Perfect size and works very well

The last one I bought (different brand) lasted 15 years in front of a workbench on office carpeting. We'll see how durable this one proves to be, but so far so good. I definitely recommend installing it in the summertime so you can put it out in the sun for a day so it flattens out. And wear gloves while you move it - the "pips" in the back side can easily cut through flesh...

I could not be more pleased

This is the same product which I had purchased I suppose 8 years ago at Staples - this time at a substantial savings and hassle free delivery. It's endurance has been marvelous. Yes, it briefly leaves dimples which soon fill out. Yes, it's a small struggle to lay out, but stays in place easily. I suggest that its endurance is dictated by the chair, better a good desk chair on casters than a straight back w/ four fixed legs. I write for a living, so this 4x5' chair mat comfortably fits my space which is sided by my computer, credenza, open book table, and desk, during a five-hour day. Go for it.

No Sliding on Carpet

Easy to unroll and install. Made for low pile carpets and therefore does not slide on top of the carpet. Previous mat was for hardwood floor and when placed onto a carpet slid everytime a chair on it moved. I am very pleased with this product.

Beyond my expectations

I know the reviews for this mat were not the greatest but I bought it anyway. Glad I did. Even though it arrived rolled up that was no problem. My sister and I rolled it out and it flattened out right away. Did not have to weight down the corners like some reviewers stated. I have a big office chair and I am a big gal, still I had no problem rolling over it. Sure it leaves some indentations but it is a softer material and that is to be expected. Does no harm. At least now I don't have to worry about my chair wheels getting stuck on the edges anymore or the edges curling up because of it. I love it and it is worth every cent I paid for it. Would buy again.

Perfect over low pile berbur carpet

I have a desk chair set up at my kitchen table and have berbur carpet in my kitchen. this roller sheet works perfect. i lost my left leg in May of last year and this sheet allows me to move my desk chair around with ease. It did take two of us to unroll it and get it out flat. It takes 24 hours for this to happen and you will have to use weights to keep it flat. It comes rolled up and it does not unroll easily, it took two of us to make that happen.

Excellant desk floor mat.

I received it rolled up/ It took only half a day for it to flatten out after I unrolled it. It stays where I put it and inspite of being on a very low pile carpet, it grips perfectly.

Great material and definitely worth it

The material is flexible but strong. The increased surface area is worth is because the wheels on your chair will never catch on the edge like they do on smaller mats.

GREAT for what I wanted it for

I got this to use at the back door for the big dogs to come in and stand on while they get dried off during rainy days. The little prongs on the bottom keep it perfectly in place. I did notice that when I put something heavy on it for a period of time, like a kennel, it does leave indentions for a few hours.

Great Size

I used to hate the fact that my office chair fell off the edge of the mat would get caught up and was a pain to roll back on. Now I can glide effortlessly behind my desk and not worry about falling off the edge!

THE BEST FLOOR MAT EVER!

Over the last 30 years I've been buying my office floor mats from Costco - a low price but they would only last a few years before cracking. This mat came rolled which means its flexible. Costco mats were so stiff they were sold flat. This mat flattened quickly and is the perfect size and shape. Good value on the price too. I like the tapered edged. It's perfect for my low pile high traffic office carpeting and my 5-wheeled office chair. I love it!!!!
