in it. The stylus that comes with the case is a really nice touch. Its tapered form is comfortable to use, feels like a lightweight pencil - perfect for using in the art apps. I think what I disliked (and this is probably more customer error than on the product itself) is the protective screens. I loved that they came with the case! That saved me time to buy them somewhere else. What I dislike is the air bubbles, I tried my best to lay the screens on carefully to avoid them but still managed to get a few. The good thing is that while playing a game, the air bubbles do not affect visibility - just doesn't look nice when the 2DS is powered down. But if the the cost of keeping my screens from getting scratched up is a few unseemly bubbles, that's fine. All in all this is a good product that works as advertised!

Outside of case is a semi-flexable material firm enough to keep shape and protect the DS from drops

You can not really tell from looking at the case but the outer shell is firm enough that if you dropped this case with your DS inside of it you would likely not incure any damage from the drop. Everything that was included was up to my expectations I really liked that this included a stylus plus screen protectors...you really can't beat the price here for the quality of product received with the inclusion of wipes, stylus, and the screen protectors. If you need a case get this one, you won't regret it...I didn't hah.

Great Case esp for the price

I bought this case for my son to match the Nintendo 2DES XL we also bought for his birthday. It holds the charger plus the game console perfectly. It has a nice handle on it for him carry it. It’s been dropped a few times and just bounces from the solid outer shell. The stylus works well as a back up should he need it. Overall it was a great purchase for the price. It was delivered within 2 days.

Great Case. Affordable.

I had to let these sit in the window for a few hours to air out. They come smelling very strong. Besides that, these cases are awesome. There is a place for storing game cartridges. There is a larger stylus for those who prefer one. There's space to store USB charging cable as well.

This carrying case is so beautiful and sturdy! I love how it matches the new 2DS XL absolutely perfectly. And it comes with extra goodies inside! I'm so amazed at all you get for the price. Most of the time I spend extra bucks trying to get a screen protector and extra styluses for my 2 DS' but this case comes with everything you need got great protection! The stylus actually feels much more comfortable to hold in the hands than the one that comes with the 2 DS XL and I love that. The handle on the case is supper sturdy and very well made. It's almost hard to believe that this case is even the price that it is. If you want an amazing case to protect your beautiful New 2 DS XL then THIS is the one you want. Just get it and you won't regret it!

Exceeds expectations

I love that the case is sturdy and matches in colors. It's an added bonus that it comes with a larger stylus, screen protectors, and storage slots for games. My only complaint is that there isn't room for the charger, otherwise it's exactly what I hoped for.

Its perfect.

This case came exactly as described. It is a good material and matches my ds perfectly. Also the stylus that comes with it is so comfortable in my hand because it is the size of a pen but ultra light weight and perfectly shaped. There is netting on one side that can hold a usb power cord so that is very nice as well. Its perfect if you are an on-the-go kind of person. Stores everything securely. It also arrived a day early which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend.
