Excellent software for any remake of a video.

Definitely an upgrade from the pinnacle studio 21 that I currently have. The pinnacle studio 21 plus has more capabilities and more options to edit videos in its general sense. Very intuitive. And very simple to use. I got acquainted fully in using my fist pinnacle studio and now using this pinnacle studio 21 plus is much easier for me. It has more advanced editing regarding the environment of the video, so you can basically edit on 24 different tracks and get that professional hd quality video. Moreover, the audio can be manipulated as well. It has more than 1800 filters, templates and effects (more than you’ll ever need). Oh also a wide angle correction along with so many other things I can write about. I personally love it. I love making new videos. And yes, you gotta sit down by your laptop or composited and put in some work. But hey, it’s worth it and with this thing you can’t go wrong! Thank you.

A good intermediate editing program on a budget

A good intermediate editing program for a budget-minded individual. A good way to see if you want to dive deeper into video editing. If you run up against the limits of this program, you will know it's time to look for something more advanced but most users will be more than satisfied here.

A good and easy to use entry level video editing suite.

Pinnacle is a terrific entry level video editing suite. It compares favorably to Apple's iMovie - and gets high marks for ease of use and reliability. There is a reasonably good collection of video tutorials to help you get started. There is also a stand alone app included for recording your screen, which I've found particularly useful. The 3D text effects are pretty cool, if limited. At the time of this review, Pinnacle is offering the Ultimate version of Studio 21 which adds 360 video editing, morphing transitions and a collection of 1000+ New Blue effects for the same $99 price tag, so you may want to consider that version instead. Its a decent upgrade at the same price.

Versitile Editor Backed By Tremendous Customer Support

For those of us who are new to video editing, the process can be as frightening as attractive as learning to parachute. The great thing about the Pinnacle products is that they are supported with some of the greatest customer support I have seen behind a software product. There is a 21 day boot camp full of tutorials and extras. Along with that, there is a lot of other information that will be helpful toward camera use and purchase. With Pinnacle, you become part of a community. Pinnacle is available for Mac and PC. It is a fairly large program so you will need plenty of available storage for the program as well as your video files. It is part of a great journey into a rich hobby.

Improved User Experience Vs Older Version, Reliable & Not Quirky, Good Performance

This is a much better user experience than the older versions of Pinnacle I've used. Better performance, reliability and a more intuitive interface are the big items for me. Before I got frustrated and switched to Vegas (while it was still owned by Sony). Now I'm back with Pinnacle and liking it. I installed this on a Windows 7 Dell Precision Workstation with Nvidia 256MB video cards. Performance is smooth and consistent. Managing tracks (audio, video, transitions). Rendering finished videos is quick and easy. My demands for video editing are pretty basic and Pinnacle Studio Plus gives me more capability than I really need and more effects than I'll ever use, but the engineer in me likes having it there just in case. In my use the improved user experience is what really matters to me. Because it focuses on the user interface, in an improvement over my older version and everything underneath it works like it should I'm giving Pinnacle Studio Plus 21 five stars

Easy to use and works great!

Pinnacle Studio 21

I've been using Pinnacle video editing software for over ten years. I find it the easiest of all the software I've tried. I especially love the transitions available with this edition. As with most new releases of this software, there are more effects, more free music tracks, and more transitions and backgrounds. Pinnacle is the best choice of brands for anyone who is new to video editing. Each version keeps getting better, more feature packed, and easier for the novice.

Perfect for video blogging!

This software was just what I was looking for to help me create and edit videos for a blog I'm starting for papercrafting and card making. I had a hard time doing the voiceovers with other software, but this made it easy.
