We got a nice set of 8 Henkel steak knives. We had no place to store them. I originally got a knife block from BBB but it was HUGE. I returned that to the store and found this one. It looked like it would be nice and compact and keep my knives safe. I'm thrilled. It's a nice little block that has a small footprint. My knives fit perfectly.

Bought this block to hold steak knifes purchased for a gift. Was surprised by the size. Perhaps it was listed and I did not see it. But it does what it was touted for and the person receiving the knives liked the block very much.

Very happy with this purchase. As my counter space is limited, I needed something small. This is perfect. I have the option of leaving it on the counter, or placing it in a drawer. Absolutely no complaints from me!!!

Perfect for a nice knife set I had purchased that did not come in a block

Had purchased a nice knife set as a gift but it did not come in a block. This worked out perfectly and it small/compact to fit on the counter. Ended up ordering for my home as well.

When You've Got Bigger Steak Knives

Got these for the Shun 5" steak knives. I suspected that combo blocks (a row of steak knives and slots for kitchen knives and scissors) might be short: good for 4" knives. The block is quite compact, but accommodates 5" knives perfectly.
