this is the good stuff, goes further & at lower temps than regular salt.

did a great job at lower temps where salt would not work well. suggest you mix it with sand to make it go futher. a little goes further than plain salt. was delivered on time while local tv stations were reporting most local stores sold out of ice melters.

It works very well in our climate..

We live where the temperature gets below freezing however not very cold so I'm not sure how it would work at or below freezing.

This stuff is great!

This stuff is awesome. Starts working right when applied to ice; can hear the ice cracking within seconds of applying. Not inexpensive, but worth the price when you have iced-up walkways in cold weather.

The Right Stuff for Winter - Makes Shoveling Easy and Keeps Steps Clear

This stuff works like magic here in Upper Peninsula of Michigan - where winters are not for the weak. This stuff works at all temps- even well below zero F and it's easy to spread. I use it several times a week- sometimes multiple times a day. It makes shoveling easy and I've been able to keep my stairs clear so the Amazon Prime delivery folks don't slip. I love this stuff. I ordered 50lb earlier in the season..about to open a 25lb bucket.
