I'm working with Spigen to get a replacement. On my wife's iphone 8 plus, the top corner of the case will not snap into place and lay flat. This is the corner with the volume buttons and the mute switch. I have used Spigen for other phones (my 6S case is perfect), but this has to be warped or defective. I'll change my rating if I can get a new case that works for this phone. Spigen came through with a brand new case, and it fit perfectly. The one being replaced was warped during it's production. Fully satisfied customer again!

I was pretty skeptical at first after going through multiple reviews/pictures and seeing the Apple logo being off-center, due to the fact that 99% of manufacturers tend to take 7 Plus cases and just market them as also working for 8 Plus, when there are clearly design differences between the two. However, I’m here to tell you with 100% confidence that, at least by the time of this review, Spigen has responded to the outcry and has updated their case to correctly fit the 8 Plus in all its glory. The picture I’ve provided is my Product Red 8 Plus and it clearly demonstrates that the issue has been addressed. If you’re a case snob like me with an 8 Plus, then no doubt you’ve been dealing with this problem, too. Look no further! If this case offers the protection that you’re looking for, it’s a perfect buy!

An Iphone 7 plus is super annoying in my pocket with an Otterbox. I used those cases for years and had one on this phone for a year. Was gong to upgrade and get the smaller iPhone this time but figured I would try a less bulky case instead. Glad I did! This case feels much better in my pocket. I love the little kickstand. I ordered the glass screen protectors by the same brand and those are really nice compared to the plastic on my old case. So much more clear. I'm an apartment maintenance guy who mountain bikes and backpacks in my spare time so this case has already taken some abuse. It's been dropped and landed on in a mountain bike crash so far. Love it!

I bought an iPhone 8 plus, the first time I purchased the "large" format iphone. I also bought a different case; one that had a flap that covered the front as well as the back and did a great job of protecting the phone. It was good but I didn't realize the flap would get in the way of speaking on the phone. So I bought the Spigen, having purchased one previously for a different phone, and am really happy with it. It's much easier to manage while speaking and, because the phone itself gets heavy in your hand if your call goes longer than 10 minutes, this case has a kickstand that let's you put it down without affecting your call. It's quite perfect.

I first bought this same style case for my iPhone 6s Plus a couple of years ago. After proving it's worth by protecting my phone from ANY damage at all, even after being accidentally dropped a few times over those 2 years, I decided to stick with what works and bought another one when I got my iPhone 8 plus a couple of months ago. I haven't dropped this phone yet, in part because I also got the matching Spiegen ring to help me hold on to my phone, but I'm confident that if I do, it will protect this phone as well as my last one. As a side note, I had given my 6s Plus to my step daughter, Spiegen case and all and she, in her infinite wisdom, decided some $5 case from a flea market looked better on it. 3 weeks after I gave it to her she dropped it, and surprise, surprise, the screen shattered. When I gave it to her, there was ZERO scratches or blemishes on that phone. She should have left the Spiegen case it came with on it and not used some cheap knock off screen protector to boot.

I love the Spigen cases. I drop my phones A LOT. So far, with the Spigen Tough Armor cases (and I also use Ballistic Glass Screen Protectors) I have not had one issue with my screens cracking or phone exteriors getting damaged. I drop my phone usually pulling it out of my coat or pants pockets so we are talking 3'-4' level drops and generally I drop my phone 2-3 times a week. I use it for work in harsh environments as well. I have one of the air vent magnet holders and that requires a little metal plate to be installed either exterior on the case or interior if it fits. The plate I have fits in this case. I believe it is a Wiz Gear magnet mount in your air vent. I have tried this case with that metal plate on a wireless charger (only one and I don't know what brand) and it did not work. That said, I believe that charger only had one coil. I have seen others post about 2 coil charging plates where this similar setup works.

Feels great in your hand and honestly I would put this case up against otterbox! Much cheaper and looks awesome! You won’t be disappointed with Spigen.. Only issues is the Apple doesn’t perfectly align

Just got this one. Had a similar case on my 6. Fits the 8+ great. Came in a package printed with: “for iPhone 8 Plus/7 Plus” Must have been revised from the 7+ case. Even the Apple logo is lined up quite well on the backside (if anyone has any trouble with the logo as it is in mine has a problem with more than logos). Feels great-Comfortable to hold and in the pocket. The appearance is of a high-quality case. Goes on well and easy to remove -- but the phone rests securely in the case. Looking forward to using it for the life of my phone. Replaced a Speck Presidio case where the rubber was peeling from around the front of the case after 3 months of use.

I’ve had OtterBox Defender cases on every iPhone I’ve owned for the past 10 years. When I got there iPhone 8 Plus, I decided I really did not want something so bulky since the 8 plus is already pretty big. I was really nervous to purchase a different case, but so far, it has been wonderful. I have a one year old who is constantly picking up and therefore dropping my phone and it’s been completely safe. I also ordered glass screen protectors, which I would highly recommend, and it fit great under the case. I would also recommend a pop socket (or something similar) because the case is a little bit slippery and I have found that I don’t drop my phone as much now that I have one on.

To start off, the description would be better described as "also compatible with the iPhone 8 Plus". I think most people's frustration in the comments is with the fact that the Apple logo is off center on the back. It is, but it's off on the vertical, not the horizontal. It really doesn't look bad for most. Some of us more OCD people will be bothered by it, but honestly, I don't look at the back of my phone, so I'm learning to deal. As far as build quality and fit, it IS excellent. Materials feel sturdy, and it's quite grippy, which is nice for a phone of this size. Finding cases built for the 8 Plus is hard right now. The phone is new, and Apple moved the logo. The majority of cases on the market that were designed for the 7 fit the 8, though not all. It's a thicker and taller phone by millimeters. I've found that some of my old 7 Plus cases actually fit better now, though anything with a cutout will bother some. If you're looking for something that will protect your phone, aid in holding it, and looks pretty good doing it, this case is for you. The kickstand is a bonus, though I'll probably use it rarely if at all. Just trying to protect that $800 purchase...
