Quality wireless headphones for a more than reasonable price
I've tried the SteelSeries Arctis 7 and the Sennheiser Game One, but these are the best suited to my tastes and needs. My gripes with the other two mentioned headsets: I had the Arctis first and was incredibly disappointed with the sound quality. There was a frequent buzzing sound and nearly any amount of bass would have them rattling like tin cans. Returned them after a month or two. Next was the Sennheiser set. They sounded great (albeit quiet) and eventually I got a soundcard to properly drive them, increasing the quality of the audio. However, these being an open-back set, the bass was a bit lacking and there was no audio isolation whatsoever. In a small apartment, that's a bit of an issue. I could constantly hear whatever my girlfriend was watching on the TV. I also liked the convenience of wireless that the Arctis had introduced me to, so that became a search priority as well. In all, I used the Sennheisers for about 3-4 months and I wouldn't say they're a bad headset. They're comfortable and high quality, they just weren't right for me. What I love about the Void Pro: Super comfortable. I usually forget I'm wearing them. They're also very sturdy-feeling. I don't treat any of my peripherals roughly, so I guess that hasn't really been put to the test here, but they feel like they're well made. They also sound great. Especially for a wireless pair at only $100. Great deal there. Haven't had any complaints from friends/teammates about the voice quality either, so the mic must be good as well. And finally, they isolate sound pretty well. I can comfortably sit and play games or watch videos on my computer while my girlfriend is watching something in the living room and there's very little sound bleed-through.

The Headset I've Been Searching For!
I've gone through a few different headsets in my time of PC Gaming. They didn't fit comfortably. The sound quality wasn't what I expected. A lack of durability made them prematurely unusable. I could go on, but why bother? Instead, I'll speak on why I love this headset. Let's start with comfort, which I'd be willing to be will be the main concern everyone has when searching for a new headset... Honestly, I forget that I have these on. That's not a joke. That's not an exaggeration. I have literally forgotten that these were on my head after a gaming session! The memory foam in the cups, how soft the fabric around them is, the amount of adjustment you have to get them to sit perfectly on your head... Amazing! Now let's talk about noise cancellation, which these do very well. Obviously they're not perfect, since they weren't designed to be a pair of studio headphones or something like that. What they do, they do well. You can still hear what's going on around you if the volume of said happenings are loud enough, but you primarily hear what's playing through the headset. It does an excellent job of muffling outside noise and immersing you in your game, music, movie, etc. Just, not so much that someone could be breaking into your house and you wouldn't hear it, haha! Let's move on to sound quality. Before we do, I want to state that I have a sound card installed in my computer, so I have the audio tuned with a custom preset to fit my liking. With that out of the way, I will say that I love the sound of this headset. In-game voices, both from the AI in the game itself and from teammates in Discord are crystal clear. The bass is very deep and rumbling, so when an explosion happens, it sounds like you're actually standing right next to it. When playing a racing game, the roar of the engine sounds to satisfying that I feel like I'm actually behind the wheel. Mids and highs are very nice as well; they don't get washed out by the bass, but they don't wash the bass out either. But what about the battery life? I was always hesitant to buy anything wireless for my PC because of having to charge, but honestly, I'm glad I took a shot this time. I can get several days worth of gaming sessions out of this headset before I need to plug it in. When I do, it takes a couple of hours to fully charge, but that's not a big deal to me. I purchased the Corsair ST100 RGB Headset Stand to go along with this headset, and they pair up nicely together, and it makes storing and charging the headset a breeze, but even without the stand, it's still remarkably easy. The RGB is the icing on the cake, because I personally love RGB. I also love the features that the microphone has. Flip it down, and your mic is on; flip it up, and the mic is muted! There are also controls on the side of the headset for mute, volume, power, etc. which make using the headset a piece of cake. All in all, I love this headset, and I 100% recommend it to anyone in the market for something of high quality!

The Freedom Of Movement is Great. Doubt I'll Ever Return to Corded.
I am retired and I am online 10 to sometimes 14 hours a day. (This, is Why you retire) Wow (they edit O.M.G.) I am having fun. Playing with online friends from Canada to Australia. I have wanted to get - wireless for EVER and now I did. I will only go back - to corded - if the battery dies from too many hours. I have been in an online game for over 12 hours each day for 2 days now. We needed a break (and that is why I can take the time to write about this.) but the VOID Pro never balked at this. I did get to 3% of battery life left and was a little concerned that - that was too much, that it may have damaged the battery pack. Nope, Plugged in (You really need a 500MAh charger to properly do this) I used my USB 2.0 port on my laptop - And I thought I was right, I messed it up… I did not. After talking with a friend with the same Void Pro model, She had the same results. USB port, not enough power - Good cell phone charger. Perfect. OK, enough with the battery. The sound is amazing - Playing a new AAA game - Thunder rolls in... I had to take off the headset to know whether it was our approaching local storm - or was it in the game? ... 2 hours later, I am annoyed by my weather alert radio - Because I cannot remember just where I placed it - and it won't quit beeping. Happens when you get old! (:>) I was indeed - in-game. I was never more impressed with a headset (of any kind). Mind you I am an older guy - and not an audiophile - but GD, it literally made me duck and cringe my shoulders. I thought - Dang - that is a close hit, I better start unplugging all my electronic 'stuff'. I had to just smile, that great big 6-year old - kind of smile, that - it fooled me that well. I can state: It does - outlast me at 10 -14 hours a day. It does sound great to me. (I did hear, you can do better - at about $200 USD) - I don't have that kind of budget. But even then their battery life won't match this! I know what I like and - what I love. I do love these. I will wait for a sale to buy a backup. (B/U) But That is just me. But I will. Thanks for your time - I know I can be long-winded. In closing, I think you will like/love these. I get nothing for my reviews – other than an occasional – thanks. I buy everything – from my own pocket – with much research. And hopefully, it will make a difference – in your life. K. Davis 1-03 2019 01-17-2019 Update. After charging with a 500 MAh charger - I will consistently get 13:45 (H/M) before the low battery beep sounds off in the headset. I don't use the LED lighting, ever. I have come to LOVE the swing-up mic. It mutes it and gets it out of the way. Still, love this thing and still plan on getting a B/U as soon as it goes on sale. Not that it is not worth it at full price, it is. It is just my budget.

Owner of Pros and Standard Wireless, Here Are My Thoughts
Both the Void Pro and Void Wireless are great headsets. I sold my void wireless to a friend and got the void pros, here are my thoughts: Positive +Better ergonomics than standard Void +Slightly better range than standard Void Wireless +Slightly better sound quality than standard Void Wireless +Improved mic over standard void wireless Neutral -similar battery life -updated aesthetics Negative -still slightly heavy not sure if worth the premium over the price I paid initially for void wireless, at least they will likely last for a long time.

Great Wireless Headphones for the Price
I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday to replace an old Turtle Beach headset that was falling apart. I purchased the wireless headset because 1. We have cats and cats like to chew on wires, to my dismay, and 2. I was tired of the Roomba trying to eat the headset cable while we were away, since headset cables are traditionally twenty feet long or something and quite difficult to manage, and 3. Bluetooth headsets reportedly have mega lag. This headset is wireless with a dongle that plugs into a spare USB port. He loves it - he uses it to play Overwatch and Diablo III with his buddies, and it seems to work fine. The volume in the headphones can get loud enough that someone half-deafened by years at rock shows is satisfied. He couldn't get push-to-talk to work with Ventrilo, but I suspect that's a software issue and not related to these sweet ear pillows. It works on the Overwatch voice chat just fine. Another review mentioned the quality sound dampening, to which my boyfriend reports "Clearly these guys have never worn studio headphones because you can still hear things with them on." But he seems happy nonetheless. He has a large head and the headband fits it just fine, although I couldn't get it to fit my typical lady-sized head. The "RGB" means that the little Corsair ship cycles through colors, which is easy to ignore. I didn't buy the fancy RGB stand for $50 (!?) so it rests on the computer desk. So if you're in the market for these babies, go ahead and take the plunge. They're pretty good.

Comfy, Sturdy and Just All Around Awesome!
When I can place a headset on my head and it instantly feels comfortable, that is always a good start. This headset is one of the more comfortable headsets I have ever worn. It doesn’t put pressure on your head at all like some headsets do. The ear cups are made of microfiber mesh fabric and memory foam which makes them comfortable and cool (as in not hot, sweaty) to wear. They are also easy adjustable and feel very durable. At points of stress on this headset, Corsair have included metal reinforcing. You can feel that quality when you are moving the cups. The sound did sound like it had an echo when first using the device. However, once I installed the CUE driver, I was able to have them sound how I wanted. You also have the ability to switch between Dolby Surround Sound or Stereo via the CUE software. The mic is very clear. I’ve tested it making phone calls, in game chat as well as recording myself and everything sounds clear. You can also adjust the mic quite easily. The mic also has an LED Indicator that turns red to let you know when it is muted. You will also hear a beep in your headset when your mic is muted or unmuted. The sounds are different so you will know whether you are muted or not just by the beep. The range is very good on these. I know folks have complained about the Void’s range but I have no issue walking around my home with the Void Pro. Everything sounds great and my mic remains clear. The USB dongle has a white led on it that lights up when the headset is on. The RGB lighting on this headset is an awesome touch and I love it. Using the CUE software, you can change the color as you wish as well as how you want that color to show with the included preset lighting effects. I am someone who uses their headset for everything whether I am playing a game, listening to music or watching a movie. This headset can do all of those things and sound awesome while doing it. I am extremely pleased with these!

Best yet!
I was hesitant to buy these but I did because I have been impressed with the quality of the overpriced Corsair keyboard I purchased a couple years ago. I figured I had nothing to lose after the epic fails of my last two attempts to find a good quality head set for gaming. At this point I have owned four different brands of wireless headsets and these by far stand above the rest. Interestingly the top two I've owned were the least expensive. I will rank them 4th to 1st with a short summary of the pros and cons. 4. SteelSeries Arctis 7> Pros: Sound quality was excellent. Cons: Too expensive, microphone was terrible unless you like sounding like a squeaky toy, build quality so so. 3. ASTRO Gaming A50 > Pros: Sound quality was excellent, battery life good Cons: WAY too expensive, microphone took a lot of tweaking to get it to dialed in, had to turn off my 5GHz WIFI that interfered with the signal, ears got hot and sweaty, charging cradle is annoying trying to get them set just right, stopped charging one night and got so hot I thought they would catch fire!! Unplugged them and they charged fine the next day? Was afraid to use them after that. 2. Turtle Beach Stealth 450 > Pros: Sound quality good, battery life excellent, easy to use, comfortable to wear for extended gaming, low price. Cons: Only lasted 18 months and they just died, wouldn't charge or turn on again. 1. CORSAIR Void PRO > Pros: Sound quality good, battery life good, great simple software, epic directional surround sound for gaming, comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions, build quality seems solid, reasonably priced. Cons: Mic boom is solid, only moves up or down, range only good15 - 20 feet Overall these are the best bang for the buck from my wireless headset experience over the last three years. Only time will tell how long they will last. I will report back later if something goes south. To sum it up this is a really good investment for gaming, once you cut the cord you'll never go back!

By far the best headset I have ever bought
By far the best headset I have ever bought. I must warn potential buyers, however. These headsets are pretty big even with the adjustments set to its minimum. Furthermore, they have a very "heavy" feel to them. I have no problem with this but others may. They fit will if you have glasses. I have the Oakley Airdrop (google this) and it fits perfectly. Only problem I have (I wish there was a 4.5 rating) with the power button. I can get a little cumbersome turning on and off the headset sometimes. Moreover, the microphone has a auto turn off feature if you flip it off. It's nice and all but it can get buggy with the sound (not the auto-off feature itself). None of these deter from the actual headphone experience but are little things you should know off before dropping $100+ on it. You are not getting the full $100, more like $99.

JUST GO FOR IT, THEY ARE AWESOME
PROS: The headphones are awesome. I was amazed by the clarity it gives and with the surround sound, it's sssssuuupppperb. I play games a lot and there are sounds that I had never heard before. I played COD Black Ops 3 using it and it sounds like I was really there. My gaming experience and joy had just doubled. I play the game-Assassins Creed Brotherhood, which is well known for its background score, very often and there is a sound in the background that I never listened to or it was not that clear that I could pay attention to it but with these headphones, everything is crystal clear and like totally different experience. CONS: I would highly recommend these headphones to a person who is buying it for gaming only but for those who want very high bass, this might not be an option. For GAMING I don't think there are any better headphones in this price range. The only thing that I didn't like about this is that you can't connect your phone to it.

If weight, durability, sound quality, and style matter to you, give this headset a try.
Wife here! Got these for myself since my other headset is broken (cord damage). These just arrived yesterday, so I may end up updating this if things go south, but so far these were things that I noticed and appreciated, as well as things I was annoyed with: Good: - Comfortable yet snug fit. I'm prone to migraines so headsets that are too tight cause problems, but these ones fit just right. - Durable design yet lightweight. - Flexible microphone, nice for adjusting how close the mic is to your mouth. - I LOVE the feature where it tells you that the mic is on or off when you rotate it. My old headset would still route audio even when it was supposed to be off. This one gives you a (I jokingly call it "sultry") woman's voice that announces "Mic On" or "Mic Off". - The RGB can be synced to my Corsair Keyboard and Corsair Mouse, which I appreciate so much! Hooray synced lighting! - That bass though~ <3 Bad: - DISCLAIMER: **THIS WAS MOSTLY USER ERROR!!** I had a hard time figuring out why the Corsair CUE program wasn't detecting the headset. I had sound coming through just fine, but couldn't sync the lights. I updated my software and rebooted with nothing changing. After looking around online (nothing was mentioned about this in the manual from what I saw), I found out you had to run the Corsair CUE program as administrator (right-click, run as admin) in order for it to detect the new hardware. Once it did, I was able to sync it up. - ANOTHER DISCLAIMER: **I'M STILL RESEARCHING THIS ISSUE, AND IT'S JUST BECAUSE I'M FINICKY!!** I love to listen to Spotify, and I absolutely love bass. I noticed when in Dolby Surround mode (you toggle via Corsair CUE), the music's treble is very faint to where it sounds like it's being swallowed by the bass. I turned off the boosted bass (via Corsair CUE) to see if it made a difference, but it wasn't a noticeable one. I had to toggle off Dolby Surround in order to hear the music without it sounding partially empty, and in addition, turning off Dolby Surround helps during Discord calls (desktop voice/chat app) since the calls don't sound like they have a strange echo or depth to them when it's off. I assume the Dolby settings can be tweaked, but the way it's shown in Corsair CUE is a little confusing to me. Wish it was a little more friendly to those who aren't savvy with that sort of thing. Hope this review helps!
