Excellent!
I made the most delicious muffins with this mix! I added 3 eggs and 1/3 c melted coconut oil (per directions) and then added 1 small chopped apple, 1/2 c chopped walnuts and about 2 TBS of pumpkin pie spice. I have loved all of these products, they never disappoint!

Yum! Delicious muffins when low carb chocolate chips are added!
I am a huge fan of their yellow cake mix and think these muffins are pretty good with the addition of chocolate chips from Lily's and powdered Swerve sugar sprinkled on top. I substituted butter for the coconut oil because that's what I had and if you do this, you may need to bake them a little bit longer but either way, this a moist, satisfying muffin. Especially at 2 grams net carbs when prepared as is and only 3.6 carbs with 56 grams of Lily's added to the batter. Tip: put some flaxseeds into the batter to up your nutrition. Thanks for an outstanding product! Will buy again.

Very good muffins
These muffins are amazing! I am on a sugar, dairy, soy, gluten, and artificial sugar free diet. It’s almost impossible for me to find a dessert I can eat. The recipe calls for 2 tbsp of sweetener, so I used stevia and it was great. I think it would taste good with any type of sweetener. You could also just leave it out. The muffins cook well and come out of the oven nice and moist. I put the left over muffins in the fridge and they stayed good for days.

You won’t be disappointed
I’m very impressed with this mix - you’d never be able to tell it’s low carb and sugar free. I actually opted out of adding sweetener to the mix, as I felt the coconut oil, vanilla extract, and flavors I added provided more than enough sweetness. I divided the plain mix into four and made different flavor variations: double chocolate chip (unsweetened cocoa powder, dark cocoa nibs), peanut butter chocolate chip (PB2, dark cocoa nibs), cinnamon walnut, and blueberry. I’ve only tried my cinnamon walnut creation so far, and it was very good and had a true muffin consistency. The muffins’ consistency seemed to get even better when I added the PB2 and cocoa powder, and somehow made them rise a bit more. Definitely use muffin cups, though - I made the mistake of not using them and it was a bit hard to get them out of the tin.

Frickin Fantastic!
These were frickin fantastic. I’m buying more. Moist, buttery tasting, even without butter. These made my day. Even the kids like them. I added 2 tablespoons of Jojo’s Erythritol and couldn’t even taste any after effects of it. You would never know these were sugar free. These were perfect!

Different but really good..
For some reason it was hard to bake these just right. I ended up having to put them back in the oven for longer. I added dark chocolate chips to them and once they cooled they were good. It did take me a second to know if I liked them or not. I warm them up with some kerrygold butter and eat them with my coffee and its perfect. I’ve missed muffins so much.

Yes, Dee, yes.
I am speechless. This is probably the best baked good I’ve tried that is compliant on the keto diet. & I love how it’s so versatile. For sweetener, I used (confectioner) Swerve. I made the following: 3 with blueberry, 3 with chopped pecans, 3 “double chocolate” with unsweetened coco powder/choc chips (Lily’s) and 3 mixed with peanut butter/choc chips. HEAVENLY. Wish I had read the reviews sooner and tried lemon/poppyseed. Also, I didn’t get the overpowering sunflower seed taste that others had mentioned. I am so happy I tried this. I will def be buying more. Thanks Dee!! ***I also strayed away from the recipe on the back and used unsalted butter instead of coconut oil due to personal preference.

Great sugar free baking mix
This mix is great for low carb sugar free baking. I used two packages to fill my bundt pan. I made a strawberry cake. I added 2 tbs of vanilla and 2 tbs of strawberry extract. I also added the recommended amount of erythritol as directed by the package. I sprayed the pan with cooking spray before adding the batter. I chopped some strawberries very small and added to the batter...but I think I will avoid adding much fruit in the future because it was a little too moist. It came out of the pan easily. The flavor was amazing and the whole family loved this cake. It baked very similarly to regular flour. I would say this would be a good base substitute for your recipes made from regular cake mix.

Great base mix!
Love this! I've tried Good Dee's brownie mix first, and wasn't a huge fan because of the cooling effect caused by the sugar alcohols. I'm so glad she came out with a mix without them! The mix is a great base - I made three flavors (blueberry, banana walnut, and lemon poppyseed) and am satisfied with them all. They're super moist, and for being so low carb taste great (coming from an extremely picky eater!).
