Very smooth. Don't be fooled...it's the removal of old crap that is the pain. Once that is done you are virtually home free. The unit is solid...feels heavy in your hand which in my world always seems to be a factor of quality in materials....the water flow is fine for my needs...water spills out past the drain which is nice. Only fly in the soup as others have noted, is the water lines supplied were about 2 inches short of what I needed. Remedied that by going to Lowes. Bought 4 couplers (thats my term am not a plumber) installing 2 faucets in masterbathroom- Bought 4 brass 3/8inch to 1/2 inch couplers.($6.32/each) This allows you to connect the 6 Inch line extension ( 4 ~$6.00/each) which has the same fitting as the OEM water line. Would NOT even consider swapping out the OEM lines from the new faucet...The extension method produced ZERO leaks or dribbles. Took me 2 minutes to make the adaption. So all depends on your travel distance from the faucet to your water line. For the price it is insanely good quality. Similar Pfister model at Home Depot was $143. Paid just south of $100 (all in) when all considered. No regrets.

This faucet exceeded all of my expectations. It looks amazing and functions perfectly. I have attached pictures of my sink basin (Kohler). I do not have any issues with splashing. I have my supply valves full open. One thing to note (common to all brushed finishes like this) is that water left sitting on it will spot. It cleans up easily and if you treat it with a product designed for SS fixtures, it makes it much less of an issue. You will need a pop up drain with this. I bought one here on Amazon, and it matches perfectly and works great. (I’ll try to edit a link to it here).

We have a 1/4 bath for our guests that has a western motif. I wanted a faucet that fit that style. The competitor’s faucet cost 3 times what this faucet costs. I could bring myself to spend 60 bucks to replace a working faucet; but, not 160 bucks. It’s made in China so the customer is the quality assurance inspector. If you get a bad one it is up to you to deal with it. Mine came in good shape; with all the necessary parts. It seems well made and works just fine. However, as one reviewer remarked the water flow is very high. All you have to do to rectify this is turn down the on/off valves at the wall. I adjust mine for the proper flow and it works just fine. One thing to note (not sure why no-one has mentioned this) is the water line attachment to the faucet can only be tightened by hand. There is no way of getting a wrench inside the faucet to tighten the water supply line. The design has two “O’ rings for this attachment to allow hand tightening to work. I added some teflon tape, provided, to provide a slippery contact between the threads. Hopefully to get a tighter connection. It seems to have worked since I have no water leakage. The other end of the water supply line also has an “O” ring. So when tightening them do not tighten too tight or you can crush and distort the “O” ring making for a bad connection. Hopefully you have both English and metric wrenches. The faucet attaches to the sink with a 11 mm connecting nut. A small 11 mm combination wrench works best here because of limited space to work under the sink. The water supply lines connect to the shut off valves with a 5/16 in. open-ended wrench. Over all I am quite happy with the faucet. The installation wasn’t all that hard on a three hole porcelain free standing sink.

This faucet far exceeded my expectations, even after seeing the great reviews. It's very sturdy / heavy metal and is well constructed. There are two helpful hints I will share 1) in areas where there is high water pressure, you'll want to adjust the incoming valve so the incoming pressure is lower. If you don't do this, the faucet may overpower a small sink. 2) it doesn't come with a drain control mechanism, so I just used my existing one...even though I lost the ability to open and close the drain, the benefits far outweigh this aspect of the faucet. One can always purchase a pop up drain stopper if so desired. Overall this is a phenomenal product!!!!

Been installed for several months and have had no issues. Got mine as an open box for under ten bucks, and couldn't be happier. Tiny gripes, it's a little loud at half flow, and it does pool a little water in the straight spout, but as long as you clean your bathroom like you should, it'll never develop any hard water or the like. Hoses are VERY nice and overall the build quality seems very stout, easily on par with delta. I wipe it down once a week with a towel and it's had no problems. The only issue I had was that it's got a very broad mounting pipe, so my sink's hole was actually just a hair too small to take it. Took me about an hour with a grinding stone on my drill to open up the hole the 1-2mm needed for it to go in, but other than that, install was a breeze. I like the stanchion, it has a foam plate under it that mounts securely and doesn't require you to caulk the base, which I appreciate, as it fills the base and keeps it from collecting water. For $8? this thing was a psychotic steal of a deal. For $40 or 50? I'd say it's just fine.

We have had it for 3 months and I love it as much as the day I first bought it! My husband and I we're planning on getting a new faucet from one of the big box stores but the similar style faucet was $125 and this was less than $50 on Amazon. Decided to try it. It was a great decision. It was super easy to install. The quality is great. It's beautiful I have absolutely no complaints. We have had it for three months and there are absolutely no signs of any rust or wear. It still looks brand new and we love it.

Very nice quality. Everything fit well and color is perfect. I bought 4 and all of them were perfect in every way. Install was quick and as easy as it could be laying halfway inside the bathroom cabinets. If you need longer supply hoses, don't bother with Lowe's or HD, they probably won't know what kind of hose you need. The end that connects to the faucet is a bit unusual, but it really works well. ( It's an o-ring seal, so just hand tighten it ). You can find longer supply hoses here on Amazon for a very reasonable price and they work great as well.

A terrific value! Installs easily, looks marvelous. We ordered two and found that (1) neither made any unexpected noises aside from running/splashing water, and (2) even at full blast with the undersink valves wide open, the stream was not excessive. It appears that all of the parts of the faucet are chrome-plated metal, so I'd be surprised to see the finish peeling anywhere. The flat crosspiece the faucet rises from may be another story, but it's a dispensable part anyway; it just adds a nice architectonic look. The product came beautifully packaged, with soft fabric "socks" holding the faucet protectively, and giving you something to wipe off the fingermarks when the faucet's been installed. We did find that it was not necessary to use the gaskets provided with the product. When these WERE used, the faucet wobbled on its mount.

Love this! It looks fantastic, and it was easy to install. These types of faucets can tend to over-spray the sink (not a defect with this particular one), but you can easily adjust the water pressure right underneath the sink. Fabulous product!

Can't beat the price. This is a very heavy and solid faucet. The finish is immaculate. The mixing value handle has a great tension (some faucets have handles that move too easily and feel cheap). Installation for a layperson like me was a breeze. It came with the plate that hid the holes from the old faucet. Ten stars of I could, would buy this faucet 100x over. At the price they're selling it for, I have no idea how they make a profit.
