An inexpensive way to store unused dishes

I needed to store an old set of dishes safely without spending a lot of money and saw this set on Amazon. This set is perfect for what I needed. Now these are not what you would want to use for storing valuable fine China because they are just slightly padded, zippered cloth with felt liners to go between dishes, but they are perfect to store dishes to keep them dust free and organized in cabinets or boxed up. This set had enough containers to enclose 8 place settings consisting of dinner and salad/dessert plates, soup bowls, coffee cups and saucers, and I was able to fit the salt/pepper, sugar and creamer pitchers in because the sets had room for 12 place sets while mine were 8 as mentioned. I recommend not picking up the filled containers by the material, especially the heavy dinner plates because they are cloth. I have them stored in boxes for safety when moving them. So these are perfect for keeping unused dishes cleanly organized at a bargain price.

Great Storage for the money

For the price, these are an excellent option for keeping delicate bone china safely stored. They are roomy enough to easily fit a service for twelve. The zippers work well, the cup dividers take different styles of cups well, and the plate pads are a good-weight felt. I had to cut down the side cardboard panels on two of the sets I bought to keep them from bending when I inserted them into the fabric. Hardly a major issue! I WOULD NOT use these to move china in a household move, but for keeping china from scratching, chipping or getting shelf-dusty, these are great. I have several sets of china, not all service for twelve. Creamers, sugars, salt shakers, small bowls and even a small cake plate fit well in the extra space.

Amazing value for the price

This worked way better than I anticipated for my Grandma's China Set. I had been wrapping them in newspaper between each use, but it'll be amazing to just pull them out without black streaks now! Came exactly as pictured with inserts to go between each of the pieces. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on something else since this fit the need.

Great for Storage

I used these to take my china/tea set to our church for a tea party. The dishes are now packed away inside the cases and in a storage tote. I am considering buying another set soon as I want to buy a few more dishes that I will need store until we are ready to use them.

Nice china storage

used this to store china in my cabinet. Came with felt pads to place between plates which worked well. Felt pads for salad and dessert plates were the same size, but still worked fine. Cup storage compartment was tricky getting cardboard in correctly, but was sturdier then expected when put together and full of china. Overall, happy with purchase. I even had extra space at the top of my dinner plates storage bag to put 3 serving dishes! would recommend

Nice buy for the price

These are definitely thinner than others I have seen. That said, given the price and the quality I am pleased. They are holding my Christmas China. I have these filled with the dishes inside a plastic bin. It fit a service for 12 easily. The dividers are a medium weight felt, nothing special but they do the job and fit over the pressure areas where the plates would otherwise touch.

Vendor’s description and pictures are accurate (although I can only speak for the 5 Piece set). Cases protect from dust and light bumps, as might happen when putting away or taking out of a cabinet. And they look nice too. Zippers work easily. Material feels durable. The feature for a label on each case is a nice addition too - "Honey, get the dessert plates from the buffet". The tea cup case has a solid (cardboard) bottom and is partitioned into 12 cubes (after some minor assembly) that provide protection for each cup and handle; sufficiently strong to support a platter or two (or three) on top of the case.

Well Made - Perfect for storing my Lenox China

I purchased these to pack up my Lenox china. Delivery was quick. The storage pieces are exactly what I was looking for. The are well made and perfect for what I needed. They are well made and should hold up well. I am very pleased with my purchase. There is plenty of room for my 12 - 5 piece place settings.

Great buy

This wad a second set I purchased after first going with a more expensive option. This was so much better! The quality is nice and it fits things really comfortably. I wish I had gone with the bigger set as I had to buy a single storage after the fact but that was my fault. This is a great buy.

Great capacity. I was able to safely store about 25% more dishes on the inside of my hutch by using this set. I live in earthquake territory and bought these fabric containers to help my dishes survive the big one. Highly recommend.
