The length of 5 feet is great!

After have had charging issues for a couple of months, decided to get a new cord. Plugged in this morning at 10:30 and it was at 42%. By 12:45 it was at 100%. I have a fire hd8. This cord is 5' long. What a difference from the original. Fits much tighter into the port than my 2 year old plug! So far, seems to have done the trick!

Fits tightly, charges quickly.

Purchased for my 7" Fire Tablet. This product is efficient and does what it should. The previous charger I had been using was for a Samsung phone. Although it fit the tablet, it did not fit as snuggly as this. Not to mention this charges significantly faster than the Samsung galaxy phone charger I was using. Definitely worth it.

Connection is perfect

I have a fifth generation Amazon fire. This is so much better than my last charger. The last one didn’t fit properly and sure enough, it wasn’t charging properly. This one is great. The connection is perfect. And shipping was fast. Thank you!

Does the job

Same price as the off brands but withamazon brand I knew it would work. I had a hard time finding a replacement charger for my kids’ kindle tablets. This did the trick. Good length too.

Before this cable I bought other ones that did not last since this is a little more expensive but it works great better than the other ones on HD fire tablet 8.

Better Quality Than Expected

I work in an environment I expose my devices and tech to otherwise not safe for longevity. These are well made, they seat fully into the device like the MicroUSB standard is supposed to do, they feel like they're of thick gauge, at least thicker than the cables I have available to me from gas stations or box retail stores. I'll be buying these again in the future. Only problem I've faced, which isn't a problem after you've worked it out, but at first is an issue. The cable, being as thick and sturdy it is has resistance and tendency to recoil itself like it came from Amazon. As long as you monitor it and keep it either coiled when not in use and when you deploy it, watch for loops as to not kink the cable, you'll be fine. The coil it came in follows the expectation of following the grain of the cable, wrapped like you'd do high end audio equipment to avoid unnecessary wear and tear on the cable.

I have a kindle Paperwhite E Reader. Purchased 2016 from Amazon.It is a previous 7th Generation. I haven’t read a book on it for about 8 months. When I went to read the screen was totally white with a dead battery sign. Lost original charger that Amazon doesn’t sell anymore. Every one I looked at had good/bad reviews. Including this one, but I decided to get it. Just came today. I was scared because people were saying that it did not fit into the port it was wiggly and loose. Fits my E reader perfectly and it is charging as I write this. Happy I’ll be able to read again on it. The cord is also pretty long. Very nice sized. I would highly suggest it if you were on the fence and looking for one. Edit: Took only 2 hours to fully charge. Also tried it on my Kindle Fire tablet. Also fits the port snug and charges it great!!
