Amazing!!!!
My son and I love this carrier. We have tried a baby bjorn, baby ktan, lilliebaby, and the original ergobaby carrier and this carrier is our favorite. It has all the features I wanted all in one carrier. It has a storage pouch and it is a nice size. It has a hood to block the sun and to cover him when he sleeps. I can carry him front facing in this carrier, which he absolutely loves. This carrier is perfect for me because I am slender at 5"4' and 125 lbs, and I can adjust it tightly around my small waist. It is perfect and worth every penny!

Better than original 360—no more infant insert or velcro waist!
I bought the original Ergobaby 360 with insert Ergobaby 4 Position 360 Bundle Of Joy with Easy Snug Infant Insert, Grey a few months ago before my second daughter was born. Then I received this Ergobaby Omni 360 to review on Amazon. Here is my comparison of the Omni vs. original 360. As far as I can tell, the Omni is the new version of the 360 carrier. They are built very much the same, with the same fabric (slightly different color). The Omni has a smaller feel than the original 360. When I chose the color for my original 360, I went with the grey color. I decided against black because I was afraid of showing both cat hair and spit up stains. However, the fabric is not stain resistant at all, and after my first wear (when I dropped a tomato slice on it) I found out that I probably would have been happier with the black one. Pros: -Super comfy for wearer. Ergobaby carriers are by far the most comfortable carriers for the person wearing the baby (at least from the ones I’ve tried). EDIT: my daughter is now 6 months old and 20 lbs., and this carrier is just as comfortable as it was when she was 8 lbs. I can wear her for hours without getting tired. -No insert like the original 360. When I bought the original 360, I was surprised that they hadn’t come up with a way to fit smaller babies other than an insert that you had to buy separately. In the Omni, there are 3 positions that you velcro to fit babies of different sizes and NO INSERT. (Yay! I couldn’t stand the insert.) -Buckles at waist instead of velcro. I actually didn’t mind the velcro, but some people felt like the velcro wakes up a sleeping baby. I would just leave the carrier on until I left the room, and then I would undo the velcro. The velcro actually seemed easier to adjust to me, but once you have the buckle adjusted to your size it is easier than the velcro to get on and off. -Built in hood for sun shade (same as original 360) -Storage compartment for keys, phone, etc. It fits my iPhone 6 and keys with room to spare. My original 360 did not have any storage except within the hood storage compartment. -Not as hot as the original 360 with insert in. The original 360 did not breathe as well as the Omni. Cons: -Hard to get on. This is the biggest downside for me. I have pretty good shoulder flexibility, but I struggle with getting the back shoulder buckle snapped. I have found that loosening the straps on the chest area before buckling the back shoulder strap works better than trying to do the chest straps first. I cannot emphasize enough to WATCH THE VIDEOS ON THEIR WEBSITE. I tried putting these carriers on just by reading the manual, and I had a really hard time visualizing what to do. Ergobaby’s website has some good videos that are each a few minutes long that show how to wear/adjust different positions. -Still not ideal for tiny babies. I have a Baby Bjorn that worked a lot better when she was between 7-10 lbs. I felt like in the Ergobaby (both the Omni and original 360) a newborn feels like she will fall out the leg holes. (I will say though that the Bjorn feels too small once the baby hits about 15 lbs., as I found out with my older daughter.) -Baby still prefers being in Bjorn right now, but she is starting to enjoy the “frog” position of the Ergobaby more. (EDIT: once she was old enough to hold her head up well, we switched her to forward-facing which she LOVES. She giggles and coos and happily kicks her feet the whole time she's in there, it's pretty awesome!) -Not great stain resistance in the lighter colors. Oxiclean took out most of my tomato stain, but not all of it. -Still expensive. These are very expensive carriers, and if you don’t use them very often you might be okay with a less expensive one. With an older child, I feel like I am constantly wearing the newborn—otherwise I would get nothing done. So for me, it is well worth the price to have the most comfort. This is a great replacement for the Baby Bjorn I was using, and I definitely prefer the Ergobaby Omni 360 over the Ergobaby original 360 carrier. I will still be using my Osprey Poco Plus carrier for backpacking when she is older, but the Omni will be used for all of our other outings and shorter walks/hikes in the future.

Very comfortable for me and my baby!!
This is the best carrier I've owned so far and I have 2 other kinds! I was worried after reading some reviews that it would be too bulky on me, but I'm 5'3" 115lbs and this carrier feels great on my body and my baby is very comfortable in it (she's 9mo)! Also some people say it's hard to buckle up the back strap! Well, if you can scratch your neck then you would be able to buckle it! Just watch the video on the Ergobaby website on how to adjust all the straps and it's actually very easy, fast and safe!! I thought it's a bit expensive, but after awning this carrier for a month now and using it every other day ,I would say that it's worth every penny!!

I LOVE this carrier
I LOVE this carrier! It's the only brand that doesn't hurt my bad back. The material is sturdy and high quality and I love that you no longer need to use the infant insert with it! My tiny newborn fit perfectly and comfortably. It's definitely worth the investment.

... a nanny and this is by the far the best one ever made
I have used a lot of different carriers over the years as a nanny and this is by the far the best one ever made. Ergo baby is a great brand and this is their newest model of carriers. Our baby is on the small side and he fits in here no problem. We've been traveling in Germany, Istanbul, and Dubai for a month and have used this carrier every day. It fits perfectly snug, has great back support, and just works!

Baby Essential - Stop Looking & Buy This One.
It is so important that a baby carrier supports your child’s hips properly. It can lead to hip issues later in life. That’s why i went with this one over cheaper alternatives. You need to keep their hips and thighs in an “M” position to prevent strain on their hips. I did a TON of research into baby carriers because we knew we would be doing a bunch of traveling and hiking. This has been our must have baby item. I also use it all the time around the house when she is getting fussy and wants to be held, but I need to have my hands free. This is the one. Fork over the money, because it is worth every penny.

Parents with bad backs, look no further.
Previous to this, I had purchased a LilleBaby Complete All Seasons carrier because I have a bad back and it advertises “lumbar support”. I returned it in a few days because I couldnt handle it on my back anymore and my baby was so uncomfortable in it. I took a leap of faith and bought this carrier and on the very first day, I fell in love. WAY more comfortable than the previous carrier mentioned and the cotton/cushion around the baby’s legs is unmatched. My baby loves this carrier and so do I. Its beautifully made, comfy, and super practical. My ONLY criticism is that for the price, it should at least come with a drool pad. Other than that, its perfect.

Finally, the Ergo that does it all!
I've tried all Ergos (original, 360, Adapt, and now the Omni 360) and I'm so glad I have because I can now say the Omni 360 is the only one you'll ever need which is such a relief. It's so comfortable and easy to wear. I've worn it for 2+ hours walking around with my 8 month old and I'm 5'4. It also fits my 5'8 husband and 5'10 brother. We are all average weights for our heights. Baby is super comfy facing in or out, or on our backs. I use it in the airport so I don't have to lug the stroller around and it's so convenient and easy. I highly recommend getting a carrier for baby and Ergo is my choice! And if you're going Ergo don't waste time with infant inserts and go directly to the Omni 360. It's pricey but worth it! One and done you won't regret it! Oh, and I also recommend buying a teething pad if your baby will face out cause he/she will certainly drool. ;)

The best Ergo yet!
Absolutely love this carrier. As does my newborn! Love that you don’t need a newborn insert with this carrier! It’s so versatile & so comfy. Previously owned an original Ergo, which we still own 5 years later & still love! This carrier is such an upgrade with the Velcro positioning straps, the supportive waist, the ability to front carry after 5 months, the ability to use with no newborn insert, the detachable pouch..and the list goes on! Worth the price, considering it will surely last for years to come! The only carrier you’ll need! I usually use a wrap for my newborn, but the ease and comfort of this carrier will definitely change that! This is my new go-to for every stage!!

Easy to use and functional
It’s the only way I can get anything done around the house. Baby is 2 months old now, so he is still in the “facing me” position. When I put him in, he goes to sleep soon after and stays asleep. I can put him in and out of it myself . My only complaint is our husky’s hair sticks to it like Velcro. If you have pets, consider this when choosing a color! Overall it’s a must have . I got a Moby but cannot put it on to save my life 😂. This is much easier: two clips and done!
