Gorgeous Stand & Functional
This is the PERFECT match for the Xbox Wireless Controller! It comes with a rechargeable battery (that Microsoft doesn’t include with the controller) and an aluminum stand that is gorgeous. You just set the controller on the stands cradle and it charges (LED light, Red=charging, Green=charged). The rechargeable battery has great life and zero latency. Highly recommend!

Affordable, flexible option
I am using this with an Xbox One Elite controller. It is working fine. It is an affordable charger that works with regular Xbox One controllers and the Elite. One thing that I was not expecting is it is USB powered and (at least mine didn't) doesn't come with an USB to Power outlet adapter. I'm using the USB port on my Xbox One X to power it but that takes away an available USB port. I would recommend this still.

Charges pretty fast!
At first I was a little skeptical of this charging station, but it is great! It charges my controller very fast. It comes with a chargeable battery. Overall very pleased with the look and design and feel. It is very sturdy. Only issue I have is that I wish the cable for it was longer. It is pretty short, but not enough of an issue to take off a star.

Good battery life, solid and heavy
Good quality stand, it's not too heavy, but heavy enough that it doesn't slide around. The included battery has good life so far, comparable to the original Microsoft kit. Once sitting in the base, it charges automatically. The charging LED is visible but not too bright as to be distracting. Looks much nicer on the desk than the original charge-and-play kit, and no risk of damage or wear to the MicroUSB port due to constant use.

Awesome charging kit!
I use this for my Xbox One Controller that I use on my PC. The Battery fits very snug...like it's gonna take some work to get in. Its fine though, the battery life is amazing and the charging stand is sleek and charges fast and easy. My charging kit did include the modified battery door to allow charging. Its kind of packed in the box in an easy to miss way, so I think the people complaining about not getting their battery door didn't see it in the box and tossed it. Mine was hidden inside a part that looked like a divider.

Way better than any of the energizer options
This has the fit and finish of a premium product and seats the controller well. The plastics for the battery are a little chunky requiring a bit of extra force to get the rechargeable battery pack and it's cover on, but you know it is secure when all is said and done. My only problem with this thing is the LED is SUPER bright. I don't know why manufacturers insist on such bright LEDs for all of their devices. I ended up using two layers of dimming film taped over the LED. (The film is meant to cling to flat plastics, so wouldn't grip this thing. I had to cut a square into a small piece of electrical tape to make the whole thing look clean and not hacky) The "feel" of the product is great and it charges the controllers as it is supposed to. I never have to worry that the controller isn't "seated" right. Additionally... it actually looks pretty good. I ended up buying 2.

Works well with supplied battery and cover
This charger works well - as long as it is only with the battery and cover that is supplied. We have charging stations on our other controllers also and have found they do not fit easily in this mount. As long as you are using the battery and cover that comes with it, you should not have any problems.

Great stand/charging solution
Bought this stand as I liked its appearance and the fact that it’s for a single controller. Now when I do feel the need to own a additional controller I will need to buy a double charger but for now this one works great. Controller sits firmly in the dock and charges rather quickly. They must have changed the brightness settings f the led bulbs as mine isn’t nearly as bright as some of the pics show but it still works perfectly. Great choice for someone needing a single charger EDIT7/1/2019: Bought a second controller and just bought a second of these aluminum stands as the quality and appearance is so good. Batteries charge rather quickly and they easily last for my longest playing sessions which are about 7hrs. Also the led light on my second one is also not extremely bright as other reviewers have brought up as an issue. I’m going to assume the manufacturer has changed the bulb brightness.

Done Buying Batteries
This was probably the best money saving gift I ever bought! I bought this because my boyfriend's Xbox One Remote Controller batteries kept dying and every week he would go out and buy some more batteries. This went on for far too long, so I bought this for him! This charges his controllers up for long nights of playing the game! If you are a spouse looking for a gift for your gaming partner, this will be perfect!

love it
sleek, good look. controller fits nicely if you insert it by the instructions (actually look at them. it doesn't go in just dropping it in). Not all aluminum, only the base is, but for someone that is mainly a single player game/ RPG type game its a great appeal compared to a lot of other available chargers.
