Using it at work, easy to install and use. Now i can show clients what I ser under the microscope

I have a full Nikon DSLR but I get shutter jiggle since I use an eyepiece mount on my old scopes. It’s really too heavy for anything not tri-nocular. I also lost access to photoshop in my new company so really my images weren’t that good. If I did photomiscroscopy often I get a Meiji with a legit camera. Often I use this on the road for inspections. This is small, it gives me an immediate way to communicate, I have HDR most my iPhone, its shutterless. I can take a short video and “tunnel” through the object and share it that way. Only 4 on materials as the lens is plastic and I found it a bit hard to optimize the position. On my 7 it wants to hit the side buttons too. What I figured out was to pop the lens off and then center it looking into my phone camera, but the lens falls out - could be a problem in the field. I would pay 4 times more for a better lens and maybe a software app. I bet this could be used with Helicon Focus for EDF, haven’t tried. Modern phones have decent low light sensors apparently. I already had machined adapters for the Nikon and it fit. They should have several sleeves as an add on. Really, this was great but I didn’t care if it was 25 or 100, if I was limited for funds I give it 6 stars because it takes an eBay microscope and makes it digital for only a few bucks.

I’ve had a couple adapters before that were alright and I was able to get a halfway decent shot if I really futzted around with them a good deal. But this design really makes setting up the phone to the scope a hassle free solution and I can get good repeatable results easily. These pics were just the very first but it can do better. The fact that it encorporates an actual optical eyepiece makes it even that much better. I plan on getting the telescope version as well.

It is a very simple apparatus and very easy to use. The only downside is the attachment portion was a little small for my standard zeiss microscope but after a little diy alteration, I was able to get a snug fit on the optic tube. It worked perfectly as it states in the description. I was able to take pictures, record video and also view my samples from my phone screen instead of hunching over the lens. I have a s8+ galaxy edge and my phone fit nicely in the holster. I would 10/10 buy again!!

This revolutionizes the experience of using a microscope with kids because we can explore the specimens and see images together at the same time. This tool completely eliminates the frustrations of losing the image, losing the focus, and trading turns with the eyepiece and makes the process and excitement of discovery a shared experience. It also enhances the fun of using the microscope since you can use the phone's camera and video functions, including filters. This is an awesome product.

This little guy works great. The only issue is the vibration from taking a photo. I am going to try to see if my new phone has voice activated picture taking. Hard to keep image steady when you are pushing button on phone. Great for viewing your microscope images without a computer and a digital camera. Would recommend for low magnification.

This is a simple and well-designed device, which I bought to use with a tri-head microscope. My Pixel phone fits with no difficulty. The design of the adapter makes it easy to put into place correctly. The lens (plastic vs glass, I did not check), is excellent. There is surprisingly little chromatic aberration and the magnification is ideal. I was amazed and delighted that this inexpensive device obviated the need for a separate camera, something I had been considering. I get an image that almost equals that which I see through the scope directly. (I was even able to download a separate program to livestream the images from my phone directly to my PC.) I have experience with fine optics in microscopes, telescopes and cameras. I have previously done photography through telescopes and microscopes. This adapter is not in a league with that level of glass. However, l am pleasantly surprised at the high quality of this device for its price. Highly recommend. If I have a chance, I will post a video of protozoans from pond water at 100 and 400x that I did while testing it.

It arrived fast and I had it working in a few minutes. I took a picture with a stereo microscope at the lowest magnification. I used a Samsung S6 and a halogen desk lamp for light.

Great job! Product was just as described and service was great! This product will work great in my classroom when we are doing our onion root tip mitosis lab. Sometimes students struggle to identify what they are seeing and this will help quite a bit.

This is a truly amazing product! I am a surgical pathologist, and I am using this camera for on site consults. The camera is of excellent quality and is easy to use. I have purchased several of these adapters for my colleagues. The product was as advertised with fast shipping. Highly recommended!
